Unreal! Like a Twilight Zone episode! Never in my life have I experienced retail staff as rude and incompetent as this. As I look at the reviews I noticed some of the issue came from the back end and not the store in general. Many of the reviews came from minor errors that can be expected in construction. I also saw that this location has way more 5 star reviews than what is shown publicly if you take a look at the not recommended section their are tons, I counted 18 - 5 star reviews!
