Pho seem to be the hot thing and pho sure serves up legit pho. My wife have been to the restaurant 3 times already and I have tried 3 different bowls already. The udon was really good but I think my favorite so far is the ramen. We have tried several of the apps which included the summer rolls, crab Rangoon and the chicken wings. The summer rolls with pork and shrimp are nice and light but with good flavor. They also specialize in smoothies which are really good. Now that the weather is warming up I hope I will still have a hankering for pho so I guess we'll have to wait and see. read more

I very much enjoy not only the food, but the entire staff! Their selection of drinks are very nice (i like the mango tea w mango pops) and their food is honestly very refreshing. Shrewsbury constantly adds new restaurants in town and all of them are bland, but it's nice having Pho Sure as an option when all you've got is panera and like seven different "rustic" pizza places. Decided to stop into Pho Sure today to fill ourselves up with some Asian goodness on our long drive home. We were promptly seated, though it didn't take long for the restaurant to fill up. I was bummed the boba was going to take awhile to be ready, but it wasn't a big deal. The Thai tea was still sweet and satisfying without. I had the rice and pork chop, my usual Viet restaurant dish. It came with an egg on top and charred pork which I appreciate, but found the overall dish too dry served with mushy rice. I prefer my yolk to be slightly runny rather than cooked through to help bring the dish together. The husband had special pho and liked it though not the best he's ever had. He could've used a few more condiments besides sriracha and hoisin. Can't go wrong with the shrimp rockets however, and the servers are super sweet! read more

This is our FAVORITE pho place in the area. They have an extensive food menu that allows for easy modification and close attention to food allergies. They have awesome boba/smoothies as well as cocktails and beer. I love the soft summer rolls with grilled pork and their pho with tendon/tripe (perfect comfort food). The banh mi are also bomb, with lots of fresh pickled veggies. It is affordable and quick to pick up or have delivered as well. I had an issue with an order I placed on DoorDash and needed to correct the delivery address, but there was no way to contact DoorDash about it. I called the restaurant and the manager of Pho Sure fixed the issue quickly, with a friendly, relaxed attitude. She even texted me later to be sure I had received my order. Great people work here and they make incredible food. I've always had a good experience at this restaurant, definitely one of our regular dinner spots. read more

This place is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The prices are cheap yet the quality of the food is great. I go here basically every week for a hot bowl of pho and a cold bubble tea drink. I highly recommend Pho Sure because of its great customer service, delicious food, and the large bubble tea menu. The only downside to this place is when it gets busy on the weekends, it takes a while to get seating. read more

Let me start off by saying the food here is very good. Very very good. However the service sucks! I have been here twice not to eat but to pick up takeout. And both times I had to wait over half an hour for my order that was called in. The second time my food has been sitting on the counter for almost 10 minutes before they realized it was mine. While the food was good, it took our party of five (including a ninety seven year old) one full hour to get served! The waiter clearly forgot about the order and blamed it on a pork chop taking a while to cook (while others around us got pork chops before us who were seated after us!) The manager unknowingly confirmed that he forgot our order when she pulled up the order time and we confirmed that was the same time the waiter said the porkchops took a while (aka let me think of some lame excuse and put that order in that I forgot). The manager than tried to backtrack her story and say that it was busy and the food takes longer. While we all make mistakes, it is much better when you fess up to them rather than tell a lie like the staff did here. While we would have still been angry if he forgot the order and admitted it, we would have been appreciative that he admitted his mistake. In that scenario, we may have left some tip. There's no need; however, to tip a staff member who tries to lie about his mistake. read more

Where to begin! We've been huge fans since they opened a few years ago. Their pho/specialty soups blow away any so-called competition in the area with generous servings packed with fresh ingredients, chewy noodles, tender meats and perfectly balanced broths. The spicy chicken wings are undoubtedly addictive; their bahn mi sandwiches, which are served on perfectly crusty bread, are more like a meal versus an appetizer; the grilled lemongrass plates are bursting with unique flavor (a must-try)! The owner/staff are supremely friendly and passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction. We are SO grateful that they offer home delivery through DoorDash! And even when the DoorDash drivers make the occasional mistake (the driver dropped our latest order off at our neighbors house), the Pho Sure staff will go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help correct the issue even though it isn't their fault! This place was alright. I got a bowl of house special pho. And it came with tripe, meatballs, and beef. The portion was way to small and there price was way to expensive. I can honestly say that this restaurant has perfected the Vietnamese cuisine experience.
