    I feel compelled to warn others after two disappointing experiences with this dealership…read more First Experience: Vehicle Purchase I came in ready to buy a new truck and wanted to buy from a dealership that is close to my home. However, they outright refused to negotiate on price. To make matters worse, the salesperson actually told me, "You shouldn't do business with Mac Haik Ford because they add on extra fees at the end." This tactic backfired. I took their advice and went to Mac Haik, who not only worked with me on a fair price for a 2025 Lariat but were also completely transparent--there were zero surprise fees. I bought my truck from them, and they were a pleasure to work with. Second Experience: Recall Service Recently, I needed a system update for my vehicle. I called the service department and was told twice that they would call me back to schedule an appointment. The reason? They needed to "make sure they would be able to do the update." They never called back, either time. When I did speak to someone in their service department they told me they are so understaffed and double-booked that they can't even handle oil changes and advised me NOT to schedule online. I get they are busy but if you can't keep up with online scheduling don't offer it to customers.

My husband and I have called multiple dealership, visited multiple locations and it has been a nightmare. From issues such as, no vehicles in stock, in transit, to used vehicles being over priced. I am not sure if I got lucky or what, I happen to call Brown Chevrolet and spoke to Bob Connell in regards to a specific vehicle. Bob was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted that was in transit to them. He worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I got that vehicle. Throughout the time of me waiting for the vehicle to actually arrive at their location, he was very attentive to all and any of my questions. When the day came that the vehicle arrived, everything went pretty fast and good for the most part. The team was helpful, there was miscommunication from the team and I but at the end of the day, they were able to make it right and it made me very satisfied. Max Fancher & Brett Hooper ensured that I was a happy customer to the front desk receptionist, Pam who periodically checked on my two kids in the playroom while I purchased the vehicle. They are very fair on the prices , go above and beyond to ensure it's a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend, will definitely return to this location to purchase another vehicle in the future. The facility itself is large, clean and just great overall. Happy with my new vehicle and overall experience. 5 stars.

    Horrible experience. BEWARE!!! Went for an oil change back in January and my SUV went downhill from…read morethere. They admitted to doing my oil change wrong and because I was driving with low oil (I didnt know they stripped my oil plug & damaged my oil pan), a $300 part got damaged causing me to order the part and pay my certified mechanic back home to fix it. I went several times prior to changing the part and all they did was put a bandaid on it and send me driving again. Because they mark their work with a no tamper sticker, my mechanic wont touch the oil plug. We are already MAY and I am still driving with an oil leak. I talked to the GM Roy who is also the Regional and im not sure how he got into that position but he has the worst customer service skills ever. He accused me of lying and never took accountability for his actions. I have video recordings of his manager admitting they messed up, I have pictures of the damage, proof of my out of pocket expenses which total over $500 because of all the gas driving back and forth to their shop & 4 hours to my mechanic, the part and labor for the damaged part, and oil that I have contributed because of this problem. I am not going to touch the leak and if I get into an accident bc of my vehicle stalling once the engine messes up, I will not hesitate to hire legal counsel. They have their workers trained to lie and cover up for them as well. His manager is also named Roy and he specifically said (which I also have recorded) that he cannot give out the the owners # because they will fire him. THAT IS JUST INSANE!! I asked them to reimburse me for damages and fix the oil pan and they denied me. I waited to write this review to give them the opportunity to make it right. They didnt. DO NOT GO HERE. Vehicles are expensive and unless you want to spend money on fixing their mistakes, I wouldn't risk it.

They messed up an inspection paperwork (gave it to the wrong car/person) and it has taken hours and will take hours to get it corrected. The Devine police and the DMV have had to get involved. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
