The service was immaculate and everyone was very polite and helpful. The prices were very affordable! We got a lot of food for the price and everything was fresh and very delicious! The restaurant was nice and clean! Bathrooms included

I am new to the area, one thing this town has to offer is a ton of Mexican restaurant choices. This was my first one to try and it did not disappoint. Excellent & very well mannered staff, clean establishment, great menu and very fair prices! I tried their strawberry house margarita, white queso with chips & salsa, tacos de birria & refried beans. Was not disappointed with anything and they have a lot of good lunch options Monday-Friday before 3 PM(after 3 you have the option to get them and add $1). Food comes out quickly & absolutely great service our server was so kind! If you are in the area and wanting Mexican food this is your place! I haven't tried anywhere else so can't compare but this will be a tough one to beat.

Most Mexican Restaurants are closed on Monday in this town so I ended up here. I am from Texas and spoiled by excellent Mexican food. I was seated promptly, chips, salsa arrived, drink and appetizer order taken. The standard salsa was very mild almost tomato sauce, so I asked the waitress for some spicy salsa and POW it delivered it is spicy so use caution. I ordered the chorizo queso and beef fajitas. After 10 minutes I had to ask where my queso was and it quickly came out and worth the wait. Tender fajitas good flavor and lots of beef. prices are very reasonable, worth stopping and eating here especially on a Monday.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away. Beverages were brought on time. Ordered guacamole and it was huge. I ordered a beef taco salad. I definitely prefer Taco Cabana better. The entrees for the folks I was with were below average. Oh and bonus were all served and didn't get silverware for about 3 or 4 mins so we all just sitting waiting to eat. I will not be back. Food was just meh.

If you've spent a lot of time on the road and need a good, hearty meal in Oklahoma, you do yourself a disservice if you don't go to El Jalisco. All their entrees have great quality and good portions if you've worked up an appetite. I can personally recommend their enchiladas, which are magical. I should also add, El Jalisco has an extensive mixed drink menu so if you have a designated driver, get yourself a drink!!! For non-alcoholic drinks, I was pleased to know they offer authentic Coca Cola from Mexico- the type made with cane sugar and bottled in glass! Muy bueno!

Don't skip this spot. It's super yummy and has incredible staff. Chili verde is amazing and worth going to town for.

I love this place so much that I left on a whim and drove 2.5 hours from Dallas just for their chicken fajitas and top shelf margaritas!

Ate at Gringo's (Sinaloa Grill on the receipt) during our summer 2025 trip to the Gunnison, CO…read morearea. Montrose, CO is a kicking town - lots of traffic, people on the move, it was a pretty warm day in early July. This cafe is downtown right off the main drag with a corner location. At the time of our visit there was quite a bit of street and sidewalk renovation going on. Reviews sounded pretty good for the place, so we parked and walked on over. Greeted and told to sit anywhere. The lunch crowd was coming in and the place was starting to fill up with what looked to be workers from local businesses as well as family groups and friends meeting up. We placed our orders and sat around watching the people and talking. Husband ordered a quesadilla, and I ordered a torta. i must admit the torta was smaller than i expected and I could tell the waitress thought i'd made a mistake by not ordering more for lunch ... i agreed at first. I ate the torta, there was pico de gallo and such to go along with it. The husband passed me a slice of his quesadilla (it was good) and surprisingly it was all enough. Nice. Went to the bathroom (there's 2) and it was clean and nice sized. Paid the bill, walked on out.

DUDE!!! This place is LEGIT Mexican food. Like right off a taco truck in San Diego legit. Excellent…read morered and green sauces. We all tried something different and everything was great. By far the best I have had in a long time. It will always be our new stop on the way between Fort Smith and DFW. I don't even leave reviews on things like this but I was just super excited to finally find something worth eating in McAlester (and open on a Sunday evening no less!). PS. My son had the Al Pastor tacos and said it was the best Al Pastor he has ever had.
