Although I moved out of state, I looked to my hometown to help me replace my 17-year-old Accord…read morewith a newer model. Even working from a distance, Vehicle Viceroy managed to find me a used vehicle in mint condition, inspect and detail it, and pop it on a truck to my doorstep. I go way back with the proprietors at Vehicle Viceroy, but you don't go buy a car from people you know simply out of personal loyalty. I'm a fussy and discerning car-buyer, which had no way of knowing until now. (That's the thing about driving a car that's old enough to drive itself.) So I shopped around at the major Honda dealership in my local area, and I took a few test-drives. Their current selections weren't great, and they sure didn't offer to actually launch a nationwide search for the car I wanted and fight for it on the dealers' market, which is what Vehicle Viceroy will do for you. As someone content to drive an older vehicle, or even attached to my older car, the process of buying something newer was not just anathema to my sensibilities but downright confusing. I changed my mind about what I wanted three or four times, and Ash at VV rolled with the punches and was happy to update their search criteria as many times as necessary. He also talked to me on the phone half a dozen times about the paperwork and process, and he provided guidance in my new home state, even though their dealership operates in Texas. The exact car I wanted is now sitting in my driveway. Nobody believes that it's used--including myself. It looked and smelled brand spankin' new, and had fewer than 15000 miles on it. I didn't even have to set foot inside a dealership, either. Did I mention that I asked VV to coordinate some aftermarket stuff too? Yeah, so that was cool. The business model at VV really allows the customer to lead the conversation. They will work within your budget and requirements when locating a vehicle. As someone on a budget, that was extremely helpful. That said, I think this would be a great dealership if you're loaded and looking for something a bit more rare or specialized. So if you really have to have some limited edition gray-on-gray whatever, call these guys. If you're on a first-name basis with the local tow truck driver, and the thought of a car payment makes you break out in hives, you also want to call these guys.

I heard about Vehicle Viceroy through an acquaintance on the BMW forums. I was looking to get some…read morebody work done on my 2013 BMW 335i, not in response to an accident but instead to install an aftermarket OEM equivalent front bumper. I contacted the owner, Ash, and he promptly responded with all of the necessary details. I corresponded with him for a few weeks before I decided to pull the trigger. He made himself very available whenever I had a question or concern and was very flexible with his availability for me to drop the car off. I dropped the car off in the morning at the office and Ash/Team were able to turn it around for me within 4 business days. He kindly offered to have the car dropped off at any location of my choosing (for the sake of my convenience), but instead I opted to pick it up myself. The end results thus far have been fantastic; if you are a German car owner and would like to modify the aesthetics of your vehicle, don't hesitate to call Ash at Vehicle Viceroy. I'll bullet point it to make it easier to read: -I had my engine replaced -It didn't last a year -They blamed me for putting "Stop Leak" in the radiator. No idea what that is. -The radiator was perforated. Which could have only happened when they installed it. -They claimed I voided the warranty -My son of under 1 years old was in the truck during the summer when I had to pull over in the heat of the day. That's extremely dangerous. -I called multiple times and was promised a call back. Never received one. -They claimed they were changing shops and missed my calls. I talked with a person. -When I had my uncle out to help, we discussed and Junior tried to shut the hood on my uncle's hand. -I eventually had to give up on my truck because they would not return my calls. -This is the worst spot I could ever recommend going to. Junior is either a bad manager/owner or his team isn't good. I lost my truck because after multiple months of calling, they would not return my call. This is the worst I've been treated by any business. What was ironic was Junior stated he is not a crooked mechanic. He actually is and this is a crooked business. You can drive 15 minutes anywhere and not be affected like I was. Absolutely the worst I've ever come across. If I need to provide the phone log, it would be easy. Dude came recommended. Junior apparently isn't like his dad and very willing to screw you over. Again, I lost a vehicle over this. It was potentially worth 13k and I spent 3,500$$$ to have an engine put in that didn't work. They lied and won't return phone calls. I'm not the only comment on here that states that.
