Nephew went to get his iPhone repaired and when he went to pick it up it was not repaired. They wanted him to leave the phone after he paid for it. The then proceeded to call the cops. His receipt was on his phone when cops arrived and he was arrested. The young man was african American and the establishment owned by Arab decent . This 18 yo man has been arrested and taken to precient finger printed and now has to appear in court. read more

This place is the worse, horrible customer service, horrible workmanship. I brought a phone there, and they gave it back to me and told me that it was broke when I gave it to them. I paid to get it fixed, they didn't fix it and then when I brought it back something else was broken on the phone and they tried to tell me that it was me. Save your money and heartache. I had been to this shop, after getting the information from a telephone carrier as they are authorized service providers near to me. I need to port my number from a carrier to another mobile phone service provider (carrier). The employee I interacted was a demotivated one. Once he came to no, its not a big business, he intentionally wrongly processed " My request to Port". I was porting one of my mobile phone numbers from Verizon to Lycamobile. In the application system, he entered the wrong details and messed up all the process. Now it is after 24 hours still I am working on this it fix it. I will not step into this shop again. As a business person, his reasoning was wrong, i would have been going there multiple times. giving multiple reference business. He did it really bad bad bad. read more

I shattered my iPhone screen yesterday so I needed a repair today before heading out of town. When I stopped in, the gentleman behind the counter took a quick look, gave me a price (that was better than other quotations I received) and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Well, 10 minutes later the phone was finished! Not only are they fast and efficient, they are nice people as well. They will be my go to for any repairs from now on. Great service! Went to Cell City in Long Beach and was told that I would have to leave phone and pick up next day and that cost for battery replacement would be $55. Stopped at Computer Smartphone and they installed battery in 10 minutes and charged $45 Will send update as soon as I know new battery is holding charge. read more
