I did a lot of research before I went to frame it and trust me you're not gonna find any place with…read morethe service and the price! We've now been there about five times with different size print lithographs and originals. Their work is impeccable from the glass or plexiglass to the way they install it with the custom matting the hanging mechanisms And the back paper. They're finished work is amazing. Jonathan who's got probably 20+ years experience did a lot of work and has incredible skill and Svetlana the manager really is wonderful as a skilled art tech, and relationship builder , and really has an artistic flare. In fact probably 150 feet from their shop is her well stocked art gallery which is loaded with every single type of art piece you can even imagine! The prices were very fair and much less expensive than the other places that I called in the surrounding area ( I researched!)there's no way you can do this work on your own for any less than they do it because of the price of plexiglass and even cut glass nowadays! ( and Mattes!!)One of our prints we brought in a frame and a piece of glass and Svetlana actually even cut it for us for free! Wewould go back to this place and intend to any day. You've definitely got to go here and while you're waiting, there's a brand new sushi restaurant right across from them. That is excellent apparently-you can have a bite while you wait or you can go to the cold Stone creamery next-door! I will try to update this with some photos to show you how outstanding their quality is!

I was only in town for three days and she was able to rush the order and got it done in 24 hours. That was incredible!! It is definitely an investment and money well spent to preserve and commemorate a special occasion. Leave it to the professionals! Thank you U Frame It - u nailed it

This year my mother passed away. Receiving the beloved heirlooms from her home was bittersweet. I…read morelove the pretty things that have been handed down for generations, but losing my mother was a high price to pay. Upon receipt, a couple of the items had been damaged in shipping. I took two of them to Framer vs Framer. A marriage certificate of my fifth-greatgrandparents. My grandmother's college degree and honor roll pin. These are priceless treasures and I am honored to now call them my own. When I turned the items in, I was given a date four weeks later. That felt like an eternity, but for what I wanted it was reasonable. The desk person told me they were quite backed up, and I understood and agreed. After four weeks had passed, I telephoned to ask if my items were ready for pickup. No, they are running behind. They will call me. Alright, I don't like it, but I will wait. These things happen. Lots of people are short staffed these days. I get it. Another four weeks goes by and again I telephone. This time I spoke to a different person who was very rude to me. She told me "WE will call YOU when it's ready. We have people who have been waiting for their orders since June." [It is now December 16 and I turned in my order October 20] If that is true, why didn't you tell me that when I turned in my order? At least it would have been honest. I can deal with late but honest. The employee continued, "We don't even have your frames in yet. We ordered them, but they haven't come in." Oh, alright. Lots of people are experiencing a supply chain issue. I don't like her attitude, but whatever. Interestingly, I received a phone call from the company about two hours later, telling me my order was ready. Wow. Really? Maybe there's a miscommunication amongst staff, but the way that woman spoke to me was unacceptable. The work is fine as far as I can tell, but I will never ever return or recommend Framer vs Framer. This is unfortunate. I regularly choose small businesses over big box stores. I could have taken my money to anybody. I've used them before and had satisfactory results. I would have been disappointed if the order had taken another four weeks, but I'm a reasonable person if the clerks are at least courteous. I think most folks are.

I called the shop earlier in the day to ask if they would accept a half down payment for the total cost of the frame job because most frame shops will work with you on that and this was the only way I could afford it. The guy I spoke to told me they had stopped doing it due to customers never showing up to pick up their framed items, but could potentially work with me as long as I made the full payment BEFORE picking it up which I was more than happy to do. I showed up in person later with my poster to go over the matting, frame choices etc. and it was a different guy who I didn't speak to over the phone. When I got my quote at the end, I was told they would not accept any down payment and needed the full payment before cutting the frames. While I understand the reason for this and that they want customers to commit to paying them, I wish they had some clarification on their website and/or I didn't get mixed information when I spoke to the man on the phone because I feel like it was a waste of my time to come in and go through choosing the matting/poster frame. Nonetheless the framing jobs are beautiful but not a fan of the mixed customer service I received, would have been happy to give them my business if they offered down payments.
