What can I say that hasn't been said already about Esvin and his team. I was introduced through my buddy Mike who had them do my neighbors ac unit. I was shopping around for quotes and I did get cheaper offers but Esvin pointed out that the price may be cheaper by a little bit the unit was smaller and would cost me more money in the long run to cool my house. With all these models and their weird wording I didn't catch that. Lucky for me Esvin did. He scheduled me for the next day and came and did the job within the day. Very professional, wore mask, and was very organized. After everything was done he answered all questions we may have had & went through some things with us before and after turning on the unit. So far so good. My AC & heater stopped functioning and I contacted this company among others. They were pretty responsive and came out the same day to address and identify the issue. Cesar and his team did the install on our new AC system. We were given Phoenix as a referral from a trusted friend. They did a great job, were clean, communicated with the right amount of detail, and spoke clearly. The crew was also on-time, and they fixed an unrelated heater leak for very little extra. He also took time to explain the system after it was installed. Overall great service. A couple of months later the system was turning on and off overnight. It was an older system when we originally purchased it, so we anticipated there might be a hiccup or two. This is where the service was incredible. Cesar came out the same day, fixed the problem, and since it was still within a couple of months of the original install, did this for no charge. WOW. I would've been happy to pay for the same day service alone, but the fact it was diagnosed and fixed for free shows his commitment to service and keeping his customers happy. Caesar and Caesar Jr. have been an excellent help on multiple occasions. When we had a water heater in the attic above the master bedroom suddenly burst, the Caesars we able to help us haul away the old broken heater and push the new one up a 10 foot ladder through a 3'x3' hatch into the attic. They had everything up and running only a few hours after. A week later we called them back to replace another heater of about the same age which went just as smoothly. We had our old direct vent wall heater removed and replaced with a new one that I ordered through a Rennai e-tailer on Amazon. Sounds easy enough, except the heater came damaged which we couldn't see until Cesar and Esvin tried to install it. There was a big mixup in the communications between us, the e-tailer and Rennai, but in the end Rennai shipped out the replacement part to Phoenix and they returned to finish the job. It cost a bit more than planned because of the return visit, but they did a great job and we would recommend working with Cesar and Esvin again! read more

Caesar has been to our house to do repairs on our air conditioning unit and he let us know when it was getting to the point where it would need replacing. True to his word, it needed to be replaced this year. So he came out on a Friday, replaced the unit the following day, and it works great.
