Came in on an early Sunday afternoon and there was one other table filled next to us. Our group of three was seated promptly by a nice lady... probably the owner? We ordered spring rolls to share (wish there were more veggies in this, the roll didn't feel as full as some others I'd eaten before) and I got the rare been pho for the main. The pho was yummy with a good broth and overall good portion for price. My friend ordered the pork banh mi which was DELISH- flavorful, juicy, and the bread was crusty but in the best way. My other friend ordered the vermicelli and said it was good. Overall, probably the best pho you'll get in the Vero area with friendly owners. Ordered a bbq pork chop. Got barbecued beef ribs with no meat my pho broth literally taste like fish and I am not fish fan so I will not be eating their prices have gone up substantially . The prices are listed online as one price and you get there and they're basically doubled. Very disappointed as we've been going here for years and will not be returning. I phoned to voice my concerns and she could care less and just blamed the Internet for the prices, they need to update their website to reflect the proper pricing. Photastic is PHANTASTIC! The combination Rare Beef/Meatball Pho I had this evening was, quite literally, the best pho I've ever had in the state of Florida! The broth was everything you should expect in an on-point pho. It was layered, unctuous, clean, rich, balanced, and at MEDIUM spice level, more than piquant enough to leave you with tears of joy! The rare beef was just that and not overly cooked like a piece of brisket, and the meatballs had chew and rich seasoning without being in any way rubbery. The noodles were perhaps a little too thin and therefore a little too soft, but nothing at all detracting from the magnificent host. I also sampled my family's other dishes, including a pork bahn mi, vegetable spring rolls, fried vegetable dumplings, a curried beef vermicelli salad, and a stir fried rice noodles dish. And I washed down my food with a delicious jackfruit boba tea. The ambience was more function than form, but the owners were completely engaging, friendly, helpful, and very appreciative of our visit and business. This place is a hidden jewel in Vero Beach. Their pork bahn-mi is espectacular. All the pho variety is good and their fried noodle plate is to die for. The fresh spring rolls are my favorite thing and I get them every single time I go. A marriage runs this place, they are friendly and provide good service and recommendations if you are indecisive with the menu. Customer Service are extremely sucks. If you want to be treated badly and scream at by the lady cashier when your placing order, we'll this is the place for that. She's was screaming at me while asking me on how spicy I want the food and seems she's rushing you, and I was thinking I'm the only person at the place. Food is good to be honest but I couldn't come here anymore because the Lady Owner doesn't seem to know how to provide customer service. When you come in to the place they don't even smile at you and the worst of it when your ordering the food She's screaming at you. Couple things to start off. 1. I recently moved from Santa Barbara, CA, where there was a pho restaraunt nearby that I knew would be one of the things that I would miss the most about living there. I've tried pho at different places when on vacation, and just never found any as good. 2. I'm a grown ass woman of 62 years, and don't normally make 'yummy noises' while I eat. This was awesome.
