According to my friend, no clear reason was given for the termination, which seemed unfair and unprofessional. The employees deserve a lot of credit for the quality service they provide, and they are the reason I would still recommend this restaurant. My only concern is with management practices and how staff members are treated behind the scenes. I hope ownership takes steps to improve communication and transparency with their employees because the staff are one of this restaurant's greatest strengths.
