From conception to completion, this journey exceeded every expectation I had--and even the ones I didn't know I had! As my first true luxury travel experience, I wasn't sure what to anticipate, but Olivia made the entire process seamless. Her impeccable communication, grace under pressure, and attentive reminders at every stage made the experience feel effortless. While the trip as a whole was unforgettable, a few moments stood out distinctly: receiving a beautifully organized portfolio folder from my personal driver upon arrival, discovering the thoughtful goodie bag awaiting me in my room, and--most memorably--witnessing the bride-to-be priceless reaction when we surprised her in person at the spa. Every detail reflected care, precision, and joy. I couldn't have imagined a more curated or fulfilling experience.

To say that Jen was nothing but exceptional in designing, planning and executing our Italy vacation…read morewould be an understatement. Jen carried our unique and luxury vacation from beginning to end, listening to what we wanted, providing guidance and suggestions on which two areas of Italy we wanted to focus on, and then handled all logistics in what was a very busy time of year for us and when we could not plan ourselves. Not only did she think about how we could maximize our time in between cities, but she curated our time with experiences that ranged from relaxation, cooking, and adventure, yet still somehow saved time for us to have the perfect amount of exploration on our own. Whenever we had questions, she always made time to be a thought partner, and then executed on our behalf, from helping us secure a rental car (and guiding us in road sign knowledge!), to finding a mixture of Michelin Star restaurants and neighborhood trattorias, to helping us plan out our trip so it made sense for us, without missing a minute but also saving room to relax and enjoy Italy more than we ever have before. Without Jen, we would not have had a once-in-a-lifetime trip like this one - this was luxury on a new level. Forever in debt to you Jen and your immaculate subject matter expertise on Italy and planning the beyond perfect trip! We will be back to plan more with you because you've already gotten us excited for the next vacation :).

My payment was to Our Gang my credit card statement came from GoGo Travel I've never heard nor have ever been to that agency no one from Our Gang advised to beware. I almost did a chargeback because I didn't know who this agency was. i had to call Our Gang to ask after asking I will then made aware this is a company they sometimes use. 2. My payment was made in full before time and Mobay was included however I did NOT receive Mobay because Our Gang failed to secure a spot for me and my family. Our Gang did Not secure a spaces for us until 1 month before leaving and at that time there was no available spaces. We kept being told no worries you will still enjoy your vacay, very dismissive behavior. No one has offered an apology and or have taken responsibility... only deflective behavior. We asked for a refund because Mobay was included from our flyer that we received from our gang at that time. We were then told that the flyer was incorrect, and that our gang paid for the Mobay and now they refused to give our money back. Two people from my party had to indeed pay because they had single occupancy rooms. Our gang travel acknowledge that they have to refund those two parties however, these two parties MUST WAIT for their refund. 3. My party and I have asked for receipts. Several times we have yet to receive a receipt we have received summaries and we all know a summary is not a receipt. 4. I was told that Black people are the problem when it comes to traveling which I found derogatory, insensitive, rude and condescending. myself and my party are very disappointed the female senior member was extremely dismissive and condescending to us all. I truly wish I could list everything that happened to us all. What I will say is a smart person will learn from their mistakes. A wise person will learn from someone else's mistakes. I hope you all will be wise and learn from my mistakes so that you don't have to be disappointed in your travels.

Barbara at Wabba travel did more than save our honeymoon. Over the course of two weeks, she worked with us to develop a new, customized itinerary to a completely different continent. Initially presenting us with seven completely different ideas, we moved forward with one, and only two weeks after our original takeoff time, we were off to South Africa. Although the turnaround was quick, she truly worked daily with us to plan a trip encompassing three travel components and a lot of activities. We have never worked with a travel agent before, but after this experience, we can honestly say that we look forward to working with Wabba to plan future trips. Some agencies offer all-in-one packages - but Wabba creates a customized itinerary that fits what you are looking for AND what you are not looking for (in the best way possible). We really felt incredibly secure as we had someone experienced to ask questions and guide us through both the planning stage AND the trip. Traveling to a new country can sometimes be nerve-wracking, but not if you work with Barbara
