I'm not a local and we were on our way to the coast and had a bubble form on our tire. Most shops were either closed or didn't have a tire in our size and our spare rime was cracked. My wife found his shop on the web and called. He was already closed and had left the shop but he said he would come back and open and see what he could do for us. We were stuck, our tire wouldn't get us back home or to the coast and it was a holiday weekend . He was true to his word and was waiting for us. He called around to find a tire but everyone was closed. He went and dug around and found a tire that was close but after exhaustingly trying to get it to seat, no dice. But we eventually remembered we had a tire in back of truck that would hold air and it was just the rim was bad. Lol. He got my late mom's car running which is 41 years old and even replaced the entire ac system for less than the dealership wanted. He is so easy to work with and will quote you up front before work is done. So there are no hidden surprises. Because he is mobile if there is something he cannot do he will definitely be honest with you about it. He is a retired auto shop teacher and he definitely knows his cars. And let me tell you this when he replaced the flasher in my mom's 92 Toyota and it didn't work, he went back and printed out the wiring diagram for the car and highlighted the wiring system and he suggested ordering an original Toyota flasher which I did. And sure enough that's what it needed was a genuine part. Older cars definitely are finicky but I was so impressed he took the time to do all that just because of a flasher. He definitely puts a lot of heart into his work and then some. George is now our go to for any car issues we have.
