We love this little restaurant. The service is amazing, the ladies are very kind and accommodating . We've been there a couple of times and I have to say that the drunken noodles are my favorite. The flavor of the curry was wonderful and didn't really care for the size of the potatoes. I wish they would cut them a little smaller. Since our visit, we have picked up a to go order. The fried spring rolls are really tasty and not greasy. I've had the Tom Ka Gai soup twice - very delicious. To anyone who really likes Thai food I encourage you to try this restaurant. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

Came for dinner. They had a lot of people getting takeout but the inside of the restaurant wasn't busy. In fact, my friends and I were the only people dining in. Split the drunken noodles with chicken and green curry with a friend. A couple of my other friends got the Tom yum soup and chicken satay, panang curry, and pineapple fried rice. A few of us wanted it spicy but there was barely any spice. When we asked for more spice to add, we were given sambal. The food was ok and had decent flavor but we were disappointed that the food didn't have any spice.

This place is the definition of hole in the wall. Tiny building. Doesn't even feel like a restaurant. Tastes like on tho. Super tasty.

Great quality food, chill environment. I had the 'pad see ew' and I'll for sure go back and try the pad Thai as well.

Hole in the wall in North Spokane. Legit Thai food. A little under spiced if you are used to authentic spice levels--I would adjust up.

Wow! This is going to be a fun review…read more.. Stay tuned. You want good food. Do you want food that is authentic to its culture. Do you want a Thai dish cooked by a Thai chef. You found the place. Not just that, the help is wonderful. The Thai woman that served me was precious. And the Caucasian gentleman was very nice. Beautiful ambience. See my pictures. And did you see the picture of the food? Totally delicious. I visited Thailand one month ago. I have a Thai fiancé that took me to all the good restaurants. She lives there, she's a chef herself, she knows the good food, and she took me there. So, what I'm saying, I know good Thai food first hand. What I must say about the food I had here today, is it was delicious, it was spicy, and it was authentic. I ate it like a champ. With a spoon and fork, the Thai way. I made it a spicy as I wanted with the included Thai spicy sauce. I practically poured it on my food. I drank a lot of water ... I can say with almost 100% certainty that the rest of the food is good. I say this because, the restaurant opens at 11AM. There were people waiting at the door to get in before 11AM and by the time I sat down, the restaurant was filling up with people. There were orders being taken out by customers calling on the phone. It was busy. That should give you an indication of the quality of the food. I am so happy at the fact that I am able to bring my Thai fiancé to this restaurant once she becomes a citizen. The legal way, lol ...

Her warmth was genuine, her recommendations were spot-on, and she had an incredible ability to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Lily checked in at just the right moments -- never intrusive, never absent. She remembered details from earlier in the conversation, kept the energy upbeat, and handled a small mix-up with our order with total grace and a smile. That kind of poise is rare. If you're lucky enough to be seated in Lily's section, you're in for a treat. She's the kind of server who turns a good meal into a genuinely memorable experience. We'll absolutely be back, and we'll be asking for her by name!

We had a group of eight and there was a lot of "not ready yet" which the staff handled with ease. Food came out quickly but mostly all at the same time. We had a few items that came out later but it was reasonable and expected. Ambiance is very nice, simple but elegant. You would feel comfortable coming in dressed up or casual. Let's get to the nitty gritty, the food quality was very good, taste was a knock out. The pasta and sauce was good enough that I was looking for specific tastes so I could recreate it, that's what I hope for in a restaurant! And there was fresh bread, oh how I could wax poetic about fresh bread and so few restaurants are on this very simple add. Dessert - I'm always hypercritical of crème brûle because like bread it's pretty simple ingredients but takes some care, Muzuna's nailed it. All in all you should stop in for dinner and you won't be disappointed!

My husband was not impressed with the vegetable tempura as the veggies were cooked until they were soft, he prefers vegetables to be more al dente. I loved the vegetable tempura however and did not feel the veggies I tried were too soft. My husband traded his miso soup for my mushroom and onion soup. I tried both and they were both delicious but he does not enjoy miso soup while I do. I ordered the filet and lobster combination dinner with white rice. The filet was delicious. The lobster did not taste fresh. It was pretty fishy tasting. I told the waitress who promptly apologized and offered to replace it with a different item. She took the lobster tail and I agreed to switch it for the shrimp. She brought the shrimp out to me just a few minutes later and it was very delicious and tasted fresh. The veggies served with my dinner entree were so wonderfully flavored and cooked just how I like. My husband had the pad thai with beef and he loved it so much. This was our first time coming to Shiki and I must say we will definitely be coming back. Overall wonderful service and aside from the lobster everything tasted so good.

When we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the guy at the bar was genuinely friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. The food prep was impressively fast, and everything was packaged neatly and thoughtfully for takeout. We started with the pretzel, which was solid, but the real standout was the mustard--super unique with a tangy, spicy, almost wasabi-like kick that made it memorable. For mains, the curry dish hit a great balance--flavorful without being overpowering or too mild. And the biggest endorsement came from my daughter, who ordered the kids pasta with marinara and added chicken--she declared it the "best spaghetti she's ever had!" (Shh... don't tell mom.) Overall, great service, tasty food, and a welcoming vibe. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is I'd love to explore more of the menu next time--but based on this visit, we'll definitely be back.
