Can I give more than 5 stars? We've used ASAP several times over the last 7-8 years. We've had some repairs needed to be done our ancient AC unit previously but we decided it was time replace the unit and fix the cooling issues we put up with since we purchased our home in 2011. We interviewed about five companies with a wide range of solutions and prices. ASAP was recommended by a friend and by far spent more time talking to us through solutions, being honest about what could be delivered and explained what they would be doing and why. They were able to replace our entire HVAC system and most of the exposed ducting in a day. We were super happy. Side note, tehy came out and did a quick repair while our replacement units were in transit, just to make sure we didn't melt before the original could be replaced. Pleasanton summers can get hot.. HAWT!!! Gary and his team also helped repair (and eventually replace) the aging AC unit at our rental condo. They've been great at providing advice, helping troubleshoot problems not just for us but for friends we've referred them to. ASAP installed ducts for me, along with a furnace and air conditioner. That involved cutting the floors, sizing the furnace, installing it along with running the electrical, gas and setting up a thermostat. Curtis took care of everything from soup to nuts, he didn't cut corners and made sure the job was done well. He pressurized and tested the ducts, he made sure the return register and vents were big enough so they didn't whistle, and in general was a very thoughtful and experienced professional. When my furnace suddenly would not turn on, I started reaching out to heating services. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to start and of course this is right when EVERYONE was turning on their heat so I did not expect quick responses.
