I wanted to replace my 20-year-old garage door opener with a newer one with modern technology features and options. I called a few companies to inquire about providing that service. I had Eran come to my home to give me advice on what I could do to my garage door & opener so it would work better, not be as loud and last longer. He made an appointment quickly, was very honest with his assessment and said I may be good another year. He was very thoughtful, honest and never acted like I was wasting his time even though I didn't hire him at the time to do any service. Just like he said, one year later, my springs broke and I called him out to repair them. What a great experience having Eran do a service call on our garage door opener. Our door obstruction feature needed an adjustment and Eran arrived on the scheduled time. We have an older door opener and the sensitivity for the obstruction feature is very finite. He made various changes until the appropriate setting was achieved and tested the door for proper functioning. After doing this he then aligned a bent metal garage door track to ensure that there was no stress on the opener when it opened and closed. Finally he did a thorough lubrication of all the moving rollers and hinges. Considering I only requested he solve the obstruction feature I was very pleased that he went beyond and did these other items and WITHOUT CHARGING MORE THEN HE QUOTED. Loved the fact that the engineering tech was incredibly knowledgeable and had all the tools and parts for the repair for a same-day fix as the quote. The engineer (Eran) was prompt, professional and explained everything plainly. Truly great value for the cost. Appreciated that he wore a mask when our elderly family came out to take a look at the work and kept his distance from them as they have not yet had the vaccine and are sheltering in place. Cost was exactly as expected, and the receipt was electronic via email, which was great for recordkeeping and saved us a step of scanning it in. Clean up was impeccable and they took all the old junk with them so we did not have to worry about bulk pickup disposal of the broken springs. What a relief to have a functional garage door again. Extremely knowledgable and polite! I called AZ Garage Doors to get a safety inspection and a maintenance checkup for my existing garage door. I scheduled a day and time a week and a half later simply due to my own busy schedule. On the day of the service, Erin called to let me know he was on his way and asked if it was still a good time for me. When he arrived, I expressed my concerns with my garage door. Eran explained how every part of the garage door worked and what could be done to change the parts I was unsatisfied with. He was very honest and did not push me into doing anything. The garage spring finally snapped early Sunday (4/11/2021) morning I called Eran and was told he had big job. He would be at the job all day, but would make the time to stop by and look at the door. Our garage door broke late in the evening and Eran was quick to respond and showed up same day to take a look. We ended up replacing the doors for both bays, new weather stripping, getting a new opener, and moving the old one to the single bay that didn't have one before. He was super informative and responsive when we emailed questions. He did a beautiful job on the installation and we had a fantastic experience with him the whole way. Great company! They came out at my convenience to fix a broken hinge on my garage door. Come to find out the broken hinge was due to a bigger issue that would have cost me a lot in the long run, and possibly a crashing garage door! Make him your first call!! He is amazing. Our garage door suddenly made a horrific noise and wouldn't move up or down. Honestly, the noise was frightening!
