We almost missed our connecting flight on the way to Israel and the airlines cancelled the final leg of our trip home, which meant that we had to drive for 8 hours after being up all night for our 15-hour flight and then waiting on the runway for an hour when the customs office wasn't open yet upon our arrival. Coral probably made a few extra bucks by putting us on indirect flights, but at what cost to us, their customers? A HUGE amount of inconvenience for those of us with the cancelled flight. Our trip was great due to the tour leaders, bus driver, and tour guide. But we received NO support from Coral when we needed it. When we tried to communicate with them, we were met with silence. They also did NOT honor many of the special requests made before the tour even began, which was less than helpful. Our tour leaders also said they were not supportive and helpful. Very disappointing. I would NOT recommend them and will NOT buy travel services through them again.

The wait time was thankfully quick, but Kyle, the person they sent over, was EXTREMELY rude. He kept getting short with us, saying how we should "be ashamed for pestering him". Sometimes he'd just give us a crowbar, make us try to pry the trunk open, and say stuff like "let's see how YOU like it". And after all that, he ended up leaving us with the job never finished. His final words to us being, "I don't like you, don't talk to me again"... Unbelievable. We're very likely never trusting this company with anything ever again.

My payment was to Our Gang my credit card statement came from GoGo Travel I've never heard nor have ever been to that agency no one from Our Gang advised to beware. My payment was made in full before time and Mobay was included however I did NOT receive Mobay because Our Gang failed to secure a spot for me and my family. Our Gang did Not secure a spaces for us until 1 month before leaving and at that time there was no available spaces. We kept being told no worries you will still enjoy your vacay, very dismissive behavior. No one has offered an apology and or have taken responsibility... only deflective behavior. We asked for a refund because Mobay was included from our flyer that we received from our gang at that time. We were then told that the flyer was incorrect, and that our gang paid for the Mobay and now they refused to give our money back. Two people from my party had to indeed pay because they had single occupancy rooms. Our gang travel acknowledge that they have to refund those two parties however, these two parties MUST WAIT for their refund. 3. My party and I have asked for receipts. Several times we have yet to receive a receipt we have received summaries and we all know a summary is not a receipt. 4. I was told that Black people are the problem when it comes to traveling which I found derogatory, insensitive, rude and condescending. myself and my party are very disappointed the female senior member was extremely dismissive and condescending to us all. He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

He corrected 2 out of 4 tickets causing us lengthy time at the airport and more money to correct the tickets and get us to the correct airport. Needless to say, we were exhausted, frustrated and felt stranded in a foreign country. Joe has mad no attempt to compensate us for the extra out of pocket expenses. we would not recommend this travel agency
