Took my 4 and 5 year old here to get a polish change on hands and feet. They charged me $120 for this and only told me after the fact that they addes $20 for each child due to having to use the quick dry nail polish. When I called to discuss this pricing, they laughed. read more

The best thing about this place is you are able to get an appointment unbelievably quickly. I can't tell you how many times I've called and they've been able to take me within 1/2 hour. They also have massage chairs. Ooooo. Massage chairs! They pedicures and manicures and fast and good. They're also relatively cheap. But don't expect the nail polish to last too long. My pedicures generally last about two weeks. You get what you pay for. read more

I called ahead asking for an acrylic nail removal because all I needed was for them to be taken off and they said that was fine. however, they told me they only do no chip and not acrylic so it took an hour to file my nails because they didn't have the filing machine. Great manis and pedis for reasonable prices. I usually can walk in without an appointment, but on occasion they're too busy for a walk-in. My favorite part is the massage they give you! Prior to Covid, Phoenix was good; manis and pedicures, nice foot, leg and shoulder massages with pedi and mani included hand, arm and shoulder massages. Since Covid, the service has changed. They have lost some very good manicurists although the ones who are there are pretty good. The big minus is the fact that manis and pedis are done very quickly and not as well as before. Gone are the shoulder massages, even though Covid is over. The pedicures are maybe 45 minutes and leg massage is over in a blink. Manicures seem rushed as well. I recently sent two mothers their with their young daughters (6 and 8) for pedicures and polish only for the girls. They were told that the quick dry was far better so that's what they did. When it came to payment, they were very surprised at the increase in cost. They had limited money so the tip that was offered was less than usual. The manicurist looked at the tip and asked if it was meant for all the manicurists or just for her. The woman who was paying ended up borrowing tip money just to settle and leave. This is not the first times it's happened and is a devious business practice. Customers do not like to be taken advantage of and I suspect that they have lost business. There's no point in being in business if you don't understand what people want. read more

It was our first time going to Phoenix and they were wonderful! My mother and I went in for two pedicures and they had such a peaceful ambiance it made for a great relaxing experience. They gave a great foot massage during the pedicure and even a shoulder massage while we sat at the dryers. They had good customer service and were very pleasant. Will definitely return :) read more

They were extremely insistent that we use their fast drying polish (to the point it was uncomfortable) but never mentioned it was 25 dollars extra. I paid $180 dollars for two rushed mani-pedis and I didn't even like the polish. read more

I had an amazing experience here! The ambiance, atmosphere, and decor are clean and sophisticated. The staff is very professional. I walked in and asked for a pedicure, they took me right back. The pedicure had nail trimming, she pumiced off my dead skin, used a scrub exfoliant on my legs and feet, oil & massage, hot towel, and paint for $35! While at the drying bar she rubbed my shoulders. Did a horrible job on my nails smudged that day I ended up going somewhere else to get them fixed the massage only lasted maybe 15 minutes they failed to tell me that they didn't do acrylic nails I asked them about the acrylic nails before I came. I have been going to this place for years and they have always done a great business. I went there today for a regular manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, they told me their drying machines were broken and that they were only able to use these " special colors," which dry fast. I asked if it was the same price as normal polish. They replied yes. The service wasn't great, they wouldn't use any hand cream on my hands or feet. They claimed it didn't work with the polish...hmmm. They didn't do a shoulder massage at the end ( that might have to do with COVID I'm not sure.) So I get the bill and it's $75. Normaly it costs me roughly $50 for a mani/ pedi. I asked why and they didn't give me a clear answer. I paid it as I wasn't sure if they changed their prices. Then I thought about it and something seemed fishy. I was really irritated that they didn't bother to tell me that I was obligated to a color that cost more simply because their dryers were down and especially for not telling me the price difference when I asked. I don't even think they are broken, I think this a sneaky way to raise prices given the recent pandemic and that they can only fit half the capacity of people. They should have given me a heads up on the phone when I made the appointment. Plus not everyone cares about sitting under a dryer. I should have had a choice. For this price I could have gone to a salon for a full service mani / pedi. This was such terrible service and they really rushed. Not relaxing at all. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN! I will find another place that does an honest buisness. read more

I'd like to start this review by saying I just had the greater pedicure of my life here! I had a manicure here once before and left saying wow. The women working here were very kind, well mannered, and made great conversation. It was clearly evident how much they appreciate their customers. Upon receiving my manicure, I was given a brief neck massage. It was quite nice. My pedicure was a delight as well. The women were very kind again. My pedicure consisted of a 10 minute scrub exfoliate per leg followed by a lotion massage for nearly 15 minutes each leg. Needless to say, I was feeling very relaxed shortly after I sat in the massage chair. Everything about this place is wonderful, from the prices to the comfort. When I move out of Lake Foreat, I know it will be worth the drive to come back here! read more

Terrible service. Made an appt for my daughter and I. They started her 10 mins late then wanted to start my service 25 mins late. I declined as we had somewhere to be. They did a poor job painting her nails and charged full price. They had her mani pedi done in 15 mins. What a joke. read more

I was visiting family in Lake Forest and wanted to get a shellac mani and pedicure while I was in town. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the shellac polish chipped and lifted after 3 days and my toe nail polish has chipped twice on two different toes within the same 3 day time frame. I regularly get shellac pedicures and manicures and have never been more disappointed. I expected more for the $90 I paid. I'm hoping the management team can make this unpleasant situation right. read more
