This Vietnamese restaurant is a frequent for us. The vegan noodle soup bowl is delicious (especially warming and comforting on a dreary rainy day). I love their boba drinks- would recommend the black milk tea or the taro milk tea. They have vegan and vegetarian options, all of which are really good. Also really tasty: spicy lemongrass rice plate, pad thai with tofu and my absolute fave - the banh mi. I hope they continue to thrive because this place is great! read more

We ordered the Vietnamese rice noodle bun bo. I found the meat to be on the chewy side and the fish sauce was bland very little lettuce lots of cukes. Crab Rangoon as appetizer was awesome! I will probably try it again to see if I hit an off day. read more

I am a frequent customer of Vietnamese and have had it in multiple countries as well. There were many Asian families eating here. A very good indication of the quality. The location is very close to me and the restaurant is pretty new so I have tried it several times. Some of the dishes are better than I've had anywhere. The bun and fresh spring rolls are very flavorful. The crispy spring rolls were served without lettuce and with a thicker sauce almost like duck sauce so those aren't very authentic but were flavorful anyway. Chicken in pho was all white meat but a little tough. Pho broth is very good. Salad was good but not as authentic, but presentation was amazing. Veggies are very fresh. I will definitely be back. Atmosphere is upscale and trendy. Owner is sweet and attentive with a good sense of humor. Prices were very slightly higher than comparable Vietnamese. read more

