I must say that this was one of the most pleasant surprises I had and that I was very impressed. I own several rental properties in Phoenix and needed work done on several garage doors. A friend of mine highly recommended the services of Eran, the owner of AZ Garage Doors. After many unpleasant experiences with various "professionals" in the construction and repair fields I had my doubts but called anyways. Eran was courteous and very understanding throughout our conversation. He arrived at the time he said he would without giving me a bunch of excuses why he couldn't be there on time. That alone put him at an advantage over about 85% of service professionals I encountered over the past 6 years. He diagnosed the problems in minutes and gave me a fair and reasonable quote on the spot without pressuring me and no up-sales. Eran is truly a pleasure to work with, he has integrity and truly cares about his customers and their needs. You can tell he enjoys and takes pride at what he does and he will go the extra mile to make the costumer happy. As an owner of various properties around the valley I had my fair share of disappointments and I seldom recommend any professional. However, once in a while, I come across someone that truly deserves to be recognized and praised. I'm glad to say I found my guy when it comes to anything to do with garage doors and I highly recommend his services. read more

I wanted to replace my 20-year-old garage door opener with a newer one with modern technology features and options. I called a few companies to inquire about providing that service. I spoke to Eran at AZ Garage Doors LLC on a couple of occasions. I told him what model of opener I was considering buying and asked whether he sold and installed them. Even though the one I was considering was a consumer brand that he did not sell he asked questions and made suggestions to make sure that I got what I needed for my door. He said he did install the brand I was considering. He provided a price for inspecting my current door and installing a new door opener. I scheduled an install date and time with him, and he arrived within that window. He removed my old opener and installed the new one. He obviously knew what he was doing and did the work efficiently, with an eye on detail and thoroughness. He kept track of the parts and pieces he removed and boxed and disposed of them, even hauling away my old opener and the packaging for my new opener. He charged me the price he quoted and made sure I understood the new features of the opener I purchased. He provided information on how to configure the new features and use the equipment that was installed. Eran was friendly, informative, helpful, and diligent. I would not hesitate to recommend him and AZ Garage Doors LLC for similar work. read more

Just over one month ago I was in the market to replace my aging 2-car garage door with something new, fully warrantied and for a reasonable price. AZ Garage Doors certainly did not disappoint. For anyone who has questions about door repairs, available repair or replacement options, to a full-scale new door install this company is the one you are looking for. After meeting Eran for a free consultation and having him fully evaluate my needs, he performed my new garage door install on the scheduled date (during unseasonably rainy weather) with total accuracy and top notch quality. I chose a top quality fully-insulated door, and I could not be happier with my decision. With a full warranty on this door, Eran has also performed a follow up to ensure my door was working perfectly. Many thanks to AZ Garage Doors, I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best price and the number one garage door company in AZ. -Rob read more

I had Eran come to my home to give me advice on what I could do to my garage door & opener so it would work better, not be as loud and last longer. He made an appointment quickly, was very honest with his assessment and said I may be good another year. He was very thoughtful, honest and never acted like I was wasting his time even though I didn't hire him at the time to do any service. Just like he said, one year later, my springs broke and I called him out to repair them. He was very responsive, efficient with scheduling and getting the task done and clear and consistent with his price quote. He also realized my garage was installed with the wrong springs and explained that we needed to correct it. When he was done with the repair, my garage door had never sounded better! Eran is top notch, honest and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend AZ Garage Doors. read more

What a great experience having Eran do a service call on our garage door opener. Our door obstruction feature needed an adjustment and Eran arrived on the scheduled time. We have an older door opener and the sensitivity for the obstruction feature is very finite. He made various changes until the appropriate setting was achieved and tested the door for proper functioning. After doing this he then aligned a bent metal garage door track to ensure that there was no stress on the opener when it opened and closed. Finally he did a thorough lubrication of all the moving rollers and hinges. Considering I only requested he solve the obstruction feature I was very pleased that he went beyond and did these other items and WITHOUT CHARGING MORE THEN HE QUOTED. I would highly recommend AZ Garage Doors and in fact am placing his business cards in our clubhouse office. Terry A. read more

Loved the fact that the engineering tech was incredibly knowledgeable and had all the tools and parts for the repair for a same-day fix as the quote. The engineer (Eran) was prompt, professional and explained everything plainly. Truly great value for the cost. Appreciated that he wore a mask when our elderly family came out to take a look at the work and kept his distance from them as they have not yet had the vaccine and are sheltering in place. Cost was exactly as expected, and the receipt was electronic via email, which was great for recordkeeping and saved us a step of scanning it in. Clean up was impeccable and they took all the old junk with them so we did not have to worry about bulk pickup disposal of the broken springs. What a relief to have a functional garage door again. Appreciate the professionalism of the work and the company. read more

