The owner is honest, upfront, and reasonable, and there was never a point that I doubted his ability to care for my truck the same as if it were his own. If you have dings and dents, this is the guy. After a hail storm passed through the far west side of San Antonio, I found myself counting the dents in the two-month-old truck in my driveway. The hood, roof, and passenger side all suffered dime-sized dings from the 10-minute hail storm. I counted around 20 and quickly sought out a paintless dent repair expert to fix them. I submitted a request via Yelp and was contacted by a few companies that were body shops outsourcing hail damage repair in their shops. When I tried to trade my Trk in the dealer said there were faulty repair issues. When I took my Trk to certified collision for the lit lifetime guarantee, they refused to honor the faulty work.
