Our friends were craving pho as a recovery meal and decided to come here. We arrived around 11AM on a Sunday, just after opening. The restaurant is located in the same plaza as Albertsons and Movita which means tons of parking! Restaurant has ample seating and already had a good amount of people dining. Staff was friendly and attentive to our bigger party. We got pho and 2 of us got the beef noodle soup! We also ordered viet coffee which was super sweet but we thought of it as more bang for our buck since we were able to add water and it still didn't taste watered down, lol. This was a very frustrating experience. I came in with my three-year-old daughter and ordered pho. She only eats the noodles, so I asked for an extra small cup to share my own food with her. I was told they would charge $3 for an empty cup, with no extra food included. When I questioned it, I was told it was because they have to pay the dishwasher. Charging parents for an empty plate just to feed their child feels unreasonable and unwelcoming. I've never experienced this at a pho restaurant before, and it left a really bad impression. read more

I really hate to do this, but unfortunately our weekly date nights at Pho Sure have come to an end. Last night we got the worst service we have ever had in the many years we've been going to Pho Sure. We've been noticing a decline in service but just chocked it up to 'new people' or off night. But last night was it. First we placed our order for our usual 2 chicken Pho's and 2 drinks. Only one pho came out so had to wait for the other. The guy was checking the order like we were mistaken or something. We had to ask for our utensils because no one bought them and table wasn't set. I always get extra sides and even that came out missing stuff along with wilted basil, browning sprouts, and dry jalapeños! The server that took our order was no where to be found so had to ask another girl (the blonde, I think) to help us. I think she remembered us from previous visits and helped. 15+ minutes had past, and we still did not get our drinks so we asked another guy. I think he used to work in the kitchen and was now helping serve. At the end of the meal, they finally brought out the drinks. I told him, we are done now so don't need them. He then laughingly said 'well... dessert.' I said, 'do you plan on comping them, if not you can take them back.' He said it was up to the manager. Within a minute or 2, he came and snatched the drinks off the table!! The right thing would've been for that useless manager to come over and apologize and say 'we'll take care of the drinks.' Instead you'd rather toss them and ignore the horrible service we received. Even if she apologized and still kept the drinks we would've accepted it and understood. But nothing, then they get snatched up like that like we did something wrong!?? Our table was right next to the register and I know she heard me talking about the service as she stood around. Not once did she ask if everything was ok. The original server, never checked on us either. If not for the blonde girl, no one would've checked on us. I noticed several people getting up from tables to approach this lady and ask for things they weren't getting by their servers and she would lob it to someone else. This is really devastating to us, but the manager's actions were very disappointing and we won't be going back. We had been long time customers, (talking about when Scott Yang was cashing us out long time!) and we've seen everyone that cared about this place leave. Pho is yummy, but pricing is pretty outrageous, especially for the portion size. We paid $40 for a veggie pho and pho tai and left hungry.

We have been customers since this restaurant opened. Last Wednesday we visited and found the restaurant packed with customers and also many folk arriving to pick up take outs. We had to wait for a table about 30 minutes. When we were seated we ordered our usual favorite, pho with filet mignon. When our order arrived we were very disappointed. The soup was certainly not the one we've had in the past. It appeared to have been watered down - substandard in flavor and consistency, and it was only 6:30 pm! They have become so successful ( and good for them) , however they cannot keep Up with the demand for their soup. They have sacrificed the quality of the pho which is a great shame. This is the second time we have experienced this. This visit, we also noticed the price has gone up, the amount of meat is less and so was the size of the accompaniment vegetables ( bean sprouts & basil). We had to order extra lemon, vegetables and noodle, all of course at extra cost. Very sad, this place was wonderful and we always looked forward to a great pho. They should tell folks they ran out instead of sacrificingthe quality the soup. read more

I got a beef pho over the weekend and it was okay. It had a layer of oil from the fat that wasn't properly skimmed off and it needed more fish sauce, the spices were good. I had it to go so I was able to fix it to my taste. But I was hoping it would be better since this is the 2nd time I ordered from them hoping it would be better. read more

