I highly recommend MAMA HUE for the WIN! Best PHO EVER!! I have ordered so many items and each one are outstanding and FRESH. My go too is Vegetarian Pho broth but I add chicken. There are so many layers of flavored and aromatics in this broth. I have tried to replicate it several times and I can't beat them! The pad Thai chefs kiss! I've ordered over 10 times and they have always been consistent! Perfect mix of healthy quality comfort food! Also I order an extra broth when feeding my kiddos, the portions are very generous. Nice staff and delicious Vietnamese food from a cute small restaurant located in a big plaza with plenty of parking. The menu has a wide variety of dishes with various meat options so there's something for everyone. Both rice and noodle entrees, spicy and mild, hot and cold options. I tried the fresh summer rolls which were very good with both shrimp and roast pork slices, plenty of veggies but was filled with cilantro which I didn't expect but was able to pick it out. I did however specifically request no cilantro in my Bun Bo Hue but there was still a heaping portion in the bowl. Disappointed and had to fish it all out. Besides that, the soup broth was piping hot and full of rich umami flavor. The noodles were cooked well but unfortunately got stuck together since it was takeout. A lot of pieces of beef, tendon, 2 pieces of ham and morsels of meat in the broth. It wasn't spicy at all which was perfect for me. Some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had in my life! Their veggie springs rolls are literally the most delicious spring rolls I've ever tasted. Always piping hot and crispy fresh when they hit the table with the best sweet chili sauce on the planet. Their limeade is also super refreshing and one of a kind, I highly recommend getting one if you are looking for a drink. My favorite dishes are the beef vermicelli noodle salad and the fried chicken leg rice platter. Friendly service, welcoming ambiance, and you'll have to check out their awesome bathroom! Oh and there's a sink in the dining room for all of your handwashing, sticky finger needs, which is so smart and needed. I very much enjoyed my lunch entree. The crepe was cooked just right. It was both crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside. It blended well with the fish sauce that came with the crepe. Came here at lunch, we ordered the steamed gyoza, beef pho with sliced beef and meatballs and Korean bbq platter. I was extra hungry so I got extra noodles with the pho. We also upgraded the Korean bbq to have the garlic rice which was really good. Everything was tasty also the place was very clean so were the bathrooms which is a good sign. The first thing I would like to start of by saying that the service and place overall was a 10/10 it was fast service and a very clean restaurant. I ordered pickup for my food and it was instant, they greeted me and gave me a sense of hospitality. Now The first thing I tried was the "fresh spring rolls" it was very fresh and very well put, the roll had no openings and it was perfect overall. I have to give it a rating of 8/10, the peanut sauce was just as fresh and sweet. The second thing I tried was the "chicken pad Thai", I've had pad Thai before but not like this. It was sweet and savory with a pinch of spice at the end that made it overall very enjoyable. The cilantro and peanuts amplified it's taste overall making it absolutely incredible. My rating for this would definitely be 10/10. Lastly I tried the "fresh lime-nade" this was a very good a delicious drink to pair with the amazing food as well. It has the lime pulp which indicates it is indeed fresh. It was sweet and barely sour, I give it a rating of 8/10 read more

Came straight here after our flight from Boston. It was our first time and they were super busy (server said it was unexpected and there were only 2 servers there). They were totally slammed. We waited for awhile for our food but it was honestly worth the wait. We ordered: Tapioca dumplings with pork and shrimp (best I ever had), shrimp roll, spicy beef noodles (not that spicy but so much flavor), chicken and vegetable Pho for my son and regular beef Pho for my hubby. The dishes were not too salty and incredibly light (which is weird to say about Vietnamese food). We will be coming back (multiple times) during our week long vaca in Vero beach. read more

Cute little place serving a humble but satisfying menu of Vietnamese and Thai delights. My boyfriend and I split an order of pork egg rolls to start. The were fresh, hot, delicious, and generously portioned. We both got Thai milk teas and they were perfectly sweet and creamy. I ordered a "build your own" pho with beef broth, sliced beef, shrimp, and a side of pickled radish and carrots. My boyfriend opted for the "bun bo hue", a spicy beef pho with a multitude of meats, to which he added a fried egg. I really enjoyed my pho, although I wish there were a bit more pieces of meat and shrimp. My boyfriend enjoyed his soup as well, particularly the fatty brisket it contained. Although the atmosphere was nice, the tables and counter were a bit sticky - the place could benefit from a deep clean. Service was friendly and attentive. This is great place to grab a bowel of pho. The noodle dishes looked appetizing as well. I wish they offered Bahn Mi! All in all I'll be returning. read more

Just discovered Mama Hue, thanks to the positive Yelp reviews. And the reviews are right! The Pho broth is so delicious! I had the Pho Special with beef, tripe, meatballs, and wish I had room to try more from the menu. It's a tiny (5 tables) unassuming place tucked in a strip mall on Vero Beach's Miracle Mile. It's easy to miss -- i hadn't ever noticed it was there. The service was so warm and genuine. The prices are very reasonable...but most of all the food is wonderful! read more

For the past year, my wife and I had visited Vero Beach area on and off. Mama Hue is a spot to go for us for Take-Out Vietnamese food. The dining room is quite small for my liking, therefore all my experiences had been to go. The food is very good and tasty. Most dishes are authentic Vietnamese. The Hue noodles were slightly different in term of taste and ingredient for me. It may just be the locally availability of the ingredient. Besides that, thumbs up on authentic food flavorful and tasty. Packaging, we got one thing or two each time but it's also that we did not ask. I guess it's not always default to supply them like in CA. Missing items are utensils and the like. Anyhow. Totally recommend and I will continue repeating. read more

Would definitely get take out again - super pleased with the experience and food. Walked in and was quickly greeted happily by the server, and the space inside is really small and cute. I got mama hues soup and the tapioca dumplings. The dumplings were good, but did not fare that well as takeout sadly. The pork ribs in the soup were so tender and the chile oil was delicious. Flavorful meal and price point is worth it for a small business and the portion size, though there were only two slices of viet ham in the soup.
