Brisket, meatball, tendon, tripe, and flank Pho Combination

Remember to order AND pay AT THE REGISTER. You can sit down after. This is the rule of the restaurant. I didn't mind because I thought it was convenient since after we finished eating, we'd leave right away instead of having to wait for the check. The pho was good. The price is good in my opinion. You basically get the protein as form of combination for the price of small, medium, or large. The restaurant is super chill, so you won't have to dress fancy just to dine in.

Has more tables than it looks from the outside. Order at the counter and food comes out pretty quick! Staff is always so sweet and friendly! The pho broth is good and I love coming here for my work lunch. Highly recommend!

First time here, wonton soup has 4 tiny wonton with very little egg noodle in it, soup was too much sesame oil, noodle texture was mushy ? Fried chicken was no Flavor just flour. Sorry but not recommending

    Oxtail pho

It was my first time ordering from them, but I give them a 5/5 for their service alone. I originally ordered an oxtail pho, shrimp fresh rolls, and a banh mi. However, while they were processing my order, they called to let me know that they were out of the banh mi and asked if I wanted to replace it with anything. I just asked to remove it. When my order was delivered, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered me some complimentary shrimp spring rolls! It was such a nice, classy touch and unexpected treat. The food itself was quite good. The shrimp fresh rolls were stuffed with lettuce, noodles, and shrimp. The shrimp spring roll was fried perfectly and bursting with whole shrimps. Unlike most places where it's just a few measly stuffing, their spring rolls were abundant. As for the oxtail pho, they gave us a generous amount of oxtail-- like 4 big pieces. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had a good mouthfeel. My only complaint was that the oxtail wasn't as tender as I'd prefer, but it was still very delicious. I highly recommend Pho Time for anyone seeking pho in the S. King County area. They're a small mom 'n pop who clearly care and are doing their best in these crazy times. The food is wonderful as well.

I JUST pulled a fingernail out of gums!! It has been sitting there since 130 pm.. I have acrylic nails.. Clearly gloves arent worn.. Never going back

Service is kinda opposite to what I'm use too. You look at menu and pay at counter. Pho portion for the large is big but something special. Broth is kinda too water down to my liking. Beef short rib is a tad to salty for me but their fish sauce is good. I'm only giving this place 3 stars because I'm kinda thrown off on a lot of things

I think they usually mostly cater to lunch customers because they closed at 6 PM. I asked the employee what the most popular sandwiches were and she told me it was definitely the crispy chicken bacon banh mi. We ordered that and a spicy pork shrimp banh mi. Both were excellent! I really liked the bacon one more and my partner really preferred the pork shrimp one more so it worked out. Both were a 10/10!!! Crispy fresh fluffy bread. Not stale at all. And about $35 for both sandwiches and a can of Coke. Beware that crispy chicken will cut up the roof of your mouth though. It was worth every bite!! And they were so big that I could only eat half. Saved the other half for the next day and it was just as delicious. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town and it's not too late.

My favorites are the Thai chili shrimp & pork bao and their spicy torched shrimp & pork rice. Their portions are generous and they do not skimp on the meat. The only criticism I have is that the bao bun does start to fall apart getting soaked with the juices from the meat and sauces. Food is usually ready within 5-10 minutes. A very casual spot to grab a meal with ample amount of seating if you choose to dine in. There is some parking directly in front of the store but there is more towards the back. Definitely recommend this spot!

Vermicelli was a 3.5 as it was fresh and a good serving (4) but the grilled pork was on the cooler side and didn't taste as crisp and fresh off the grill as you'd expect (3). Best part of the pho was the broth as it wasn't too salty like it can be sometimes elsewhere (4). Veggies were super fresh. Sliced beef was previously sliced and the whole chunk was placed in so you had to tease apart the slices from each other which was a little different than my experiences elsewhere. SKIP THE SPRING ROLLS. Picture had three shrimps/roll. Ours had 1/roll on one side with a slice of pork (I think) on the other. Seemed pretty skimpy if you ask me (2.5 at best). Service was good (4). Location was in a small strip mall with a Mexican and Indian place next door. The bars over nearly the entire front storefront were definitely interesting. For an out-of-towner, this part of Kent seems like a Santa Ana/Westminister/Garden Grove of OC, CA kind of an area with different ethnic offerings up and down the street.

