Excelente Service, fast, and easy. Tho it was my first time buying a car and my Credit score was low. This guy right here Joseph DeRenzo helped me in purchasing this 2019 Nissan Versa. Thank you so much for giving me such great service. In the future when Looking for another auto or truck, won't think twice to head down to Brown and make buissness with Joe.

I contracted with AT Automotive in Devine, Texas, in May 2024 to repair a misfire on bank 2 of my…read moretruck. I paid approximately $3,500 for repairs, which they diagnosed as a faulty timing chain and sprockets. They claimed that replacing those parts would fully resolve the issue and gave me a 2-year/12,000-mile warranty. Within 2 months, the misfire returned. They claimed it was a loose wire. Two weeks later, on a trip, the same issue came back, and I had to replace a spark plug and boot myself. After the fourth return visit in January 2025, I discovered that my original warranty document had been removed from the visor and replaced with a falsified 1-year warranty -- without my knowledge or consent. Despite repeated attempts to fix the issue, the truck never ran correctly. The misfire continued from the initial repair in May 2024 onward. Over time, the shop changed its story from a wiring issue to faulty fuel injectors, then to warped valve heads -- yet no diagnosis was ever confirmed, and they provided no evidence. Upon my own inspection, I discovered: Oil leaking from the driver-side valve cover. The passenger-side valve cover patched with cement -- a clear sign of improper repair. Both valve covers were removed during the timing chain repair. Any damage during removal and their improper reinstallation caused additional oil leaks and misfires. Only one valve cover was replaced in late January -- well after the truck had failed again. The truck has never overheated, so the claim of "warped heads" is false. Despite this, the shop continued to withhold the vehicle and added new costs unrelated to the original issue. In July, I called for an update and was told the engine was open and being worked on. I visited the shop in person and found: The truck abandoned in the back lot. Vines growing into the engine bay -- proof it had not been touched in months. The battery was dead, cables missing, the truck unsecured, and no sign of any work being done. I've called monthly for nearly a year. They never once called me back. Every update came only after I initiated contact. After a full year, they still have my truck. Most recently, they claimed banks 4 and 6 were now misfiring, contradicting my own scan showing bank 2 -- the same original issue -- remains unresolved. They even claimed my computer scanner was wrong. This shop changed diagnoses repeatedly, withheld the vehicle, falsified documents, and never provided the promised repairs. I would not recommend this business to anyone. they responed through google the first time in months but never called my attorney, their response - A T Automotive 2 (Owner) 6 hours ago We take concerns like this very seriously and regret that this customer feels dissatisfied with their experience. Our goal has always been to provide quality repairs and clear communication, and we're sorry if we fell short in that regard. Due to the complexity of engine diagnostics and repairs, some issues can require multiple steps to fully identify and resolve. That said, we would welcome the opportunity to review this matter directly and work toward a resolution. We encourage the customer to contact us at the shop and ask for management so we can discuss the situation in detail and determine the best path forward. We value every customer and appreciate feedback that helps us improve. This statement does not reflect the reality of what happened. I paid $3,500 for repairs that were never completed, and my truck sits on your lot for 12 months without resolution. Despite multiple calls and visits, I received no clear communication or results. The issue I originally brought it in for -- a misfire -- was never fixed. After claiming the timing chain was the problem (and charging for it), the issue persisted, and later diagnostics revealed additional problems caused by improper reassembly, including stripped valve cover bolts. A formal demand letter was delivered to you by certified mail and email. You acknowledged receipt but failed to respond by the deadline, nor did you arrange for the return of my vehicle. I have retained documentation, communications, mechanical reports, and legal correspondence showing the full history of this matter. At this point, your claim of "welcoming the opportunity to resolve" appears disingenuous. I welcome actual accountability, not another delay tactic.

