Bobby the owner was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I dont even know how he has all these 5 star reviews!!! Let him denie he does not know who we are!! Brought iphone 6 plus, and i paid $160. And we were dumb enough to tip you. Worst service ever phone is still broke and i was asked to lie to apple from Bobbys wife, To get my phone fixed the right way. All ive asked for, "is to fix it". And you "claim your a pillar of the community!! Which i have grew up in for past 30yrs!! You should recieve no stars!! Have texts and reciept to prove all this. Called for weeks with no answer. How can you run a business with no accountability for your work performance or what you claim to know how to repair. read more

I had my teenagers phone repaired a while ago by Bobby. My husband asked me for their information today so he could refer someone, which reminded me that I needed to leave a review, so this is a little late. We are extremely happy with the quality and price of our sons new screen. Its been about 6 months, maybe a little more, and we have had no issues. The workmanship is perfect, the price was perfect and customer service was perfect. I called and had a same day appointment! The work was done at my home within an hour, it was fast and convenient. We will definitely refer people to the Phone Doctor! read more

I dropped my iPhone 6 plus and the screen shattered. I was devastated. I inquired through email and was called back right away. Their lead technician came out to my home to fix my screen. He was very professional and explained their warranty and use of oem products. I was very pleased with the outcome. My phone screen is fixed. Definitely worth the money to have someone work around your schedule! I highly recommend this service! Dropped my iPhone again.... And it's good as new! Thank you again for your great service! Overcharged me by about $30. Canceled many appointments that we had made. He took my old back up phone, then "lost" it. So I'm sure he either sold it or used it for something else. Really disappointed. read more

I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could. We are lucky to have Bobby offer his services, truly. Customer service is flawless. They answered right away when i called in and a lady was very patient with me over the phone and politely addressed a long list of questions i had. They drove out to canyon lake on a sunday morning to fix an extremely broken screen on my iphone 6 plus. I had a lot going on at my house so we decided it was best for Bobby to run up to a starbucks to fix it. In an hour he had it back to me looking like a brand new phone and he even threw on a tempered glass screen that was installed very professionally. Bobby is very knowledgable of phones and he will take the time to explain everything you need to know. The charge was $150 which i found to be extremely fair considering it saved me an hour of driving and it was extremely convenient to not leave the house. Truly nothing bad to say, the experience went exactly how i hoped it would. read more

Thank goodness for the phone Doctor Bobby!!! After calling multiple places that either didn't answer or when answered seemed to be too busy I finally got the number to the phone Doctor! My IPhone 6 wasn't charging properly and he came to my house same day I called! Fixed my phone in a reasonable time, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and he gave me a bunch of tips for the future. His price was the lowest after calling 5 different phone repair services. I would recommend him over and over! I am extremely happy with my phone results and I met an honest/trusting person! ON TOP OF EVERYTHING HE USED TOP QUALITY APPLE EQUIPMENT INSTEAD OF CHEAP PARTS. read more

The first screen I got from them delayed a lot and didn't work properly. Bobby agreed to give me a new one which I really appreciate. The customer service was good but I feel they could be a little more organized with their scheduling. It was sort of a hassle to get my new screen after I expressed to him the first one was no good. All in all I would recommend other people to the phone doctor! read more

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! I am soooo happy I found this company!!! Bobby was amazing! I really appreciate the time and effort he took to fix my phone. It took 30 minutes and it is wonderful! I called them and they scheduled an appointment the same day 2 hours later. Not only that but they met me in Murrieta at my location of choice! Now how much more customer service can you ask for!!! One more thing lol...they also hooked me up with tempered glass screen protection and it cost a lot less than I could find anywhere else!! read more

Good service, but when i was getting my screen fixed for a galaxy s3 mini he cracjed the new screen. Then then screen didnt adhere correctly, the button was loose and i had to press the light buttons hard. Ended up waiting almost a month for him to replace it again. Same thing happend with the button and the light buttons. Didnt want to have to deal with him again. This was a back in January-Feb. I got a new phone in July. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! If I could give bobby Zero stars I would. In early October I had dropped my Iphone 6 plus and cracked the screen. I called Bobby early Saturday morning and he arrived a few hours later. He fixed my phone and really did an excellent job. He is a very nice man and we had a great conversation while he was here. HOWEVER, I also asked him fix my kids (6 and 4 year old) Ipad2 because the screen would not light up. He told me Ipad's take a long time to take apart and that he needed to take it home to work on it and he'll call me back in 3 days to deliver the fixed Ipad. Well its now December and he will not return my phone calls. Ive been calling this thief since October and has not made one attempt to call me back. Bobby stole my kids Ipad. I found his profile on facebook (Bobby L. Swann III) and tried contacting him there but just got blocked. What kind of sick person steals a 6 year old's Ipad that she uses for education apps like abcmouse. Next stop is the police and Better Business Bureau. read more

We called Phone Doctor and had them come and pick up my broken screen iPad. Bobby and his son Jeremy showed up on time to pick it up and were very courteous. The next day at the same time Jeremy returned my iPad as good as new. I couldn't have asked for more professional or better service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service. I also enjoyed meeting and speaking with them and added bonus. Brenda OShea read more

Bobby was amazing. My mothers phone and mine were so cracked that they were both useless and I was in an emergency to get it fixed ASAP; so I called on a Sunday evening around 6 PM to get a quote and when he can fix it. He told me he could do it for 120 for my phone and 140 for my mothers phone and he could come within an hour. I was absolutely amazed because it is a Sunday evening and 6 PM and he still came out and made it here. He was very nice gentleman did it very quickly and efficiently. He helped me and my mom with any questions we had and extra help that we needed. Bobby is an amazing businessman and I really appreciated his work and getting to my house quick he also blessed me with a phone case which was so unexpected and so very appreciated. I recommend this company to anyone it's a great company and great owners. Thank you again Bobby! read more

Bobby was wonderful in showing up on time and returning my iPad quickly after replacing the screen. He stands by his work and if you have any issues with the work done, he will come out and take care of it. Polite, efficient and an all around good guy. I would call him again. read more

My husband dropped his phone 8' from his haul truck and we knew before he picked it up that it was shattered. I ran in the house and sent Bobby a message and he was at our door making the repair almost instantly. We have used him numerous times for our phones and computers and have been completely satisfied with each of his services. Thx for another great job! read more

Absolutely great customer service! Very reasonable price as well. So called them the day before as I was getting our sons hair cuts for homecoming and for football pictures the next day and the we willing to come out within a hour of my call be as my busy schedule I had to cancel. So I called them back with a ton more questions and after calling so many different companies like this right away I knew they were different so I choose to schedule him and again with a hour they came out to the house to make the repair on my iPhone 5. The main selling points for me was that they used only original Apple parts and they he was Apple certified and not just some guy that watched a YouTube video. I highly recommend them and will definitely used them for future repairs. Lastly with my repair they threw in a free tempered glass protector!!! read more
