In 2019 we booked a trip to Italy with our children and grandchildren. It was quite involved and included our stay at a villa in Tuscany. This is a first class travel agency with very experienced agents who know what they are doing. Carole Williams and her staff have always been accommodating and answer all our questions as I am a nervous traveler Our son is traveling to Florida tomorrow for the National Soecial Olympics games, booked through Travel 15 and my good friend is leaving June 8 for the Galapagos Islands with her daughter through Travel 15. Eventually we had to get rid of them and go directly with the tour company. They could have cared less. I assume they got their commission anyway. Worst travel agent I have ever worked with. I am the least difficult guy out there. They couldn't be bothered with any questions or about being helpful in any way . They are a fraudulent scammer company I wish somebody had warned me about this company and they need to be shut down. This has been the worst travel booking experiences I've ever had. I was charged over $2,300 for a flight that they never even issued a ticket for. After taking my money, they kept giving me excuse after excuse and could not provide the service they advertised. When I asked for my money back, they suddenly told me it could take 7-14 working days to refund me -- even though THEY were the ones who failed to issue the ticket in the first place. Every time I reached out, I received a different story, more delays, and absolutely zero accountability. No legitimate travel agency should charge your card and then fail to deliver the ticket you paid for. Customers deserve transparency, honesty, and immediate refunds when the company cannot provide the service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
