She greeted me and asked me what I wanted and when I started to tell her, the phone rang. She did say excuse me, but then started to take the order on the phone while I just stood there. You should always place the person on hold on the phone and help the person who arrived first. It was rude and I was so turned off, I just left and went and got boba by my house.
