I had told her that we had been waiting for an extended period of time to which she agreed. I pointed out that another two person table, that arrived after us, had been served their food before us. The young lady plainly told me that it was out of her control since there were new people in the back. No apology just an excuse. No one took responsibility for the disorganization in the back. The basil and bean sprouts and other automatics are so fresh and crispy and crunchy The noodles are cooked to al dente perfection every time. The meat is a high-quality and is served properly, being cooked by the broth at the table. I'll probably eaten pho at 30 different restaurants around Washington State...mainly in Spokane and the Federal Way /Tacoma / Auburn / Kent / Tukwila / Seattle areas and this is the best.
