After the auto interior place cracked our windshield, we were in need of a replacement. I started out calling the national chains and found them to be quite expensive. I then looked on Yelp and found this place. Due to their high ratings, I gave them a call. The folks were very phone friendly, their price was nearly half of the national chains, and they were willing to work us in today at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at the business about 9:45 a.m. and checked in on Yelp. Much to my surprise, I received a $10 off Yelp bonus. I proceeded to walk into the business and was met immediately. I told them I had a 10:00 appointment, went through the paperwork, and set down. At 10:00, they pulled the vehicle in to be worked on. Looking around the large waiting area, I was impressed. They had couches, chairs, tables to work on, antiques, and a complete and free snack bar. I also noticed that they had hand cleaning stations all over the place (assume this was due to the pandemic). They had told me that the vehicle would be finished about 11:30, but they pulled it up at 11:00. They came and got me and told me what to do with the vehicle for the next 24 hours (keep the tape on and no power washing). Will I return? Let me just say that these guys under-promised and OVER-DELIVERED. I definitely recommend them if you have glass repairs/replacement needed. read more

Over the weekend, my husband's windshield was hit by a rock. It started out as a starlike crack by the next day, it extended which means I had to get a whole new windshield. Boooo. Very affordable, friendly, quick, and easy! We had our windshield replaced on our Subaru with the lane assist and all the other fun things you pay a lot for only to find out it costs you more in the end than it's worth. Anyway, I received a handful of quotes that ranged from about $175 to $1400. Obviously the $175 wasn't including the calibration that needs to be done ($250). Yet they said it did. My driver side window shattered on Sunday, and I called them at 1:00PM on Monday and they got me an appointment at 4:00PM same day. Safelite was who my insurance sent out to do the repair and instead of fixing it, the tech spread the tiny chip (less than pencil eraser size) into a crack across my entire windshield. I scheduled one of our fleet vans to have the windshield replaced. I specifically told them that I was going to wait to bring it in when it starts raining because it will not be in use during rainy weather. Spoke with them on the morning of the scheduled day, 'Everything is good, just bring it in when your ready.' So I brought it in and setup a ride to pick me up while they replaced the glass.
