    Banh xeo

We were large party and unfortunately there was only one waiter. Needless to say, not the quickest meal. Lots of Viet dishes- but hit or miss. The good: Banh xeo was crispy, Bulgogi steak lots of flavor (Viet version lots lemon grass). Boba drinks excellent. The bad: stir fry meh, bun bo hue was way too spicy, seafood soup bland. Sadly the combo of slowness & so-so food, wasn't the best experience.

Pho Viet is an Awesome place! We go there weekly, but today we couldn't leave, so we ordered in! Service was Quick! The food was Awesome! The 6. Tom Cuon Chien Gion- Crispy Shrimp Rolls are always good & the sauce they come with is really good to dip them in! The 94. Com Chien Ga Quay was with rotisserie chicken, which was good - But I think I would prefer it pre-cut up, rather than me picking the meat off the bones...Everyone at Pho Viet is Super nice and so was the delivery person too!! Whether you want a nice sit-down experience or want it delivered - You WILL Enjoy it! Go ahead and order today! By the way, their House Special Appetizer is Awesome! It has 2 egg rolls, 2 spring rolls, 2 fried shrimp rolls, 2 Vietnamese sausage rolls. Served with our signature sauce. That was the first thing we ordered on our first day there... It had us coming back for more and the rest of their food, KEPT us coming back for more!!

Ate there yesterday afternoon. Was surprisingly busy for 3 pm. We were seated in a reasonable time frame. Table was clean, drink was brought out quickly. Waitresses was very polite and good at her job. Ordered food, there was an issue with one of the ingredients in one of the dishes. Was offered alternative which was fine. We ordered the sampler appetizer and it was phenomenal. We both had rice vermicelli bowls. Very good.

Upon entering I noticed one other customer. I sat down and ordered egg rolls and #67. While the egg rolls took a couple of minutes to come out, it was almost 20 minutes before my main dish. Why? Well the staff was too busy eating their lunch and taking carry out orders to worry about getting my lunch out.

Okay I love it here! I broke my bubble tea cherry last night and I was so excited! I dined in at around 6:30 and there were a few people eating here as well. Our server quickly attended us and went over the combinations of boba tea. I went with the mango tea & lychee pearls and my mom had the passion fruit slushee with passion fruit pearls. It took a little while since they were busy with take out and dine in orders and plus our server was the only one assisting those dining in and placing take-out orders. The menu is huge, though so I definitely needed time to look over what I was going to have. My mom had come here before and swore by the pho so we ordered that, along with the beef short ribs, cracked rice, and side of fried rice. You guys, let me tell you this was some of the best Asian cuisine I ever had. Not only was the food seasoned well, but the portions are massive, and the customer service made it even better. By the time we left, they started to get busy so I recommend coming before 7pm if you are dining in on a Friday night. I know I'm going to be craving bubble tea daily now!

I went back and forth between a 4 or a 5 star review here, and ultimately decided on 4. First off, this place is located in a raggedy strip mall, the interior is eh, and usually only 1-2 people working. But we know this, and since it is literally 5 minutes from our home, we find ourselves going back (not many other options for pho here). The quail appetizer 5/5, spring rolls that you make yourself 5/5(pictured), they don't have the lotus salad on the menu(really wish they did!!), and the Vietnamese iced coffee 5/5. I love the BUN BO HUE, although it seems that every other time it's great.. then good... That's part of the reason why I gave 4 and not 5 stars... but the main reason would be that I feel the portions of meat that are given in the pho/noodle soups are small for the price. The noodle portions are too much. I think they come pre-packaged, but none the less.... It needs more meat. Honestly for $12.50-$14.95 soups, you don't get much meat. That's my main critique, otherwise, we will continue going here.

Good but a little too expensive for what you get. Also live in Houston, Texas and find the same offerings cheaper and equal in desirability.

They have other dishes as well. Whether it is Ramen or Katsu, you will love it. If you like spicy, try their Spicy beef ramen or the spicy kani salad. So good and if you're ailing, the ramen soup will nurse you back to health. The service is excellent. Everyone works hard as you will see them scurrying around to ensure everyone is served. The best part is the floor manager. Her name is Mama. She watches over the customers and staff with a watchful eye. She is so awesome. Older woman with the spunk of a teenager. The owner and family always have a smile for all customers too. Good people. MAKE RESERVATIONS!!! Do not just show up or you will likely have to wait. This is most nights, but especially in the weekends. And the food to value is excellent. No matter what form your sushi takes here, the quality is excellent and prices are good as well. Oh and for fun, they have sumo wrestling on the TV. Our favorite. We have no idea what's going on, but fun to watch while we eat.

