Its not a bad pho resturant within a mall. The pricing is slightly high for the little meat you recieve but I did like the tea and pho with spring roll option. Not pictured is that I got banh mi and taro boba + strawberry banana smoothie which were good but once again there wasn't a lot of meat. The location is right next to the kids area so its very loud which can be hard to hear the person who is taking the order but I did appreciate they tried to repeat the order. I also appreciated the lots of seating in the store and out. read more

Not the best pho place. Used to be great but has really gone downhill. Portions are tiny and the cup of soup was halfway filled

I've visited this location at Memorial City Mall near the children's play area. I got the beef pho and an order of Vietnamese eggrolls. The firewood came really hot and was very tasty. Came with the basil, sprouts and jalapeños. It had a nice zip to it. The Vietnamese eggrolls were Also very tasty. I think I can eat a whole tray of these no problem. The employee at the counter was cordial and be prepared my mail very quickly. If you want a nice healthy meal after a crazy weekend this is the place to come. read more

Sophie is very rude. She kept making rude comments in Spanish to the other girl she was working with, who was really nice. It seemed the other girl was still learning but the way Sophie was teaching her was very unprofessional. She was talking to her in Spanish so maybe she thought we didn't understand. I won't ever come back due to having to overhear her comments. read more

When at the Memorial mall, I usually visit this location to grab a Memorial Tea with boba but this time, my fam and I had enough time to stop in and try a quick lunch. We all ordered the soup and we were blown away ;) One of the things that really stood out to me about this wonton soup was how moist the wontons were. They were plump and perfectly cooked, with a delicate wrapper that melted in my mouth. The filling was flavorful and well-balanced, with a nice blend of pork and seasonings. In addition to the wontons, the other ingredients in the soup were all incredibly fresh. The veggies were crisp and had a great crunch to them, and the broth was full of flavor. And of course it was served piping hot. It was clear that the cook at this restaurant take great care in selecting the highest quality ingredients. Overall, I was blown away by the deliciousness of this wonton soup. It's definitely a hidden gem tucked away near the movie house away from the mall food court, and I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes. If you're looking for a quick lunch in the mall and a fan of wonton soup then you definitely need to give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

I've had nothing but positive experiences dining here. I had the chicken pho with peach tea, and the broth they used for the pho was one of the best I've ever tasted at a Vietnamese restaurant. The staff were also pretty friendly too. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area. read more

I always come here to eat pho because I work at memorial I always ask to go for the reason that I only have 1 hour lunch today I came and they were asking me if I didn't want everything together I explain myself that they always do the soup and noddles separate because I can choose which veggies to eat and I can do it myself whenever I'm ready to eat it they put a ugly face like I was asking for you much they gave me the food without the lead he already add the veggies didn't give me a bag to take my food didn't gave me lemons hot sauce soy sauce nothing the service should really improve so the only people really go doesn't stop going . What a waste of money and time this was on August 22 read more

I ordered plain vermicelli with chicken and I had the shrimp pho. Both were very good and flavorful. My broth was perfectly hot-- not too hot. The restaurant was clean and the young man working the register was very nice. read more

Found plastic in my pho soup last time I went there. Ended up getting poked in the mouth.

Didn't even know this place existed until I happen to walk by it. I had the beef pho and my mom has the chicken and vegetable pho. I regret not taking a picture of the beef. It looked very low quality compared to what you would usually receive. Service was very quick, and we received are meals in about two minutes. The broth was good overall, but they really skimp on the side garnishes. If you're just in the mood for pho in the mall go for it, but don't go out of your way to try this place. read more

So I work here in the mall and actually stumbled upon this place! I was a little skeptic at first with a pho place being in a mall. But changed real quick! I ordered the number 1, pho with beef. And it held up to other big pho places I've been to. The broth was right on point. Nice and silky and with all the fixings. The noodles were just the right texture. Needless to say I finished it. They also have a good selection of teas. I ordered the taro milk tea and it's the best by far I have had. Super creamy and the taro flavor was very present. Definitely recommend trying. Going to come back and try more items on the menu! There's not a lot of room to sit but they do offer dine in and take out read more

I wanted to like this place. It's conveniently located at the playground my daughter loves, has good hours. My whole family loves pho and looks for any reason to eat it. My husband and son both had pho. My son had the kid's chicken pho and my husband had the meat ball. My son said it was inedible, but he's 7 and kids complain. My husband's pho was watered down, but passable. Had it just been that, I would have let it go. But it wasn't. I ordered the pork bun (cold noodles with cooked pork and vegetables, standard Vietnamese dish) to split with my daughter. First, they get my order wrong and try to give me chicken. No big deal, confusion happens. But I was concerned by the chicken they tried to serve me. It was not the standard Vietnamese bbq chicken, it looked boiled? And it was PINK. My correct meal was brought out quickly. The meat had a mealy texture and an odd flavor. My daughter and I didn't eat much of it, chalked it up to crappy mall food. But this is the point... We left, walked about one hundred feet away...from the restaurant to the front of the Disney store...and my daughter started vomiting. She's NOT a puker and she's blowing chunks here in front of Mickey. So TL/dr: the food was so sketchy here that my kid barfed. read more