They admitted to doing my oil change wrong and because I was driving with low oil (I didnt know they stripped my oil plug & damaged my oil pan), a $300 part got damaged causing me to order the part and pay my certified mechanic back home to fix it. I went several times prior to changing the part and all they did was put a bandaid on it and send me driving again. Because they mark their work with a no tamper sticker, my mechanic wont touch the oil plug. We are already MAY and I am still driving with an oil leak. I talked to the GM Roy who is also the Regional and im not sure how he got into that position but he has the worst customer service skills ever. He accused me of lying and never took accountability for his actions. I have video recordings of his manager admitting they messed up, I have pictures of the damage, proof of my out of pocket expenses which total over $500 because of all the gas driving back and forth to their shop & 4 hours to my mechanic, the part and labor for the damaged part, and oil that I have contributed because of this problem. I am not going to touch the leak and if I get into an accident bc of my vehicle stalling once the engine messes up, I will not hesitate to hire legal counsel. They have their workers trained to lie and cover up for them as well. His manager is also named Roy and he specifically said (which I also have recorded) that he cannot give out the the owners # because they will fire him. THAT IS JUST INSANE!! I asked them to reimburse me for damages and fix the oil pan and they denied me. I waited to write this review to give them the opportunity to make it right. They didnt. DO NOT GO HERE. Vehicles are expensive and unless you want to spend money on fixing their mistakes, I wouldn't risk it.

From our very first conversation, Josh Valdez impressed me with his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. I reached out about finding a "mom car" that could seat six, stay within my budget, and still feel like my car, and he delivered exactly what I wanted. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Josh Valdez had everything lined up. The paperwork was prepared, the vehicle was detailed, and all I had to do was show up and fall in love with my new car. What made this experience even more meaningful is that I had almost purchased the exact same vehicle from another Jeep dealership. Unfortunately, that visit ended in one of the most unprofessional and embarrassing encounters I've ever had, a sales manager at IPAC spoke to me in a way that left me humiliated, right in front of my mother and my three-year-old. When I told Josh about it, he didn't just shrug it off , he took the time to listen, to understand, and to reassure me that my business and my trust were valued. He turned what had been a terrible situation into an incredible, confidence-restoring experience. Josh Valdez didn't stop at the sale. He followed up with me three separate times to check how I was enjoying the car, to answer any questions, and to make sure I knew I could reach out to him anytime. That type of follow-through is rare, it shows that he truly cares about his customers and stands behind what he sells. Josh Valdez isn't just a great salesman; he's an asset to Jeep as a brand. He represents honesty, respect, and exceptional customer service in every interaction. I can say with absolute confidence that Brown Dodge in Devine is where you need to go if you want a smooth, enjoyable, and truly personal car-buying experience. Josh Valdez, you've set the standard. Jeep should be proud to have you on their team.

She did a lot of running around without telling me what she was doing. I had to ask for a bottle of water, as I had been there for hours. The Jeep I bought was new and really nice looking, but it's a lot louder than my Jeep I bought at Boerne Dodge. She never gave me a spare key. I asked her about it, and she said it should be in the green bag that had the owners manual, told her I already looked there and it wasn't in it. She then told me that she'd look for it and call me back to let me know if she found it. Several days passed, then I got a call from her. I was thinking she found my spare key, nope, she called to ask me to fill out a survey regarding my experience with Brown Dodge. I asked about my spare key, she said,"Oh, I haven't found it, but I'll keep looking. I have yet to receive a call from her, and I know those key fobs are not cheap, so I guess I'm just hosed. I will say that the manager and the rest of the staff were really nice, guess I just got stuck with the wrong salesperson. I should have known, I texted the sales team late at night, expecting them to call me in the morning when they came into work, she texted me back a few minutes later around 11:30pm. Lesson learned, I should have stuck with Boerne Dodge, but they didn't have the Jeep I was looking for and I wanted to get it before my daughter left for college. From here on out, I will only do business with Boerne DCJR. Aaron Solis at Boerne Dodgers was awesome, so much different than Emily. He was very informative, extremely friendly, gave me a gift basket for doing business with them, made sure I had everything I needed (to include my spare key), and followed up with me after the sale to make sure that I was satisfied.
