Made it in before the lunch rush. Everything went well!! Absolutely enjoyed coming in for a B1... the deluxe vermicelli salad.. My kiddo ordered fried rice. Extremely nice restaurant owners and family. I still recommend!!

I am so excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Muskogee! Before they opened, my nail ladies were talking about it, and they were very excited too. We went in for lunch on Friday, and it was pretty quiet. It's clean and full of seating, and there are many beautiful plants for decor. The menu explains things well, and my husband ordered a type of noodle soup that some people shy away from I guess because the waitress and the owner came over to double check he wanted it. So the owner brought out some of the broth to try, to make sure he'd like it! It was really fabulous service, especially for people who are new to Vietnamese cuisine. He loved what he ordered, and mine was delicious also. They have a jar of spicy house made chili oil/paste and lots of sauces at each table, which I love to add to make it even spicier. They sell packaged Asian snacks too, so I'm going to try a different one every time I go! We had an excellent experience, and we will definitely be back many more times.

I like Bún Bò Huế It is pronounced really funny and it's fun to say I'm here at Pho Winn And that's what I'm...... havin' today I hate fish sauce, though It stinks and the words don't rhyme with anything. There is one meal I have eaten more than any other at Vietnamese restaurants; that is Bún Bò Huế. I have eaten enough of it that I can tell really good from average. When it is good, it is a wonderful flavorful bowl of warming complex flavors! It should be a spicy beef (sometimes pork broth) noodle soup with a distinct salty, citrus flavor from lemon grass with many other spices. It has sliced beef and sometimes pork (pig knuckles). For the Bún Bò Huế here at Pho Winn, there was no "zesty lemon grass flavor." There were many slices of beef, pieces of beef tendon and unidentifiable tumorous looking chicken flavored nodules. Chicken something pieces, why? The soup definitely lacked spice. It was very mild and bland. I loaded it up with chili pepper from the little jar on the table to give it some heat. Maybe it is a legitimate geographic version Bún Bò Huế that differs from the text book description. Regardless it was very disappointing. Don't order it here. My wife had her favorite. A meal she has almost every time we dine at an Asian restaurant, Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò - Grilled Pork Vermicelli. She said it was good. The pork was pleasantly seasoned. I am not sure how she can tell; she poured fish sauce all over the whole meal. Anyway, she gave it a strong average rating. She has credible experience evaluating versions of Vermicelli. The restaurant is clean with a large dining area of tables and a few booths. Big windows make it bright, and comfortable with an open feel. The service is friendly/adequate. Dear lord, please tell me that those unidentifiable chicken flavored nodules that I ate, weren't chicken feet.

The egg rolls, and Thai tea that was 75%-80% ice

So tried Pho Winn today! It's having a soft opening and it's the first Pho place in Muskogee! I was soo excited to see if the egg rolls were good and not gooey gross. I thought thru were SUPER GOOD. Would have bought 20 more but had to get home. I will absolutely be back because I didn't get to try any other dishes sadly. I was really REALLY excited about the Thai tea, however, they packed it with the most ice I have EVER SEEN in a drink before. I couldn't even get my straw in without a struggle. I liked the Thai tea, but would not get it again! Paying $5+ for a cup completely full of ice with a tiny bit of Thai tea isn't fun. But the food was really good! I want to try the shrimp fried rice next! Server was also super nice!

It's hit or miss honestly. Sometimes the meat is overcooked and dried when we order the pho. But we enjoy the wings regardless.

I've eaten pho in NYC, Miami, San Francisco and Tulsa so you can say I'm some kind of pho expert…read morelol. This and another " supermarket " spot in Tulsa are the best pho in town with authentic flavor and a balanced broth. If you enjoy steak don't forget to get a side of rare beef. The service here is excellent and polite, everyone who works here is happy to take of their customers.

Viet Huong is a long-standing Vietnamese restaurant on E 21st St, Tulsa. After many years of…read morereturning, I am actually downgrading this once beloved restaurant based on my most recent visit in March 2026. Service was really slow on this particular visit. I had the Vietnamese combination pho as usual. The broth lacked flavors. The combination pho only had meatballs and rare beef. How's that even combination? The pho noodles were too soft. The rice papers used as the wraps for the fresh spring rolls were a little hard. I was not impressed with Viet Huong on this particular visit. This hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant used to be my favorite restaurant in Tulsa. That time has gone. Maybe, next visit will write a different story. I came back just to make sure my review was accurate. I tried both Bun Bo Hue (my favorite Vietnamese soup) and the Vietnamese pho. The pho broth was the same (mildly flavorful) but the noodles were more firm than last time. The Bun Bo Hue was comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in Tulsa, but I would say none of them are exceptional. Good luck finding a Vietnamese restaurant that serves exceptional Bun Bo Hue in Tulsa like Pho Cuong in Oklahoma City.
