Ornamented trees in every corner, quirky bits-n-bobs catching the eye, and an amazing cheerful atmosphere. Cozy nooks n crannies, surprises with every turn, and happy customers all around. The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and the live Christmas music was a star on top! We had holiday lattes and a chat by the fireplace outside on this warm 60° Sunday afternoon, AND we were treated like queens within moments! So many compliments from the staff which included a free high tea tower and mimosas. {They rang up an extra on accident and it happened to land in our bellies!} We gossiped our way down the tower of yummy treats (totally worth the original price), my favorites being the roast beef sandwich and the blueberry scone with lemon curd. Definitely coming back soon with excitement, holiday cheer, and cash to tip these outstanding people! They have plenty of space, so much seating, tables available to reserve, yummy coffee, and all the extras you never knew you needed! I recommend grabbing a coffee and walking around the house (don't forget to go upstairs) so you can take in all Ms. Marji's personality!

Did some more shopping around the store and when I went back up to the counter, that's when they informed me they do not honor the online pricing. Although their website claims that they want you to be happy with your purchase from Eco products and that if you are dissatisfied you may return or exchange your item by mail, they DID NOT honor that policy. I was told that because the package was opened that they are unable to accept my return. I do not know how they would expect me to inspect or assess the product that I received without opening it! When I raised that point, I was told that I should have just ordered a small quantity so that I could make sure that it was what I wanted! I take responsibility as a consumer for things that I buy, especially over the internet. I spent a long time researching this product as well as reviewed the company's return policy before placing my order. If I had felt uncertain about it at all, I would have asked for more information or even more likely I would have purchased what I was looking for somewhere else. The suggestion that I should have ordered a smaller quantity is ridiculous. Especially now knowing that I wouldn't have been able to return those either and in addition to that there would have been a shipping charge on a smaller order! When you order something that looks different or is different than it was described on a company's website and they won't take it back, then it is simply misleading the customer. While I am certain that the loss of my business is not financially important to this company as I am sure they do business with plenty of large accounts, I think it is a pathetic way to conduct business and a horrible way to treat a paying customer. You would think that it would be more important for them to do the right thing then to make a customer unhappy over a $120 order!