Alright, guys. I am gonna try hard not to make a bunch of pho puns in this review. Lol jk I have to because this place is phoking phonomenal! It's in the Planet Fitness/ Party City plaza off a main road. So it's easy to get to. I was greeted right away as a party of one. Despite it being a fairly busy Thursday night, everything was smooth sailing from there. Service was given efficiently and always with a smile. Crab rangoons were very crispy and light. The pho was... unphogettably good. The bowls are souper huge and packed with the perfect balance of noodles and meat. Combo #4 is tripe and steak which I highly recommend. The tripe was very tender which is sometimes hard to find at a pho place. Less importantly, but still notable, is the freshness of the "side stuff" Iike basil and sprouts. This may just be a strong contender for my all time favorite pho place. If you dine with friends there's something for everyone as the menu has many options. 1. The business manager (Cynthia) responded to my last rating stating that I randomly changed my mind about my drink order. This is incorrect. Firstly, she was not present, so I am not sure how she attest to this random action that I had supposedly done. Please don't present false information. 2. I seldom go here, & when I do, I get the same exact drink. The honey milk tea with egg pudding. I wouldn't randomly get tea with pudding (firstly, that's a gross combination). They rarely make the drink right, but I honestly don't care that much, people make mistakes. I'm not that hard to please. I get my drink here only cause they're the only establishment with pudding as a topping. 3. My main complaint was just the attitude of an employee...because if you treat someone with kindness & are supporting a business, you at least should get some respect in return. I'm really not that worried about it, everyone has a different personality. 4. I am not going to be the person to shout/request a manager during closing time to shame an employee. Not my thing. 5. A part owner (Son Vo) screenshotted my review, posted it on Facebook with my personal information. And attempted to publicly shame me & attack me for leaving a negative review (which I rarely ever do). This rampage lasted for paragraphs on paragraphs, was out of context, ill-mannered, unprofessional, & inappropriate. As people were in awe of this childish behavior & had come to my defense, Mr. Son deleted his lengthy post. This incident of harassment has not been addressed by this establishment yet, though I did privately message Cynthia. Customers should be able to express their honest opinion about their experience without being attacked or publicly shamed. If they don't agree with my opinion, that is completely their right & I respect that. However, ranting on unrelated issues that were never brought up by the review is not right (a screenshot of Mr. Vo's inappropriate remarks will be posted in the photos, you may read for yourself). 6. I love supporting small businesses, especially those in my Vietnamese community, but disrespect & lack of professionalism is not something I can support. 7. I have eaten here a few times. I was just being honest. When I say the food tastes "unauthentic", I mean that there is lack of flavor, blandness, lack of typical ingredients, etc. Many other reviewers have said similar things. Definitely my go-to pho spot!! Every time I've gone the place has been packed and it's for obvious reasons. Their pho is definitely something to write home about, the drinks are nice and strong and the staff is very friendly. I've never tried any of the other food on their menu besides the pho so I'm not sure how good it is. My personal favorite is the spicy sate bowl (I think that's what it's called) it warms your soul right up cause it's so spicy. If you are a fan of hot food then I definitely recommend trying it. This tasty soup was served in a rich chicken broth. The waiter Kevin kindly accepted my request to substitute rice noodles with egg ones. The service was friendly and efficient. The $10.95 large Combo bowl Pho with rare steak and brisket was gluten-free. The beef broth was flavorful. I believe this is a newly opened restaurants. We have been here more than 10 times in last month, I always order the same sure special bowl, it is so good, best pho noodle soup I have ever had. So I don't know if other food here as good as the special bowl, my girlfriend have ordered some rice with beef, she likes it. Our server was nice and friendly, price is reasonable, almost all there noodle soups around $10, you can add $2 to make it extra large, and it is literally EXTRA LARGE. They have plenty of things for the adventurous eater, and many for the traditional consumer. Some of the more eccentric ingredients include quail egg, tripe, and neon pink pork. The noodles were just the perfect consistency of firmness without any mushiness that some noodle places suffer. The filet was tender and sliced nice and thin. A nice touch was a separate plate with a sprig of fresh basil, bean sprouts, and some sliced jalapeños, which could be added to the broth. For dessert, I had the cheesecake with fresh cream and blueberries. Again, the perfect firmness with the cheesecake. The blueberries were large and juicy. My wife and I have been coming to Pho Sure since they opened and although my updated review dropped a star, we will continue to drive to Shrewsbury when we want "local" pho. My reason for dropping the review down to four stars is because the broth continues to lack the flavor and richness we once experienced from Pho Sure as well as the other Vietnamese restaurants we've frequented over the years. I've mentioned my concerns about the lack of broth flavor to staff several times, but I've not noticed any changes. My coworkers and I decided to try this place after seeing them after we got out of the gym next door. They would have gotten more stars if the service had been on par with the yummy food. We came in were seated and ordered pretty quickly. Because of meetings and such some of us had to leave earlier than others it got a little confusing to our server because some of it was to go. I ordered the crispy spring rolls, Thai tea and a grilled chicken Banh Mi. As it was my first experience with this sandwich I didn't have anything to compare it to, but it was marvelous. So flavorful , I just wanted to keep eating more. The Thai tea was refreshing and perfectly sweetened. The spring rolls and that spicy sauce were fantastic. The food like I said was outstanding, but then towards the end after we were done and wanted to pay, the checks took forever to clear up. There server couldn't figure out how to run my card, and I gave him two different ones, I ended up having to go to the ATM next door and paying a fee out of pocket to pay in cash. I go here pretty often for take out. The soup is amazing. I usually get an XL of the soup I order, and then I get a couple of full meals. But today, I made the mistake of ordering extra veggies too. Instead of putting it in a separate container, they put a heaping helping of veggies into the soup container. I used to love this place, but didn't like the fact that there was additional 3% service charge on all takeout (even bubble teas) but they were not upfront and clear about it. I ordered two large avocado smoothies with boba and the total before taxes is $11, but I got a bill of $12.10. I told the manager the numbers didn't add up but he tried to say that was all taxes. I love a good bowl of pho and this place delivers. The broth isn't too salty or sweet (some places load it with cardamom or something), the brisket and rare round steak is high quality, and they'll give you the raw meat to cook as you like if you ask. Don't be afraid to ask for more lime or jalapeño if that's your thing. The taro milk tea is delicious. The space is well designed, clean, not elegant but not trashy, and it's quiet enough to enjoy company or a solo lunch. They make other stuff. I cannot speak to it.
