A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. The phone was all good functionality wise before I gave it to them. The replacing was pretty fast but the phone failed to restart after replacing a new screen. after more than 30 mins' working, I was told the phone had something wrong with maybe the mother board. After many chats with them, a tech. support person said that to do a reset, you should back the info. up on a computer. That was the first time ANYONE there said that. And, nobody at the stores ever backed up phones to a computer. So, the final result is that all the stuff is lost, and they don't know how to fix it. A cell phone company, and they can't fix a cell phone. I am so done with this company. But, I will call corporate customer service first, so that somebody higher up knows what's going on.
