Our experience with Cruise Vacations & Tours Joe, is not favorable, he would quote one price denied it, then gave a larger quote. The driver/car service he set up to take us to the airport took us to the wrong airport, which was an hour and a half away from the correct airport. Resulting in missing our original fight which, had to be canceled then rebooked costing additional out of pocket money. Due to the misspelling of my name, my flight tickets needed to be corrected. He corrected 2 out of 4 tickets causing us lengthy time at the airport and more money to correct the tickets and get us to the correct airport.
Needless to say, we were exhausted, frustrated and felt stranded in a foreign country.
Joe has mad no attempt to compensate us for the extra out of pocket expenses.