The server looked at with a smile and slight confusion. We realized they were not yet open! I felt like a dunce. We offered to come back. She made sure we were comfortable, provided several laughs, and advised that the chef was preparing. The ambiance was so inviting and the overall vibe was great so waiting was not even a concern. We started with the wings. Oh my! They were out of this world. I can only assume (because I didn't ask) that they were soy garlic, and oh so yummy. Extremely tender and moist, with more flavor than any wing should have. My Daughter ordered the chilli oil noodles. They were a medium spice packed with flavor. My finance ordered hot and spicy noodles that didn't hold back. They were as described with the perfect about of heat. She'd felt they would have benefited from a bit of sweetness, but were delicious. I thought they were great. I ordered the mongoose Dan Dan noodles. They were also delicious. The noodles themselves were the star I feel. They had the perfect amount of bounce giving an authenticity I didn't expect. I tried all three dishes and my favorite was the hot and spicy noodles but my daughter gave her leftovers to her boyfriend! I was offended but I survived. We shared a slice of pistachio cake that was truly special. The server told us it was amazing but we didn't expect it to be that good. It was super moist, not overly sweet, and was nothing less than perfect. Totally unexpected. This is a true gem.

**INITIAL REVIEW **…read more The Soup Shop located in central Melbourne, which I will say is the area between Eau Gallie and Suntree, is one of my all-time favorite restaurants in the mid-Melbourne area, the area between Eau Gallie and Suntree. I mean, it is a restaurant that sells soup, and I mean more than one soup or even more than the common numbers of two to five soups. Think twenty soups or more. Ergo, when I found out that another Soup Shop location would open in West Melbourne, FL, I was excited. Not only would one of my favorite restaurants have another location available, but this one so happens to be closer to me. The question is if this new location would be as good as the OG. Despite not being a 1-to-1 of excellence to the OG, this new location is still excellent. Though an address is provided, the new Soup Shop location is located in the Palm Crossing Shopping Center a.k.a. Publix Shopping Plaza West Melbourne on Palm Bay Rd. (because to be fair, all the best shopping plazas in Florida happen to be Publix shopping plazas). If it helps, the new Apocalypse Coffee Roasters location is also in the same plaza. Upon entering the locale, it is like walking into a cozy nook you'd like to sit in and enjoy a book. Multiple two-person seating is available up front with one on the eastside. I usually sit on the eastside table as it is closest to the fountain dispenser, as all fountan drinks have free refills. As for service, the ladies working there are great, especially the team lead/manager who works on weekdays. I definitely like how she initiates conversation by asking about the t-shirt you are wearing. I was wearing my "EXPLORE" shirt and she asked me what it is I am exploring. Usually, it would be geocaches and/or letterboxes, but at the time, soup flavors! Which brings me to the six flavors of soup I had via the flight. Yes. The Soup Shop serves flights (and that is all the locations from what I know, too). I had the Dragon Stew, chili, chicken gumbo, tomato soup, creamy garlic tomato soup, and she crab bisque. Details of the soups are in the pics, but definitely loved the tomato soups especially with their fantastic grilled cheese sandwich they have on their menu. And on a sidenote: the restroom was unisex and clean. Definitely no drips on the floor or anything like that. Ultimately, I am going to give this Soup Shop - West Melbourne, four out of five stars. All and all, they are excellent, but we'll have to see if they are consistent. If they are consistently excellent, not perfect, just excellent, they'll get their fifth star for consistency.

I had heard great things about it and hadn't gotten the chance to go until recently. This is mostly because they're located in Windermere, which is a bit aways from most of Orlando. It was chosen as the dinner location for a work dinner for Asian American Heritage Month. May might be over, but Asian food is forever. It's in a very cute location with shops around and ample of parking. They had tables set aside for us and they have a full menu as well as the dim sum menu, which you mark how many of an item you want. Family style dining as is most Asian dining. The interior is super nice and it does feel upscale. They have large tables and some smaller ones but it's not a huge restaurant space. This means the meals feel very cozy and intimate. We got the squid ink shrimp dumplings and regular shrimp dumplings. They were both a 9/10. I will say that squid ink anything does not add to the flavor, just the color of the food. Squid ink is slightly more expensive. The shumai was a 9/10. By the way the dumplings were huge and about 4 pieces per order. We tried the curry fish balls, which essentially is fish balls like the ones you get at hot pot cooked in a yellow curry. It was my first time trying this and I thought it was just ok. This was a 5.5/10. Some ordered beef and broccoli for the table and it was delicious. Definitely a large dish to be shared. That was an 8.5/10. We tried their wonton soup which came with noodles and bok chop. This was an 8/10. The fried shrimp balls were excellent and is a 9/10 for me. Normally, I think they are either too savory or oily. However, these ones had great crips and really well balanced flavor. We tried my favorite dim sum dish, which is the rice rolls with shrimp. This was a 6/10 for me. It just wasn't my favorite one that I have had. We also tried the mango custard bun, which was a 8/10. Overall, I would give them a 8/10. It is a little on the more pensive end for dim sum but the atmosphere is nice and service is pretty good. I love dumplings. I could eat dumplings any day, all day. It truly is one of those things I would have as a part of my last meal on Earth.
