Our experience with Cruise Vacations & Tours Joe, is not favorable, he would quote one price denied it, then gave a larger quote. The driver/car service he set up to take us to the airport took us to the wrong airport, which was an hour and a half away from the correct airport. Resulting in missing our original fight which, had to be canceled then rebooked costing additional out of pocket money. Due to the misspelling of my name, my flight tickets needed to be corrected. He corrected 2 out of 4 tickets causing us lengthy time at the airport and more money to correct the tickets and get us to the correct airport. Needless to say, we were exhausted, frustrated and felt stranded in a foreign country. Used this company to book a family trip to Argentina. They contracted it out to a third party. We had to pay in full in advance. When we did not get all the items we paid for, they refused to help us dispute the charges. Their solution: We will give you $1000 off your next trip. Why would I ever use them again? Why would anyone? They admitted we did not get what we paid for, but would do nothing about it. read more
