My husband and I have called multiple dealership, visited multiple locations and it has been a nightmare. From issues such as, no vehicles in stock, in transit, to used vehicles being over priced. I am not sure if I got lucky or what, I happen to call Brown Chevrolet and spoke to Bob Connell in regards to a specific vehicle. Bob was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted that was in transit to them. He worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I got that vehicle. Throughout the time of me waiting for the vehicle to actually arrive at their location, he was very attentive to all and any of my questions. When the day came that the vehicle arrived, everything went pretty fast and good for the most part. The team was helpful, there was miscommunication from the team and I but at the end of the day, they were able to make it right and it made me very satisfied. Max Fancher & Brett Hooper ensured that I was a happy customer to the front desk receptionist, Pam who periodically checked on my two kids in the playroom while I purchased the vehicle. They are very fair on the prices , go above and beyond to ensure it's a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend, will definitely return to this location to purchase another vehicle in the future. The facility itself is large, clean and just great overall. Happy with my new vehicle and overall experience. 5 stars.

If Jeep could bottle the perfect salesperson, it would be Josh Valdez from Brown Dodge in Devine,…read moreTexas. From our very first conversation, Josh Valdez impressed me with his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. I reached out about finding a "mom car" that could seat six, stay within my budget, and still feel like my car, and he delivered exactly what I wanted. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Josh Valdez had everything lined up. The paperwork was prepared, the vehicle was detailed, and all I had to do was show up and fall in love with my new car. What made this experience even more meaningful is that I had almost purchased the exact same vehicle from another Jeep dealership. Unfortunately, that visit ended in one of the most unprofessional and embarrassing encounters I've ever had, a sales manager at IPAC spoke to me in a way that left me humiliated, right in front of my mother and my three-year-old. When I told Josh about it, he didn't just shrug it off , he took the time to listen, to understand, and to reassure me that my business and my trust were valued. He turned what had been a terrible situation into an incredible, confidence-restoring experience. Josh Valdez didn't stop at the sale. He followed up with me three separate times to check how I was enjoying the car, to answer any questions, and to make sure I knew I could reach out to him anytime. That type of follow-through is rare, it shows that he truly cares about his customers and stands behind what he sells. Josh Valdez isn't just a great salesman; he's an asset to Jeep as a brand. He represents honesty, respect, and exceptional customer service in every interaction. I can say with absolute confidence that Brown Dodge in Devine is where you need to go if you want a smooth, enjoyable, and truly personal car-buying experience. Josh Valdez, you've set the standard. Jeep should be proud to have you on their team.

She did a lot of running around without telling me what she was doing. I had to ask for a bottle of water, as I had been there for hours. The Jeep I bought was new and really nice looking, but it's a lot louder than my Jeep I bought at Boerne Dodge. She never gave me a spare key. I asked her about it, and she said it should be in the green bag that had the owners manual, told her I already looked there and it wasn't in it. She then told me that she'd look for it and call me back to let me know if she found it. Several days passed, then I got a call from her. I was thinking she found my spare key, nope, she called to ask me to fill out a survey regarding my experience with Brown Dodge. I asked about my spare key, she said,"Oh, I haven't found it, but I'll keep looking. I have yet to receive a call from her, and I know those key fobs are not cheap, so I guess I'm just hosed. I will say that the manager and the rest of the staff were really nice, guess I just got stuck with the wrong salesperson. I should have known, I texted the sales team late at night, expecting them to call me in the morning when they came into work, she texted me back a few minutes later around 11:30pm. Lesson learned, I should have stuck with Boerne Dodge, but they didn't have the Jeep I was looking for and I wanted to get it before my daughter left for college. From here on out, I will only do business with Boerne DCJR. Aaron Solis at Boerne Dodgers was awesome, so much different than Emily. He was very informative, extremely friendly, gave me a gift basket for doing business with them, made sure I had everything I needed (to include my spare key), and followed up with me after the sale to make sure that I was satisfied.

Terrible Experience - They Talked Themselves Out of a $68,000 Sale…read moreI walked into this dealership ready to buy and had a pristine 2020 Nissan Rogue to trade in. Unfortunately, the sales team completely blew the deal. They refused to offer anything more than the absolute cash value on my trade-in. I understand dealerships need to make money on trades, but I don't need a lecture about it. My job was to bring them a quality vehicle; their job was to figure out how to make a profit. I was willing to move forward, but their rigid "take it or leave it" stance made it clear I was better off walking. When I told the salesman I was leaving, he literally said, "Go ahead and walk away." So I did. I got in my Rogue and left without looking back. Later that evening around 7 PM, the salesman texted me asking if I had ended up buying a car yet. The very next day, I went to another dealership. They immediately offered me $13,000 on the trade (significantly more than what was offered here), knocked $1,500 off the price, and didn't push any dealer add-ons. I drove away happy in my new vehicle on May 1st with zero hassle. This dealership single-handedly lost a $68,000 sale because they wouldn't budge even slightly on the trade-in. If you're trading in a vehicle and expect fair value, look elsewhere. Very disappointed. They did turn the super loud music down. It was bothering me very badly by the time I came back in to talk to the guys so that was a plus at least they thought about me for a little bit then, as soon as I start walking away, the music got turned right back up, so that was kind of disrespectful.

I called the dealer and spoke with Rudy. When I told Rudy I was an out of state buyer, he gave me a word salad indicating that his dealership sometimes does not sell to out of state buyers and that he would have to check with upper management. After waiting several hours that day, I looked at the dealer's reviews on Yelp and Google. I was astonished at what I saw. Other prospective buyers from out of state wrote that they were turned down and it was a no sale. At this point, I resumed my search and found another GMC truck that checked all of the boxes at Classic Buick GMC in Arlington Virginia 300 miles to the north of Pleasanton Texas. The next day, I called Classic Buick GMC and a half hour later, we made a deal and I must admit, it was a killer deal at that. Later that day, Rudy called me to say that his dealership was still trying to figure out if they wanted to sell to me! I explained to him that he was "A day late and a dollar short". My advice to out of state buyers is do not waste your time with Pursch Motors. It is bewildering to know that Pursch is turning away buyers because they are from out of state. Trust me, this is no way to run a business.
