After the auto interior place cracked our windshield, we were in need of a replacement. I started out calling the national chains and found them to be quite expensive. I then looked on Yelp and found this place. Due to their high ratings, I gave them a call. The folks were very phone friendly, their price was nearly half of the national chains, and they were willing to work us in today at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at the business about 9:45 a.m. and checked in on Yelp. Much to my surprise, I received a $10 off Yelp bonus. I proceeded to walk into the business and was met immediately. I told them I had a 10:00 appointment, went through the paperwork, and set down. At 10:00, they pulled the vehicle in to be worked on. Looking around the large waiting area, I was impressed. They had couches, chairs, tables to work on, antiques, and a complete and free snack bar. I also noticed that they had hand cleaning stations all over the place (assume this was due to the pandemic). They had told me that the vehicle would be finished about 11:30, but they pulled it up at 11:00. They came and got me and told me what to do with the vehicle for the next 24 hours (keep the tape on and no power washing). Will I return? Let me just say that these guys under-promised and OVER-DELIVERED. I definitely recommend them if you have glass repairs/replacement needed. read more

Very affordable, friendly, quick, and easy! We had our windshield replaced on our Subaru with the lane assist and all the other fun things you pay a lot for only to find out it costs you more in the end than it's worth. Anyway, I received a handful of quotes that ranged from about $175 to $1400. Obviously the $175 wasn't including the calibration that needs to be done ($250). Yet they said it did. At the end of the day RNR came through with transparency, and a job well done. I have no reason not to recommend their services. read more

The quickest and easiest service that I have ever had done on my car. My driver side window shattered on Sunday, and I called them at 1:00PM on Monday and they got me an appointment at 4:00PM same day. Safelite was who my insurance sent out to do the repair and instead of fixing it, the tech spread the tiny chip (less than pencil eraser size) into a crack across my entire windshield. I could not agree more with all of the other reviews! I called mid morning for a quote on a new windshield and had an amazing quote a few minutes later. They were AT MY HOUSE within 24 hours... even a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time. Could you imagine if your cable company was like that LOL! I watched them install the windshield because I was curious about how they do it. I asked them a bunch of random questions... I tend to be VERY talkative. I scheduled one of our fleet vans to have the windshield replaced. I specifically told them that I was going to wait to bring it in when it starts raining because it will not be in use during rainy weather. Spoke with them on the morning of the scheduled day, 'Everything is good, just bring it in when your ready.' So I brought it in and setup a ride to pick me up while they replaced the glass. They took my keys and said to come back in an hour or so. Just as my ride arrives to pick me up, The tech comes out with my keys and tells me they cannot do the job in the rain...WHAT THE HECK??? We have used this company to replace auto glass before but not anymore. I guess they just don't want my fleet business.... .just read your reply to my review... I wish you would check yourself as my demeanor was completely professional. No swearing or accusations or threats. Please do not try to shift responsibility from yourselves to me. I found another company who simply put up a pop-up canopy and did the job in the rain with no hassles and no accusations of me being unprofessional.
