A friend recommended this place for lunch while we were in town! They were parked at Spaceship in McAlester. The staff was friendly, and after a short wait our food was ready! The owner even came out to check and see how we were enjoying our meal. Our food came incredibly hot and you could tell everything was extremely fresh! I got the chicken & pineapple fried rice. My boyfriend got the chicken bahn mi, and we shared the pork bao bun (it was so good and soft we didn't get a picture). This was by far the bestttt Asian food I have ever had, let alone from a food trailer. It was perfect to enjoy with a beer flight on a nice sunny day with the door open. I would plan my entire trip back to town around coming back to eat with Hungry Lotus. If you see them parked I wouldn't hesitate to stop! 20/10!! read more

I don't have any pictures sadly because we ate everything so quickly! You can tell they are very passionate about what they do, it really shows in the amazing food! We tried the pork Banh mi, vermicelli noodle plate, beef stir fry noodles and a chocolate banana egg roll dessert. Everything was top notch, they have a homemade sauce with the crab rangoons that is different from any sweet and sour I've tried and it was delicious! They were super nice as well! We can't wait to go back, honestly probably one of the best banh mi I've ever had, the pickled onions and carrots were great and the pork was very flavorful and juicy! 10/10 Would definately recommend! read more
