Scheduled an oil change for my 2021 Chevy Colorado at 10:30am on a Sunday with no problems mentioned. Show up on Sunday morning on time, I did get text reminders about my appointment. Show up and no one at desk. Waited at the least 15 minutes for someone to come help and check my vehicle in. The young man comes over checks me in and then says, oh there's a problem, we might not have your filter for oil change, let me go check, goes and comes back nope, we don't have it sorry, if you want you can go to O'reilly's buy the filter and bring it so we can put it on and change your oil. I'm like okay well, will there be a discount since I haven't to go buy the filter, he says no, it will be the same price. I'm like what? Why? I'm sorry about that. I drove 20 minute drive from the next town for this. The least they could have done is message me that they were out of filters so I wouldn't have spent my time and gas to drive over there for nothing. But I guess it's my fault because I keep going back, last time I went I scheduled an appointment also and even like that waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. Every time I go something is wrong. Lesson learned... I will not be returning to this auto service center.
