We ordered delivery through UberEats while on vacation and were pleasantly surprised with this find. The grilled pork especially had such good flavor. The grilled pork rice vermicelli was excellent - the nuoc mam had a little less "oomph" than other places but the whole dish was still tasty. The chicken in pho ga was better than anywhere I've had it. Most places end up being so dry, but their chicken was good on its own. If we're ever in the area again, we'd be back! read more

Thought it had nice spice and pork knuckle added additional texture and flavor. Combo Bun was beautifully presented. Pork was nicely seasoned. Disappointing to find only two shrimp in entire bowl. The nem (fried roll) seemed pre cooked. It was barely warm. The nuoc mam sauce was not very flavorful. No heat, no garlic and little fish sauce flavor. That may be the influence of the past 8 months speaking Still nice lunch at a simple place with good service. The price was a bit of a sticker shock. Bowl of pho had been costing us less than $3 in Vietnam. They are the most welcoming, and friendly people! I'm currently enjoying my Phó Ga w/it's flavorful broth and sliced chicken! Yum yum! It's own of my comfort foods! I'm also including a picture of the Thai coffee I had last time I came in. This coffee is so strong and flavorful! It's mixed with some type of milk (maybe soy?). We always get the P6 (Pho with thinly sliced rare steak and meatballs) which tastes very fresh and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee which is a very bold tasting coffee with just enough sweetness. The BM1 (Bahn Mi grilled pork) is also very fresh tasting and quite delicious. The food here always leaves you feeling fresh and healthy. The service is great and tentative while still being relaxed giving you a comfortable experience. The ambiance is very calming with the soft lighting and a gentle playlist playing in the background. Some places it varies depending on the day of the week. Not here. Steak is tender and the noodles are always amazing. If you like it spicy, ask for some chili oil from the kitchen. The bahn mi are also equally amazing. The bread is crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. As it should be. The vegetables are always crunchy and fresh. The wait staff is super friendly. Growing up in Orlando I'm use to all the Vietnamese restaurants a few blocks from me. Im in Brevard now so having some comfort food near by is truly a blessing. Its a casual family own restaurant where you would find their kids helping out with the tables. The one young gentleman was very quick to bring us water which I appreciated! I went in for the first time yesterday and I was blown away by the delicious food. I ordered a Bun bo hue. Spicy noodle soup.. the broth was incredible. I didn't even need to add anything else beside a squeeze of lime. I enjoyed every bite I had. Remind me of my mothers cooking. We also ordered a Banh mi thit nuong which is grill pork sandwich. It was fresh and delicious. The vietnamese coffee was a huge hit for me and my husband because there is NO VIET restaurant here that can make a legit Vietnamese ice coffee. Usually it would be super water down or super sweet. Well here ,It was dark, rich and flavorful with just the right amount of condensed milk. I had to ordered one to go because I liked it so much ! My hubby and I ordered a bahn mi Sammie and one pho and took it to eat at a park. When ordering I was told 20 minutes which I knew couldn't be right since both dishes are so quick to prepare. So we picked up after about 10 minutes and the food was sitting on the counter. My husband said his bahn mi was really good but it was very small and he would have ordered 2 next time. For me I was pretty bummed because I ordered the steak pho and the steak was given raw on the side but the broth was only warm, not hot. Since I am pregnant I was not able to eat the meat which was the main purpose for the $12+ price tag. We gave 4 stars because the food was flavorful but otherwise we're disappointed. read more
