There's an opportunity to purchase souvenirs from Kra-Mart, which Kenny will gladly autograph. The bus tour included a stop for soup at the site of the sidewalk restaurant that inspired the character of the "Soup Nazi". The lobster bisque and New England clam chowder were stellar. Kramer answered a lot of questions and had a huge amount of knowledge. At the end, he gave us all a 10% coupon for two local restaurants. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. If you're a fan of the Seinfeld TV show and have 3-1/2 to 4 hours to spend on a tour, then this is the ticket for you.

In my mind I thought that we were going to get a pizza bagel and bite-sized Three Musketeers while on a bus that had a bag full of muffin stumps at the back, but that is not exactly what happened. We actually met at the Producer's Club Theater and Kenny Kramer made an hour+ long multimedia presentation. He spoke about his relationships with Larry David and later Jerry Seinfeld, the genesis of the show and essentially what was fact vs. what was fiction. Kenny is very funny and engaging so the hour flew by. The next portion of the tour might not have been as well received by other tour guests - a visit to "kra-mart" to look at all of the Seinfeld/Kramer merchandise, but Christmas is coming and I have a lot of friends that love Seinfeld so the Vandelay Industries bumper stickers were a hit with me. The motor coach was nice and modern. Our first stop was to the Soup Nazi's where I partaked in a cup of Lobster Bisque and Kenny gave the opportunity to have your picture taken with him. The coach then drove up the Upper West Side with Kenny showing us various sites that were referred to or used in the show. Because quite a few years have passed since the show concluded, a lot of the sites, like Kenny Rogers Roasters, are no longer in business. The less than $40 price tag, Kenny's funny and well thought out presentation and the opportunity to re-visit one of the greatest tv shows ever made makes this the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

After contacting the organizer she was told our reservation was canceled. The organizer refused to rebook us and told us to enjoy our evening without them. On a friday night at 8 pm, this was a great way to kick off halloween season with my friends. I had a few questions along the way, but owner Elise always answered my emails quickly. Meghan our tour guide was incredibly informed, animated and a sweetheart to spend the night with. she was engaging and really was into the stories and facts about this area of town. My suggestion? Meghan should have a microphone or something better to project her voice. she was great, but it was hard to hear at times due to the loudness of the city and her voice being on the lower side. I also think her candle lit lantern should be brighter or bigger. we had issues finding her, but to our surprise we were within a few feet from her. my favorite part of the tour and what made this unique were the candy that Meghan gave us in the beginning, and the sheet at the end with all of the facts and story names that we heard. i have been on so many tours and always have to rush taking notes or googling things as the tour happens that i end up loosing info or missing out on hearing items, but this printed out list of facts was a HUGE help.

Upon…read morearrival in front of St. Patrick's Cathedral we were welcomed by an excellent tour guide Julien, our names were mentioned and Julian addressed us with our names throughout the tour which provided a very friendly and very welcoming atmosphere. The bus driver Levi was also very nice and friendly, (I had never met such a very friendly tour guide and bus driver compared to my previous guided tour experiences). After meeting at St. Patrick's we were dropped off at Grand Central Station took pictures and Julien took us to this hidden jewel, the Whispering Wall/gallery at the grand central terminal (in front of the oyster bar and restaurant). This was not part of the itinerary, and I appreciate how we were taken to this place. It was amazing how you can whisper into the wall and be heard by the person in another corner of the wall. We headed to the Empire State Building, where we were supposed to explore by ourselves but to our surprise, our tour guide Julien followed on the observation deck. He took very nice pictures (he is a pro) he knows where to take pictures and the right angles. We also had a delectable lunch and a nice ambiance at Paesano's in Little Italy. We boarded back to the shuttle where driver Levi patiently waited and this man had to drive around the area while waiting for us because they can't be parked in one spot for a while and had to share the parking to other shuttles/buses. We were taken to the Wall Street, Trinity Church and showed us the Alexander Hamilton's tomb. After that, we headed to the Statue of Liberty where Julien stayed with us the entire time and had an amazing time. He knew a lot of people including the securities, the workers etc. He knows what we need to do before heading to the security areas. He provided a great information about New York and we learned so much about the city in just 9 hours. He sounded like he had a sore throat on the day of our tour but that did not stop him from providing such a wonderful introduction and insight even he had to talk on top of his lungs. The last part of our tour was the 9/11 Memorial and Memorial Pools which was very emotional and touching experience. Lastly, my overall experience in this tour was wonderful. Before we departed Julien sang a song to us inside the shuttle the "New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra and we felt so special. I totally enjoyed my visit to New York because of tour guide Julian. He is a very hard working tour guide, does an excellent job!. He made sure we are all safe and no one gets lost in the tour. He even gave us souvenirs from the places we visited (postcards, etc.) Levi is a very good, safe, and patient driver. All respect for Julien who does an excellent job and also driver Levi. I would recommend this tour to my family and friends. Many many thanks to Julien and I totally recommend Julian to everyone who would like to visit New York.

He was so friendly, accommodating, funny, charismatic, and informative on everything New York. Our tour started off at St. Patrick's Cathedral and then progressed to the Empire State Building. At every point of interest, we were treated with fast access as VIPs. The Empire State Building was amazing and Julian got us in and out in quick fashion. We then went to Little Italy and a nice restaurant and canollies place in that area. The arrangements with the restaurant were great as the prices and food quality were good and the efficiency of getting us in and out in quick fashion was great. We then went to the Statue of Liberty where we bypassed a lot of the serpentine lines that circled that park area. However, the screening area was unavoidable and a bit of a delay as it was 45 minutes. Still Julian worked to make our entry as quick as possible and our time there valuable. Once getting onto Liberty Island, we went through a secondary screening area right at the statue and Julian gave us a lot of really neat information on the history of the Statue of Liberty. We then went to the 911 Memorial and the Oculus which was somber and enriching and Julian gave us keen insight on what the memorial park meant to him and shared a really touching personal story. I would recommend this tour company to family and friends as it is amazing. Try to request Julian as he is the most amazing human being I have met in quite some time. He made the entire experience quite memorable, informative, and fun.

I am very interested in my father's upbringing, and wanted to see his neighborhood, as well as important personal landmarks. Several people- including other local tour guides, told me this neighborhood was too dangerous and I should do something else with my time. Joe met me at my hotel, and we took the subway together to the old neighborhood. Not only did Joe make me feel safe, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared. He brought pictures of special landmarks, like my father's apartment building (which no longer exists) and my father's favorite candy shop, which has been a bodega for decades. He was also able to tell me a great deal about the history of the neighborhood. I strongly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a tour guide.

Folks love him, and we understand why. He is a genuinely nice guy who loves his city and is proud of his and its culture. Joe's knowledge of the city and it's history made for an informative experience. If we had more time in NYC, we certainly would have booked him again for another tour in a different part of the city.
