do not use!!! run…read moreas far as you can from this company. they are charing abnormal amounts for very simple repairs. when they tell you the total and you go through the inovice and breakdown the charges nothing adds up. they charge an extra 500-600$ on top. they charged us $2100 for a mudflap bracket, mudflap and brake chamber.... they said the mudflap was $120 when you can get it for free at any truck stop. do not use! warning you now!

Not a repair I can do from home on this truck so it was off to Yelp Projects to get a quote for service on a worst-case scenario repair. Mark from Mendo Motorz contacted me back and did just that. I spoke with him on the phone and we went over what I tried and what it might be, and I was satisfied enough to have my vehicle towed in that afternoon. Knowing that my business depends on my vehicle running, they verified my suspicions before closing and Mark let me know that it would take a couple hours to fix come morning. Sure enough, it was ready before noon the next day, and considering a fuel pump replacement on my F150 requires dropping the fuel tank to do, it was a very quick turn around! The quality of the work was superb and communication was excellent the whole way through. The price for parts and labor was also well below some of the other quotes I was given which was only icing the cake! There is a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, but I'm sure it won't be an issue. Top notch garage. I would recommend them to anybody.

Called them out for an airbag…read more He came and took it off the trailer, took it with him to the parts store and STILL brought the wrong airbag back. Messed with the wrong airbag for several hours before finally going back to the parts store for the correct airbag! We will never use them again and recommend that you call someone else if you need road service.

Nonetheless, Red came out to downtown Bandera where we were having dinner and offered to diagnose the problem. Did I mention he has a Mobile trailer repair service?! In minutes he had the trailer jacked up on the street and not only diagnosed the problem but temporized it so we would be okay to keep traveling. After all that, he didn't want to charge for his service and just asked us to " have a safe trip". Of course we paid for his time, thanked him profusely and wished we had more gentlemen like him in Austin. Makes me want to move to a small town if everyone is gonna be as nice as Red and Slim.
