This is the best Chinese and only Thai option in Muskogee, and I will die on that hill. It's SO good. Huge portions. Truly spicy when you want spice. Dining in and drive thru offer solid service. They make everything fresh as quickly as they can. If you dine in, the building is not the newest or cleanest, but it's still the best spot. I've never had anything I didn't like. read more

I haven't been here in quite a while and was excited to get the Thai Cashew Chicken. My food was good but they have changed it up some. The old recipe (which is still how it shows on the menu) had chicken, mushrooms, string beans, asparagus and cashews. Today's had no asparagus and they added peppers and onions. Very little cashews today as well which is what made the dish so good! I am hoping they just substituted because they were out of asparagus. Currently still drive thru only. read more

I have been to this location twice, and it is legitimately the worst "Chinese" food I have ever had. I have gotten the orange chicken and sweet-and-sour chicken, and both dishes have tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp all day. Dry! The orange chicken in particular had a very hard, crunchy exterior that wasn't pleasant at all. The worst, however, is the rice. I went through the drive-through and as soon as I opened the bag, I smelled bleach. Yes, bleach. While white rice is of course technically bleached, I have only ever ordered from one other Chinese restaurant (in Atlanta) that had this sort of experience where it not only tastes dry and totally bland, but also smells unsafe. Passing through on a drive from Houston to Missouri, we stopped here for lunch and walked right out after 10 minutes of what we saw. There was a man and a little boy de-shelling RAW shrimp on a dining table near the bathrooms, which is disgusting. What was even worse was when I came back from the restroom, our WAITRESS had joined them de-shelling the raw shrimp. I told my husband that if this girl doesn't wash her hands with soap and water before come back to us tot take our order, we are leaving. Well, she went to the sink, rinsed her hands with water, AND THAT'S IT! Nope. Nu-uh. No way. We payed for the drinks we didn't even touch and left. They do deliver and it is Chinese food, basically. I settled with General Tso and his sidekick Lt. Fried Dumpling. :) He's spicy, they said. He's crispy, they said. Well, not spicy, and soggy. Then came the Wonton soup. More like Wonton water. Absolutely no flavor at all. Just bland HOT broth. On a positive note they did send over the hot mustard packets like I requested. So so quality food. Its your typical american chinese takeout/fastfood restaurant. We had steamed dumplings, egg rolls, and chicken fried rice. There was nice size chunks of chicken, but they were a little dry. The sweet and sour sauce was decent in flavor, but a little more runny than most places. Visiting Muskogee for company training. Done for the day today and I felt like some Chinese. This restaurant popped up in the search. If it weren't for the reviews, I would have kept driving. Sometimes you really can't judge a book by its cover. I had a hot, fresh, tasty combo dinner for less than ten bucks. The pork lo mein has tons of pork. Great sweet and sour chicken. Great take out! Large portions and reasonable prices! The service was excellent. The person answering the phone is a little hard to understand. She is, however, very helpful. If you ask her to slow down, she will and she is easier to understand. She doesn't get frustrated when you ask her to repeat what she said. I just didn't get my chopsticks. Bummer, but the food was good. My husband really liked the egg drop soup. There was plenty of steamed rice, also. We had the steamed dumplings and crab Rangoon, as well. Great egg rolls, too. The best Chinese restaurant in Muskogee. The interior is clean and nice. The service is amazing, the owner is very attentive and makes the effort to come out and talk to the customers. The food is superb and tasty. I recommend the coconut shrimp, yellow chicken or shrimp curry, dumplings, Thai fried rice, and shrimp with lobster sauce. Ordered Thai fried rice with basil and I got a lot of stems and greasy muck for my entree. I also ordered the fried Wong Tong and got fried brick like substance. My other coworker ordered the coconut soup and got a watery muck with two pieces of chicken in it. We both called to complain and these people are just not really concerned about the quality of food that they serve their customers. We will never go back. read more

Every legitimate Chinese restaurant knows that sweet and sour chicken has such things as green peppers, onions, Julian carrots, and PINEAPPLE. How hard is it to do it right? The Thai food was great, as good as you can get. Curry was to die for. Waitress was helpful but surly. Maybe she had a long day.

My friend and I eat at the Lin Cuisine in Muskogee on a regular basis, once or twice a week, the food is always good. I have ordered a variety of dishes (no standard dishes) from the Thai and Chinese menus, each dish was freshly cooked, well prepared and had a variety of levels of heat. My friend has settled on the Green curry which is always cooked to order (no bell peppers) and has a nice curry heat to it, I take home her left overs, always good the next day. The staff are friendly and do a good job of taking care of us. We will continue to eat there. Definitely worth trying if you're wanting to branch out from the usual orange chicken and sweet-and-sour chicken, a dish which my family has eaten there and likes. read more

I eat here once or twice a week. In a town where most people's idea of vegetarian fare is to remove the protein, Lin Cuisine offers tofu as a protein choice in any of their menu items. Replace the fried rice with steamed rice and the entire menu can be made vegetarian. AWESOME! The food comes out fast, and the restaurant is clean. Very clean. Friendly and attentive staff. They have Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes. Generous portions and cooked fresh with lots of veggies. You can ask for "not hot", if you can't eat spicy foods. Really pretty good for fast food restaurant. Our favorite in the Muskogee area. read more
