Based on our preferences and budget, Sami was able to pull together an amazing package that let us explore both Maui and Kaua'i for a total of 9 days. The hotels completely surpassed our expectations and even threw in a few "honeymoon perks" all thanks to Sami. We had scheduled a few activities such as snorkeling and luaus - when we had a question about where to meet for one of the activities, Sami got back to us within seconds and continued to be there for the duration of the honeymoon. We 100% suggest reaching out to Sami when planning your next venture - whether it be a honeymoon or extensive stay elsewhere! She is full of travel knowledge and truly works with you on creating the best vacation package for yourself. Highly recommend!

Carli responded a week or two later with some basic overviews and comparisons of what each of the islands has to offer. Carli made a few recommendations on a couple hotels and my fiancée, responded with some additional questions, and we've never heard back. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP...AFTER THE INITIAL informational video, which was a basic OVERVIEW and COMPARISON OF EACH ISLAND - NOTHING! We have both tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks and neither of us has received a return call or email. When calling the Hoboken, NJ office number during their Eastern Time zone office hours, we have been immediately routed to an answering service every time. We've also even tried calling after hours, hoping to reach Carli or someone in the office. We just keep getting the same answering service that keeps offering to send another message "FLAGGED" and marked as URGENT! The answering service keeps apologizing, but apologies are not resolving the ongoing lack of any response from Carli and her irresponsible "concierge" travel group. It's now approaching 2 months before our planned vacation, and we are having to plan our trip without any assistance, and we have no time to plan our vacation, hence the reason we paid to have CARLI and THE CONCIERGE TRAVEL GROUP to make all the arrangements, as we are both healthcare professionals. This is our first vacation in almost 5 years, and after surviving the crazy life during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been ghosted by Carli and her company. Not sure why Carli has not returned our calls and emails - perhaps they are overwhelmed? However, how long would it take to send a quick response or make a brief phone call to inform us that they received our messages, and inform us that they are overwhelmed and will refund our fee that we paid for their non-existent "concierge" services. If this 5 day trip to Hawaii had gone well, we had planned to use Carli for our trips to Europe and Italy next year. Also this company has now not only lost all the referrals we had intended on providing, but we will now make certain other healthcare professionals use a different "concierge" travel company. So unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

It was a bit confusing on how to get to the meet up point for me (make sure you have extra time to get to the train station) but I found the mermaid water fountain next to platform 24 and the Chalet Ciro restaurant. The van had air conditioning and the seats were decently comfy, had a great tour guide, and afterwards we drove to a winery for wine tasting, a charcuterie board with meats and cheeses, and some pasta. I was the only person there alone but I still had a great time! Overall it was a really great experience and I'd book with these guys again!

Making an in-person appointment in on Dept of State processing centers looked like a scary option too as it's first come first serve. Travel Visa Pro was recommended by a friend, had an excellent reputation and reviews online, and was quick to respond in chat, in email, and over the phone. I opted in for 3-weeks service with 2-day delivery both ways. As soon as the order was placed I was contacted with the full list of required documents. Prior to sending the documents I was asked to upload all scans for pre-verification. Only after all docs were checked and confirmed I sent them via FedEx using provided label. The order placed on Fri morning docs were sent on Fri afternoon with scheduled delivery on Tue. Travel Visa Pro received the docs one day earlier, on Monday, I was immediately notified via email, and order status got updated online to 'Processing'. Exactly 3 weeks after order placement, on Fri I received an email notification of completion of my order and the image of the new passport was uploaded to my account. On Monday I received my new passport by 2-day FedEx service. Travel Visa Pro did an excellent job and fully delivered on the promise within the ordered time! I'm very happy with their service, communication, and online account access! I highly recommended Travel Visa Pro as a great and responsible company!

A few months later after I took his tour, I saw Kenny Kramer at the ballet in Lincoln Center. He loves New York City and the Arts as much as I do! As for the tour, you first see a film about Seinfeld in a tiny theater, and then Kramer introduced all his merchandise, including an "Assman" license plate and some T-shirts. Then you board a bus and play Seinfeld trivia and tour the various sites made famous by the show. Then, you go to the Soupman stand and while in line, Kenny Kramer poses for photos with you. It was such a hoot hearing Kramer tell us about his personal experiences being neighbors and friends with Larry David (real life George). He told us many stories about Larry David, and about real life events that made it onto the tv show. The tour starts out a local theater with a warm-up comedy act and then Kenny Kramer is introduced. He told us about the show, his involvement with the show and how he launched the tour, and then got right on with his entrepreneurial ways, and began pitching his many different products he sells. It was quite funny -- life imitating art! He sells a wide variety of creative gift items and apparel. Our budget was tight so we skipped on that, but he was signing items as well. Then on the bus, Kramer led us around the city showing us many spots featured on the show and real life spots like his apartment building he shared with Larry David. There's also a pit stop at the original Soupman location which the Soup Nazi episode was based on. It's just a soup stand, but boy is the soup marvelous. Kenny Kramer also poses for pictures here! We got an awesome picture with him in front of the place,. He's really nice, and signed our tour pamphlet and posed for photos. He's quite funny too and the anecdotes he shares really make the tour. This is an absolute must for Seinfeld fans!
