A few months ago, my fiancée contacted Carli and paid the fee to have her plan and make all the…read morearrangements for our first trip to Hawaii together. Carli responded a week or two later with some basic overviews and comparisons of what each of the islands has to offer. Carli made a few recommendations on a couple hotels and my fiancée, responded with some additional questions, and we've never heard back. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP...AFTER THE INITIAL informational video, which was a basic OVERVIEW and COMPARISON OF EACH ISLAND - NOTHING! We have both tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks and neither of us has received a return call or email. When calling the Hoboken, NJ office number during their Eastern Time zone office hours, we have been immediately routed to an answering service every time. We've also even tried calling after hours, hoping to reach Carli or someone in the office. We just keep getting the same answering service that keeps offering to send another message "FLAGGED" and marked as URGENT! The answering service keeps apologizing, but apologies are not resolving the ongoing lack of any response from Carli and her irresponsible "concierge" travel group. It's now approaching 2 months before our planned vacation, and we are having to plan our trip without any assistance, and we have no time to plan our vacation, hence the reason we paid to have CARLI and THE CONCIERGE TRAVEL GROUP to make all the arrangements, as we are both healthcare professionals. This is our first vacation in almost 5 years, and after surviving the crazy life during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been ghosted by Carli and her company. Not sure why Carli has not returned our calls and emails - perhaps they are overwhelmed? However, how long would it take to send a quick response or make a brief phone call to inform us that they received our messages, and inform us that they are overwhelmed and will refund our fee that we paid for their non-existent "concierge" services. If this 5 day trip to Hawaii had gone well, we had planned to use Carli for our trips to Europe and Italy next year. Also this company has now not only lost all the referrals we had intended on providing, but we will now make certain other healthcare professionals use a different "concierge" travel company. So unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

It was a bit confusing on how to get to the meet up point for me (make sure you have extra time to get to the train station) but I found the mermaid water fountain next to platform 24 and the Chalet Ciro restaurant. The van had air conditioning and the seats were decently comfy, had a great tour guide, and afterwards we drove to a winery for wine tasting, a charcuterie board with meats and cheeses, and some pasta. I was the only person there alone but I still had a great time! Overall it was a really great experience and I'd book with these guys again!

Even though I had 5 weeks…read morebefore travel date I decided it was too risky to use standard mail new renewal method with expedited processing as it's advertised delivery was 5-7 weeks. Making an in-person appointment in on Dept of State processing centers looked like a scary option too as it's first come first serve. Travel Visa Pro was recommended by a friend, had an excellent reputation and reviews online, and was quick to respond in chat, in email, and over the phone. I opted in for 3-weeks service with 2-day delivery both ways. As soon as the order was placed I was contacted with the full list of required documents. Prior to sending the documents I was asked to upload all scans for pre-verification. Only after all docs were checked and confirmed I sent them via FedEx using provided label. The order placed on Fri morning docs were sent on Fri afternoon with scheduled delivery on Tue. Travel Visa Pro received the docs one day earlier, on Monday, I was immediately notified via email, and order status got updated online to 'Processing'. Exactly 3 weeks after order placement, on Fri I received an email notification of completion of my order and the image of the new passport was uploaded to my account. On Monday I received my new passport by 2-day FedEx service. Travel Visa Pro did an excellent job and fully delivered on the promise within the ordered time! I'm very happy with their service, communication, and online account access! I highly recommended Travel Visa Pro as a great and responsible company!

To say that Jen was nothing but exceptional in designing, planning and executing our Italy vacation…read morewould be an understatement. Jen carried our unique and luxury vacation from beginning to end, listening to what we wanted, providing guidance and suggestions on which two areas of Italy we wanted to focus on, and then handled all logistics in what was a very busy time of year for us and when we could not plan ourselves. Not only did she think about how we could maximize our time in between cities, but she curated our time with experiences that ranged from relaxation, cooking, and adventure, yet still somehow saved time for us to have the perfect amount of exploration on our own. Whenever we had questions, she always made time to be a thought partner, and then executed on our behalf, from helping us secure a rental car (and guiding us in road sign knowledge!), to finding a mixture of Michelin Star restaurants and neighborhood trattorias, to helping us plan out our trip so it made sense for us, without missing a minute but also saving room to relax and enjoy Italy more than we ever have before. Without Jen, we would not have had a once-in-a-lifetime trip like this one - this was luxury on a new level. Forever in debt to you Jen and your immaculate subject matter expertise on Italy and planning the beyond perfect trip! We will be back to plan more with you because you've already gotten us excited for the next vacation :).