I've confirmed with the staff that they don't use msg because the soup tastes so good! I also didn't feel tired or super thirsty a few hours later so that's also a really good sign they didn't put msg or a lot of salt. Combination pho (5/5) Unbelievable taste, lots of flavor, soup came out piping hot and lots of fresh ingredients and meat. The noodle itself is also cooked perfectly. Vermicelli with pork and egg rolls (5/5) The pork is very tender and tastes delicious, the sauce that comes with it is not overly salty and you don't need to pour so much since the noodles and ingredients taste very flavorful already. The service here matches the amazing flavors. They are very attentive and always make sure we are happy the entire meal. The place looks very clean and well decorated. I would definitely want to come back and try everything on the menu!

We came off a flight at Sea-Tac hoping to find something to satisfy everyone before the long drive home: The eye round and flank beef pho definitely hit the mark. Broth was more simple than some phos I've had before, but it had a very satisfying and fresh flavor and the beef quality was good. My husband ordered the mixed beef, and not having had tripe before wasn't a fan, but still enjoyed the other meats in the dish and overall flavor. Egg rolls were excellent and the fried rice was a favorite for my 10 year old. My 12 year old sampled and loved every dish equally. The owner was exceptional and waited on us like a one-man show he was warm and friendly us and our kids. The wait wasn't long, but he surprised our kids with chocolate after dinner for waiting patiently and smiled and joked with everyone in the restaurant and he moved around the restaurant. The restaurant itself isn't anything too exception in terms of looks or presentation, but the food and family feeling to it has definitely earned the respect of locals getting take out. We'll add it to the list of great places to stop.

I've also been here on Saturday evenings when the wait has been 30 minutes to an hour, so I think we just picked a good time to visit. We started with the spicy cucumber salad (which I somehow forgot to take a picture of), and then my husband ordered the General Tso's chicken while I had the beef and broccoli. The server was very friendly, and all of the food came out fresh, hot, and tasted really good. I especially appreciated that everything was served nice and hot. The biggest downside for me was the price. I understand it's inside the casino, but it still felt expensive for what you're getting. My husband's General Tso's chicken with a small serving of rice was around $23, my beef and broccoli was $26, and even the small bowl of cucumber salad was $9 before tax. While my portion was definitely generous, it still felt like a pricey meal for Chinese food. Overall, the food was good and I'd eat here again if I was craving it, but it's definitely one of the more expensive dining options inside Muckleshoot. If you're planning to eat here, I'd expect to spend at least around $25 per person before drinks and tax.

We went last night for dinner at 9 pm and had to wait but were seated quickly. Our wait for water and to give our order took a bit longer than expected. When we sat down at our table both of our empty water goblets were visibly dirty and streaked, as were the plates kept on the table. We cleaned them ourselves and didn't ask for replacements. Our server was curt and rude but only to us, as we could often see her smiling and joking with her other tables around us. We couldn't help but notice that we were a different race than everyone else. After our food was dropped we realized we didn't have silverware. I sat waiting to be checked on but it didn't happen, so I had to take a set from a nearby reset table. Our water carafe was never refilled when it became empty. We were never offered drinks or refills of those drinks. We were checked on once very late in the meal, but just "is it ok" without actually stopping to listen or make eye contact. When I was just over halfway done with my food, our server came to the table and set our check booklet down with much more force than necessary. I had never seen this woman before in my life, why would she be so short with us? When looking at the menu earlier we had seen a dessert we wanted to try, so I had to ask our server not to give us our check without the option of dessert. She was not apologetic about it. She said "So you want a menu?" and I said no, we wanted the Ube 3 Ways. Her treatment to us was so unnecessary that it made me sad for the rest of the night, when I should have had a great time at the casino resort.
