    Brought my Jeep in for service and an error with my radio. They immediately walked out to my vehicle , handed me a tag and showed me where the waiting room was located , full of cold bottled water , healthy snacks, unhealthy snacks , and coffee with all the fixing. They got my Jeep in and out with tire rotation; oil change , and getting my radio tested and replacement ordered! Amazing service!

    buyer beware: Attempted to by the green ram power wagon with Vin ending in 131729 from Brown Dodge. They are still listing it as a new truck because the receiving owner never signed for it when their salesman was involved in a vehicle Collission with it that resulted in $4000 worth of damage to the passenger side of the truck. Autocheck reflects the police report number. Sales team told me it received a couple dents when they offloaded they truck from the transport trailer and was in for repairs with 530 miles on odometer as it was used as A demo waiting for body work. GM told me the real story when I questioned the autocheck report and asked to see the photos or police report. Truck is in the body shop with GM saying it's going to auction upon repairs but now has approximately 1000 miles on it due to the road trip To midland to deliver it to the first buyer before the accident happened.

My husband and I have called multiple dealership, visited multiple locations and it has been a nightmare. From issues such as, no vehicles in stock, in transit, to used vehicles being over priced. I am not sure if I got lucky or what, I happen to call Brown Chevrolet and spoke to Bob Connell in regards to a specific vehicle. Bob was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted that was in transit to them. He worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I got that vehicle. Throughout the time of me waiting for the vehicle to actually arrive at their location, he was very attentive to all and any of my questions. When the day came that the vehicle arrived, everything went pretty fast and good for the most part. The team was helpful, there was miscommunication from the team and I but at the end of the day, they were able to make it right and it made me very satisfied. Max Fancher & Brett Hooper ensured that I was a happy customer to the front desk receptionist, Pam who periodically checked on my two kids in the playroom while I purchased the vehicle. They are very fair on the prices , go above and beyond to ensure it's a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend, will definitely return to this location to purchase another vehicle in the future. The facility itself is large, clean and just great overall. Happy with my new vehicle and overall experience. 5 stars.

    completely incompetent service department and management. i…read moredrove my truck in for service and was told that the problem was too complicated and that their mechanic and service department were uncomfortable to even diagnose the vehicle. i was told that i would need to have my vehicle towed in-order to pick it up , after i had driven it there. they said they had to push it into the service bay. i told them i drove it in wtf ? i had them bring me a jump box and i started it and drove if off the lot. they were too stupid to check the battery , boost start it , and complete a diagnostic. and the branch manager is too incompetent to manage the mechanics and service department and still says that a completely stock truck that i purchased factory re-certified is too complicated and that its somehow ok that their manufacture certified service department is too "uncomfortable" to jump the battery on a completely stock vehicle and diagnose a different issue , after i drove it onto the lot. and they charged me $730 to do absolutely nothing incompetence , theft by deception , false advertisement of having manufacture certified service , negligence , and absolute zero accountability. things were stolen out of my truck including tools - and that makes zero sense because they dont know how to use tools to do so little as jump a battery. the manager and the service department are thieves and liars . if you are capable of jumpstarting a vehicle you are more qualified to work on vehicles than this dealer is , what a frickin joke . wtf

    I would not even rate this, I would give it a zero, my 83 year old father went to purchase a ford…read moreranger about a month ago, I usually accompany him as he is 83 years old and doesn't understand the signing of contracts, weok, I came back from wis(vacatio) and saw he had bought a ford ranger with 116,000 miles on it, I took it for a ride and immediately saw the check engine lights on, after I mentioned this to my father, he tells me they went on a couple weeks after he bought this vehicle, I took it to the service center in Devine, and spoke with the service manager, which after explaining to him that my dad does not know anything about signing contracts, which he said well the paperwork states the vehicle is sold as is, I pleaded with him and he finally said, " I'll see what I can do" 2 weeks later I called the Devine service center and they had no idea where my dads vehicle was, after about an hr, they mentioned it was parked back in Lytle, where he bought it, I spoke with the person that sold it to him and he kept telling me it was sold as is, I asked if they had fixed it or if they did any work on it, to which he replied " I don't know" I honestly never seen anything like this before, they have no organization, no communication between the employee, I'm dumbfounded this is something that I will take to court, thanks to the lemon law, please be aware When buying from there, especially if you have an elderly relative, that they can take advantage of!
