One of my garage doors would not close because the safety eyes were misaligned. Mind you, I called right away and these were supposedly adjusted during the "tune-up." What really bothered me was that I mentioned I'm currently recovering from cancer and that money is tight right now. That didn't stop the representative from continuing to pressure me for additional services and add ons. I honestly feel bad for elderly homeowners or others who may be more easily persuaded under these kinds of tactics.