My garage door needed replacing after a delivery driver parked on my driveway and failed to put on his breaks! With all the stress of insurance claims and liability, I was so grateful to AZ Garage doors for their fast response and great customer service. In order for our replacement door to match the third car garage door, it would need to be a special order. Eran took care of everything, and was in contact with me to let me know the exact date of delivery. Once the door was in stock, Eran picked it up and had it installed at the first opportunity, and I couldn't be happier with how things went. The garage door looked great and worked like a dream, and the price didn't break the bank. Eran is professional, explains everything in detail, and the customer service is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. read more

Extremely knowledgable and polite! I called AZ Garage Doors to get a safety inspection and a maintenance checkup for my existing garage door. I scheduled a day and time a week and a half later simply due to my own busy schedule. On the day of the service, Erin called to let me know he was on his way and asked if it was still a good time for me. When he arrived, I expressed my concerns with my garage door. Eran explained how every part of the garage door worked and what could be done to change the parts I was unsatisfied with. He was very honest and did not push me into doing anything. He let me know what he recommended for safety issues and what could be done for aesthetic issues, but did not try to sell anything to me. My garage door is now working properly and is much quieter! I highly recommend AZ Garage doors to everybody! read more

The garage spring finally snapped early Sunday (4/11/2021) morning I called Eran and was told he had big job. He would be at the job all day, but would make the time to stop by and look at the door. Eran communicated with me during the day letting me know the approximate time of arrival. Eran arrived at the house at 9 pm and replaced both springs. Eran is amazing, affordable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Eran for any of your garage door needs. His word is gold and look forward to contacting him when I replace my garage door. Kudos to you, Eran! Your professionalism is off the chart! Thank you again for making time after a long hard day to fix my garage door. Back in business. read more

Our garage door broke late in the evening and Eran was quick to respond and showed up same day to take a look. We ended up replacing the doors for both bays, new weather stripping, getting a new opener, and moving the old one to the single bay that didn't have one before. He was super informative and responsive when we emailed questions. He did a beautiful job on the installation and we had a fantastic experience with him the whole way. You might get a slightly cheaper experience with Home Depot, but you're going to get what pay for with quality and communication. 100% would suggest going with Eran and will exclusively use his service in the future. read more

AZ Garage Doors did a great job. They were on site within fifteen minutes of my initial call. Eran (owner) provided extraordinary service. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. His work truck was clean and he dressed the part of a true professional. Not only did Eran get my crappy worn-out garage door working within an hour, he went over and above to ensure that all the nuts and bolts of the door were tightened. "I don't want you to call me again" he said jokingly. He did such a fabulous job that I gave him a 100% tip! At the end of the day I felt as though I found a friend, not a technician. read more

I have already recommended this company to my family, it's only fitting that I let Yelp know how pleased I am with everything. Eran was absolutely amazing. Super efficient and thorough. My friend accidentally closed my garage door on their car which resulted in the door bending a bit and subsequently not being able to close properly but that wasn't a problem for Eran. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to come by and fix it all up. Not to mention that his price was literally $200 cheaper than my next cheapest quote. If we have any garage problems in the future we're going directly to him. read more

Great company! They came out at my convenience to fix a broken hinge on my garage door. Come to find out the broken hinge was due to a bigger issue that would have cost me a lot in the long run, and possibly a crashing garage door! Luckily, to my surprise, they were able to repair everything in a timely matter and at what I would consider to be a very reasonable price. Workmanship looks excellent as well. AZ Garage Doors is saved to my contact list for any future garage door issues, and I will be sure to recommend this company to friends and family. read more

This is a garage door company you can absolutely Trust. I recently moved here from Seattle I've owned several rentals in Seattle and was always afraid of being ripped off. I contacted AZ Garage Doors for an estimate. Eran came out and quoted me a very reasonable price. He worked a lot longer and harder than what he anticipated but he stayed to the original estimate. He did not rip me off. This guy is very trustworthy and I would absolutely recommend him to any of my friends or family. If I could give him 10 Stars I would. read more

Make him your first call!! He is amazing. Our garage door suddenly made a horrific noise and wouldn't move up or down. Honestly, the noise was frightening! I sent a message through yelp to the first garage door place I could find and Eran called within minutes - this was at 5pm and he was at our home before 7pm. Quoted a great price and stayed and was here well into the evening fixing everything. Honest, kind and professional. Best call I've ever made- highly recommend!! read more

Fantastic service--responded to my request for service on Yelp in about 5 minutes late at night. Had to repair broken Wayne Dalton spring and convert to conventional torsion spring. Eran provided competitive price quote online which he stuck to despite the door being slightly larger than expected, and gave an arrival time the next morning which he met. Everything working great now, reliable, honest, worked hard in the summer heat and got it done quickly. Thanks Eran! read more
