I had my oil changed twice at Mr Mechanic and the third oil change I took my vehicle to the colonade Car Care on I-10 and Wurzbach and was told that who ever changed my oil last had stripped my oil pan so they had to retread the oil pan and replace the bolt. I was charged 149.00. I took my receipt to Mr Mechanic to show them the damage they did to my vehicle. I was told by the owner Michael that they didn't do any damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility for damage they did to my vehicle. I also filed a complaint with BBB which they never responded.

Not…read moreonly did Ruben of Warhawk Mobile Mechanic fix my vehicle quickly and efficiently, he went above and beyond. It turned out that I was given the wrong part and having only one car, this placed me in a bind. Ruben got on the phone with the auto parts store, apprised them of the situation and even ran up the street and picked up the correct parts for me. Also, and this is huge, Warhawk's prices are VERY fair. I went to another shop, one that rhymes with DebtToys and what a rip off. When I inquired on the price, I was told "I gotta pay my guys what a dealer would." I then thought, "well then why not just go to a dealer?" Anyway I am so happy and confident in Warhawk that I will call upon them or bring my vehicle to their shop for all my automotive repair needs. I would advise you do as well.

He knows all about the inherent factory defects and poor/weak designs that come on new cars and he knows how to correct all that. If you just need a part for the transmission, he will just replace the part. If you need a full rebuild, he will not mince words, but he WILL take the time to absolutely explain every little detail of why it failed and how he is going to fix it. I personally like that way of doing business. A ( NO BS) way of doing business.