This time I came in with my Viet boyfriend and he loved the pho. Especially the broth. He said it was very flavorful and didn't need to add hoisin, only siracha for spice. When I saw the sign for a new pho/tapioca place in the mall, I HAD to stop by! Unfortunately, I was grandly unimpressed by their pho. It tasted of ginseng or some herbal root. Actually, it didn't taste like pho at all. My friend and I stopped eating halfway through. What WAS good was their spring rolls! I got the shrimp ones and they were good! They're bigger than your average spring roll! It's very filling as a snack in between meals at the mall. As for their boba, it was pretty decent. Nothing amazing, but not bad at all. I saw that they had black sugar milk but they were out the day I went. Gotta try that next time! I did end up getting the normal house milk tea with boba and that was satisfying and tasty. Altogether I think this is a great addition to MC mall. read more

Haven't tried their Pho, but stopped by to get some Boba drinks. The Boba drinks themselves were pretty good! The price point is kind of high but I think it is worth it for the first time. This is probably one of the best places I've found to eat in Memorial City Mall. Skip the food court and try this modest quiet restaurant in an out of the way location in the mall. The Pho is something you'll want to come back for after you've had it once. Fragrant and delicious. I also think the fried egg rolls are some of the best I've had and I've had a lot. It deserves good, regular business. read more

Not happy with the boba drink. I ordered the potted plant tea and they didn't put the mint on top like in the menu picture. The boba was tough af. Could not eat it as it was very undercooked!! I had to get a separate cup and place them aside. The Oreo was tasty but it's on a bed of ice and cannot mix well with the tea. There was so much ice!!! 3/4 of the glass was ice and wasn't much tea to drink!! :( I tried the jasmine tea and that was very weak and mostly sugary!! It was also full of ice and after tax they charged me $11.34 and I added a 1.57 tip to make it 12.91 for two teas. No twitteo the price, was too expensive. Not worth the price. Won't be coming back so I'll be chucking their stamp card! It's under the "P" block of their 'PHO' sign!! If you find it, lemme know!! LOL Happy hunting! read more

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised for a little place in a mall. The drinks my friend and I had were delicious. Mine was a Taro Slushy and her's a Matcha Slushy. Both were thick and delicious. They have many selections and styles for drinks to be served and a variety of jellys to choose from; if you're interested in exploring more than just bobba. The food wasn't bad. A little disappointed that the way it was served didn't match the pictures on the menu, especially for those who are eating in instead of taking out. The egg rolls though delicious were deceivingly small. And I wish there were more in food portions. The environment was clean and quaint. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was really nice. They need to be more aware of their music playing. Rap is not for a family friendly environment. They kept skipping the songs when an inappropriate one came on. I hope that they keep getting support. Maybe with tweeks in stable music choices playing would help and with a growth in financial support hopefully improve on food presentation for those dinners who eat in. read more

I have yet to find a good pho place in the Summerwood/Kingwood area. The few I've had is still subpar including this one. The portion was alright for a large pho ($8.50) but only includes one kind of meat. To start off, the customer service is alright and the lady at the register was nice. However, she charged me full price for the drinks during happy hour (from 2-4pm, it's $2.50) and I had ordered meatball pho and she gave me the thin steak pho instead. I'm really only giving it a 2 star just because the lady was nice and easily refunded me back the difference for the happy hour price drinks and apologized. The matcha green tea smoothie was really good and satisfying but the kingwood milk tea had 75% ice that my husband pretty much finished sipping in 5 sips. When he finished, we saw that the boba we added just stuck between the ice. THAT'S how much ice we had with the milk tea. I'd only come back here for the happy hour price matcha green tea smoothie. read more

I honestly wasn't expecting this place to be any good but after a day of shopping and watching my child play in the castle this really hit the spot. I ordered a beef pho , popcorn chicken and a mango smoothie. The beef pho was flavorful and fragrant and had plenty of beef slices. The popcorn chicken was alright, lacked flavor but they could have some condiments for us to sprinkle on for extra spicy ness or flavor. Popcorn chicken was tender and soft on the inside and had great breading. The mango smoothie, is probably the best I've had tasted. It was real mangos with crushed ice blended. I will totally come back again. It's a must try. I'm sure people have their off days too. We went on a MLK jr day and they were steady. read more

This place seemed to have formidable prices. Service was prompt, and even though there were many pictures depicting the dishes offered, they weren't at all how it's served. The food was not up to par. They were priced reasonably in comparison to other authentic pho places I've visited. However, the "plates" were small and flimsy. The cups were literally hard to hold because of how cheaply they're made. The drinks were 70% ice and 30% drink. The pho was lacking flavor, and the plate description of "beef and shrimp" is literal. One shrimp in the entire soup lol read more

If you are having a pho craving, this place will do - but barely. They only have one pho option, which is slightly overcooked beef slices. The accompaniments were fresh and the broth was not bad.
