Vermicelli with 44. Stir-Fry Shrimp Lemon Grass

This restaurant is nice and clean, it gives a family friendly feel as soon as you walk through the door. You are able to sit anywhere you'd like, and as soon as you are seated you are brought water and a menu. The food here is a 10 out of 10. I go for places that really make my tastebuds dance and this is one of them. They have a very good broth to their soups. The vermicelli noodles are delightful and light on a hot summers day as well. I also can get enough of their drinks. They are just as pretty in person as they are on the photos. True to size and the flavors are spot on fantastic! As I visited three times before writing this recipe I also saw the consistency in their dishes. I highly recommend dropping by with family or on a date. The food will definitely put you in a great if not already good mood!

This spot is local to my house, so I've been here a handful of times. Food comes out fast, service could improve, but it's always busy here, which is a good thing! They have plenty of seating, it's a bit loud with kitchen noises, music, and the patrons that visit. I come for the pho, I have tried the shrimp spring rolls but I personally don't like the shredded cabbage. I tried the egg rolls and they were nice and crunchy. Would get those again. The boba drinks are also tasty and made to order.

Went here with a buddy an hour or so before closing. Can be kind of confusing when you walk in if you've never ordered here before -- there's a big line going up to the counter. That's the take out line. If you want to dine in, just go sit at a table and someone will come give you a menu. Probably. Biggest problem with this place was service. They had two waiters and not a whole lot of table checkins. We were here for about an hour and had someone stop by after food to see if we wanted another beer one time. Asked for my check, waiter seemed displeased with that slightly, brought the check and then immediately went on break and had a bowl of noodles a few tables over. I had immediately put my card in the check folder but it sat there for 10+ minutes till I waived another waiter down. Service is meh at best. Food was good. Got the pork bahn mi (they call it Vietnamese Sandwiches) and a bowl of Special Pho. Some of the Phos are $25-28, not really a good value in my opinion but the $14-16 bowls are a good value and taste great. Make sure to ask for some chilie seasoning to up your spice game. Ambiance is nothing special, lot of tables and booths jammed together with salt of the earth people eating good food. Worth a shot, just get to go or don't be shy about flagging servers down.

I can't say enough about this establishment, just know that if you want Photos is the place to go. Great food, good service, clean and decorative place

So much OIL

My microwave almost exploded‼‼ There was an inch of oil covering the top of my pho. When I put it in the microwave it began popping and exploding. I took it out and put the toppings and there was so much oil it began deep frying the onions. BEWARE! They give you a microwave safe bowl but the soup will explode. Please be careful with this pho place‼

Honestly, I walked in and was turned off by the ambiance. The restaurant was empty but there were some dirty dishes on the tables. Two ladies sat in the corner with their shoes off wrapping forks and spoons with a rubber band and throwing them in a box. Other workers sat refilling sauce jars. I looked at the menu and nothing screamed out but I saw the shrimp spring rolls and decided to try something small. The rolls consisted of lots of lettuce, cabbage and two shrimp split to make four pieces. After three bites of lettuce, I finally tasted the shrimp. If you minimize the ingredients with spring rolls, what else are you keeping from your dishes??

This place legit sucks lol. We came here because the wait for Mollies was long. No one came with menus as we waited so I went up to the counter. The waitress asks me to come back to order when there was one table. So I have to come back to order? Some old man who didn't speak English comes to take our order but I don't think he understood because the order was wrong. I can't believe I had to pay for food and service like this. The pho had no flavor. It barely had soup and meat. Just all noodles that were overcooked and soggy. They throw you your food and just walk away. Doesn't check on you or see if you need anything. Nothing. One of the worst restaurants I been to. They don't even have real huy fong sriracha. Didn't even eat the food. Paid and left. It was horrible and waste of $42.

