Once on my own to get paint chips on my hood repaired / repainted and now again during an insurance claim to get a huge mark on my door repainted. Brought my rear-ended Toyota Corolla to Master Match for a quote. The first estimate (by just looking at the damage) is around $4000. Then, after removing the broken bumper coverage and take a good look of the damage, they decided the Rear Body Panel and Right Quarter Panel need to be replaced, the total would be around $5800. Eventually, I decided to take my car to somewhere else to get another opinion, and Master Match just gave back my car without any charge (no evaluation fee, storage fee, etc). While browsing around for a shop to tackle my rear end repair and passenger side fender dent I came across this shop with a good amount of reviews and decided to get some quotes from them along with a few others in the area. Their estimate came out as the most pocket friendly for both repairs and so I took my car there, where she was worked on for 2 weeks before being told she was ready for pickup. When I went home and finally got her into the carport I noticed that the sidemarker light was not working, there was some body filler left over on my exhaust tip, and the headlight bulb had been left out and sprayed over. I brought this to their attention and was immediately greeted with a bring the car back to the shop we will fix it up right away, and so I did. They had my car expedited, ready to go, the side marker wire was pinched so they spliced it back together with some new wire, they actually went to the extent of repainting my exhaust black which was a nice touch since there was only a minimal amount of filler on there, they cleaned off my headlight bulb, and they also took care of a rust patch nearby the trunk. My car was ready for pickup the next afternoon, overall a very good experience with this shop and would be happy to trust them again with any body related needs! read more

I read the negative reviews and can't imagine that it was Master Match. I'm a retired Veteran, I've done autobody work and continue to do mechanical so I'm meticulous. Over the years, I've had numerous cars go through repair after collisions and each time, I could pick out something done poorly. Recently Master Match did My son's sedan, he sideswiped the side against the construction median. I can't tell any damage was done.....perfect job. So I tee'd up the next car that was damaged during Transport, some chemical peeled the paint on the hood from a vehicle loaded above it. Now the challenge, this was a 20yr old car. So they recommended removing all the pinstripping So they could blend onto the fenders and replacing it. The car looks excellent. They addressed all my concerns and everyone I interacted with, was extremely polite. I keep saying this is a Sentimental car, please take good care of it and they did. I have a couple other vehicles that I'll run through them as now I have my perfect autobody shop. read more
