Cozy little place with pretty good food. It's not the most amazing food in the world but it's definitely tasty and the prices are very appealing. The reason why it's a 5 is because the staff was incredible and the service was great. Pho seem to be the hot thing and pho sure serves up legit pho. My wife have been to the restaurant 3 times already and I have tried 3 different bowls already. The udon was really good but I think my favorite so far is the ramen. We have tried several of the apps which included the summer rolls, crab Rangoon and the chicken wings. The summer rolls with pork and shrimp are nice and light but with good flavor. They also specialize in smoothies which are really good. Now that the weather is warming up I hope I will still have a hankering for pho so I guess we'll have to wait and see. read more

I was very disappointed about the way they treated me after hiring me...almost zero training..the manager was beyond rude and mean..yelling at me in front of my customers,and they complained after telling me I was the best waitress they ever had...very disappointed..but Im also glad they showed there true colors towards the staff because I got a job 100 times better,and they treat me with respect,and dignity..oh by the way I was the 3rd waitress to quit in 2 days of opening..I wonder why read more

Let me start off by saying the food here is very good. Very very good. However the service sucks! I have been here twice not to eat but to pick up takeout. And both times I had to wait over half an hour for my order that was called in. The second time my food has been sitting on the counter for almost 10 minutes before they realized it was mine. All I got was a lousy sorry we are really busy and we have a lot of new people. You just charge me $10 for crappy as Boba Tea the least you could do is the least you could do is comp it. While the food was good, it took our party of five (including a ninety seven year old) one full hour to get served! The waiter clearly forgot about the order and blamed it on a pork chop taking a while to cook (while others around us got pork chops before us who were seated after us!) The manager unknowingly confirmed that he forgot our order when she pulled up the order time and we confirmed that was the same time the waiter said the porkchops took a while (aka let me think of some lame excuse and put that order in that I forgot). The manager than tried to backtrack her story and say that it was busy and the food takes longer. While we all make mistakes, it is much better when you fess up to them rather than tell a lie like the staff did here. While we would have still been angry if he forgot the order and admitted it, we would have been appreciative that he admitted his mistake. In that scenario, we may have left some tip. There's no need; however, to tip a staff member who tries to lie about his mistake. read more

Authentic phø, this area needed it! And it got it phø sure the boba smoothie are made with the special machine and fresh made boba. You just can't pass it up. The phø is fast and tasty. Lots of extra veggies on the side. Had the meatballs with mine and it was nice and flavorful. What really seals the deal is the bahn mi sandwiches, crusty soft bread with meat, veggies and special mayo sauce... Soooo good! Reasonable prices, and good service. read more

Barely "traditional" - the pho is passible. The drinks are weak in flavor. There are much better alternatives nearer by. That being said, it is close to work and it is worth going to quickly before work when I have a'hankerin' for pho. read more

American style Vietnamese. Pho' broth is okay. Tooth picks for chopsticks. Clumped old noodles in the pho' but the basil, sprouts and jalapeño all fresh. I would certainly stop in again if in the area. Service was lacking; but at least came with a smile. read more

I very much enjoy not only the food, but the entire staff! Their selection of drinks are very nice (i like the mango tea w mango pops) and their food is honestly very refreshing. Shrewsbury constantly adds new restaurants in town and all of them are bland, but it's nice having Pho Sure as an option when all you've got is panera and like seven different "rustic" pizza places. Finally a great Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I have been searching and waiting for this for a while. This place is somewhat new and it definitely lives up to the hype. It's very clean and service is prompt. The menu is full of all the classic Vietnamese dishes you can think of at reasonable prices. We had a bowl of pho and the grilled chicken bun dish. Both were very good. The pho broth is well flavored without being overly salty/MSGd. The goodies in the pho were plentiful and I was very satisfied. The grilled chicken in the bun dish was freshly grilled. The ratio of noodles to chicken to vegetables was spot on. The pickled carrots and daikon were a nice touch too. We also got a couple of bubble tea drinks. Both were flavorful, but the only complaint I would have is that they don't use real fruit in the shakes. read more

We have been here many times and love the food. I have an unwavering sense of loyalty for the shaky beef. The service can be spotty at times but is okay for the most part. The lack of music is evident and they could jazz it up by playing some soft music. They do a good job with the cold flavored teas. Decided to stop into Pho Sure today to fill ourselves up with some Asian goodness on our long drive home. We were promptly seated, though it didn't take long for the restaurant to fill up. I was bummed the boba was going to take awhile to be ready, but it wasn't a big deal. The Thai tea was still sweet and satisfying without. I had the rice and pork chop, my usual Viet restaurant dish. It came with an egg on top and charred pork which I appreciate, but found the overall dish too dry served with mushy rice. I prefer my yolk to be slightly runny rather than cooked through to help bring the dish together. The husband had special pho and liked it though not the best he's ever had. He could've used a few more condiments besides sriracha and hoisin. Can't go wrong with the shrimp rockets however, and the servers are super sweet! read more

This is our FAVORITE pho place in the area. They have an extensive food menu that allows for easy modification and close attention to food allergies. They have awesome boba/smoothies as well as cocktails and beer. I love the soft summer rolls with grilled pork and their pho with tendon/tripe (perfect comfort food). The banh mi are also bomb, with lots of fresh pickled veggies. It is affordable and quick to pick up or have delivered as well. I had an issue with an order I placed on DoorDash and needed to correct the delivery address, but there was no way to contact DoorDash about it. I called the restaurant and the manager of Pho Sure fixed the issue quickly, with a friendly, relaxed attitude. She even texted me later to be sure I had received my order. Great people work here and they make incredible food. I've always had a good experience at this restaurant, definitely one of our regular dinner spots. read more

The avocado shake that I had while waiting for my dinner was so creamy and smooth; it was good, it kinda reminded. me of fresh avocado icecream. This place is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The prices are cheap yet the quality of the food is great. I go here basically every week for a hot bowl of pho and a cold bubble tea drink. I highly recommend Pho Sure because of its great customer service, delicious food, and the large bubble tea menu.