Four and a half stars. Was told that this pho place was good and it surely did the trick. When you walk in you see beautiful mural of Vietnam one of the walls. It was busy and there are a ton of tables. You can smell pho when you walk in, excellent sign. We ordered quickly because service was fast and friendly. We got spring rolls (here they are spring rolls and in Hawaii they're summer rolls). We also ordered egg rolls and then different pho and a milk tea. The pho broth was nice and full bodied. It had great flavors and in my opinion I would have enjoyed a few more spices but that is a personal taste. It was good and hearty and they gave good amounts of meat. The milk tea was tasty and the boba wasn't too soft and had a great chew to it. On the cold day I have to say that I really appreciated the experience.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We've tried the beef skewers, pho, banh mi, and pad see…read moreew and hands down, the pad see ew is our favorite. It has that delicious wok hei flavor that's so hard to get right, and it's so good that we order it every single time we come. My wife is a big fan of the beef skewers. We're not exactly sure why they have that red color, but honestly, we don't even question it anymore because they're that good. The pho is solid and tastes pretty standard, served with the usual sauces you'll find on most tables, which is always comforting. Their drinks are also really good and come out super fast. Overall, this is definitely a must try spot if you're ever up in Hesperia.

I wanted to like To Pho, but the pho fell short, mainly because of the broth. I ordered a large,…read moreand it was dominated by a thin, under-seasoned broth with very few noodles and scarce meat. For a large bowl, the balance felt off. The broth itself tasted flat and one-dimensional -- no richness, no real aromatics, and none of the layered depth you expect from good pho. Even after adding lime, herbs, hoisin, and sriracha, it never came together. The broth just didn't have enough body or character to carry the bowl. The spring rolls were springy and didn't taste particularly fresh. Service was lackadaisical at best -- slow and inattentive without being outright rude. On top of that, slow, overly intimate "baby-making" music played the entire time, which felt awkward and out of place for a casual pho spot. I'm open to giving places a second chance, but based on this visit, both the food and overall experience missed the mark.

Stopped by Young Dim Sum today and this place did not disappoint. Everything we ordered came out…read morefresh, hot, and full of flavor. We got the stir-fried beef noodles, egg rolls, pot stickers, and the fried buns with condensed milk, and every dish was on point. The stir-fried beef noodles were the star -- super tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and great wok flavor. The egg rolls were crispy and filled just right, and the pot stickers were juicy with that perfect sear on the bottom. The fried buns were surprisingly good too -- warm, fluffy, and even better dipped in the condensed milk. The restaurant is clean, service was quick, and the food looks as good as it tastes (photo attached!). Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving solid dim sum dishes

Beef potstickers: Appealing looking but awkward to eat and seemed prepared from frozen. The meat was a little roll floating in the middle of the thick wonton wrapper. Pan fried on one side, a bit rubbery. Shredded Cucumber salad with garlic flavor was good with decent fresh cucumber. Scallion pancakes. Greasy. Unable to detect any scallion or onion flavor so I opened it. Tiny specs of what had to be those dried chives or green onion flakes. Scant amount. This is a simple, cheap fix for a usually delightful side order: Just chop up some fresh green onions and throw them in there. Easier on the oil & these would've been pretty good. Wouldn't order this unless they revamp this simple app. Distracting banging around of pots and pants in background. I guess it was pot washing time. Several customers ordered the dim sum and maybe that's the way to go. It's a no go for me.

The weekday lunch specials are a good value here for a tasty meal. I should begin going through…read moretheir entire lunch special menu for fun. Today I ordered the Eggplant in Garlic Sauce with tofu lunch special. It came with an egg flower soup, egg roll, crab Rangoon, and choice of steamed or fried rice. The eggplant and tofu were cut in small pieces but the dish tasted good overall. The garlic sauce was savory. I also wanted to order their Shredded Pork with Rice Noodle dish off of their Korean menu. I had it before but, due to a miscommunication with the waitress, I ended up with Japchae instead. The Japchae was actually excellent, well made with a noticeable amount of wok caramelization flavor. The sweet potato glass noodles had a firm, chewy texture and provided a nice contrast with the tender pieces of pork and stir fried vegetables. I will probably order Japchae again even though I don't think this is a regular menu item. It is highly recommended. Service is polite and efficient.