Whenever I go to pho, I normally get the chicken pho. I've dined in and gotten take out. I ordered an online order and got the chicken pho. I know the portion amount, but when I picked up my order I barely had any noodles. I payed 17 dollars for this. I go back inside and I tell the employee that the noodles look less, normally it has more if there's anything she can do. She had said that's how it always looks when I know how it normally looks. I placed an order to go and am very impressed with the service and the ease of picking up my order. I ordered the Pho Rao Cai, vegetarian broth with fried tofu and vegetables. The broth was delicious for vegetable broth! There were plenty of noodles but not many vegetables and only 3 pieces of tofu. The tofu squares were good size squares but were dried out and not seasoned at all. I could only eat one as they were very bland and dry. I am sure most customers order meat or seafood and I am sure they are very good. I may try them in the future, but I won't order tofu again. The restaurant was clean from what I could see. It is located in the Albertson's shopping center with a few other eateries. There is a large parking lot and parking on the side of the restaurant as well. We found a worm in our lettuce that came with the eggrolls! THIS HAPPENED TWICE ALREADY! The 1st instance happened a month ago January 12 but we let that slide first because they were nice enough to hear us out and replace the eggrolls. But it happened again today which means nothing was done after we 1st reported it to them. They do not properly wash their vegetables obviously. We came here on a Sunday night. It was a little busy, but there were open tables. We stood at the counter for a bit of time before someone came to help us and seat us. After that, we sat with our menus for a long time, probably 30 minutes. We watched as other tables sat down after us and their orders were taken. I tried to get our servers attention, but even though seemed like they were well staffed and there were 4 staff working in the restaurant dining area, one staff member seemed to be trying to handle all of the serving. Even though they had plenty of staff, the service was awful. Something about that didn't really make sense. Once we finally ordered, the food did come out pretty quickly, but then we had to track down our server again because she did not give us sauce with our order (my favorite part of pho!). It was super frustrating! And they gave me 2 small jalapeño slices, a small lime slice, and mostly bean sprouts with a few sprigs of basil. It felt like they were very stingy with the add-ins for the soup. I got the seafood pho which was good. The broth has some specific spice added to it and it seems like a warm spice of some kind that you wouldn't except in pho. It was unique and I enjoyed it. Overall the pho was good but it didn't blow me away. The quality of the seafood wasn't great and my boyfriend's beef was meh and there wasnt a lot of meat in the soup. We also had the shrimp spring rolls which were fantastic and they gave us lots of peanut sauce which was great. I ordered a rose jasmine tea and I also thought that was spectacular. The restaurant is not fancy, but spacious, and kind of your average restaurant. Nothing too special. I am hesitant to return here. The food is fine, but the service was so frustrating. read more

Visiting a friend in Santa Clarita and this is their favorite pho spot! Ample indoor seating, and service was great. I will say their prices are pretty dang high in general though. I was immediately impressed at the amount of meat in our soup. It was almost double what I typically get at pho places I go to! The broth was very mild though, I had to add a lot of sriracha and plum sauce to make it more flavorful. The spring rolls were just okay, pretty bland. Nice ambiance, good service, but the food was just okay. With the high prices, I'm not sure if I'd make a trip back here. read more

Stopped by here on our way to LA. The restaurant is easy to find, and there's ample parking in a strip mall. The restaurant was not so busy on a Saturday night, so when we arrived, there's no wait. We ordered the standard pho-P1 which is what I usually get at pho places. Service was good, efficient, and food came out fast. But the pho just tasted a bit bland. Overall, it was an ok meal and definitely served the purpose of filling you up after a long drive. But it's not something I'd dream about going back anytime soon. read more

As a rating for overall Vietnamese cuisine I'd probably give them 4-stars, but they get the extra star for being the best standout Vietnamese joint in the entire Santa Clarita Valley! We would have to travel a distance south to find any better. That's meaningful. We used to be more "regular", but had not been back since COVID. Our SCV group of foodie friends haven't been doing the old weekly meetup like we did in the past. Yesterday we decided it was time for our triumphant return, and Phô Sure did not disappoint! For starters, in 90°+ temps, air conditioning is important and the dining area was nice and cool. In fact, a couple at the table next to us asked to change tables because we had the best blast of AC coming down and it was almost chilly! Bonus points when you're enjoying a hot bowl of phô. The restaurant didn't miss a beat and was just as fabulous as they're always been! They are welcoming when you walk in the door, every employee is so attentive once you're seated and they are beyond gracious when it comes to asking questions or making special requests. Mom is the queen of special orders, and they accommodated her every whim without a bat of an eye, and with big smiles! Hooray! So that we remember how to duplicate her order the next time, Momma is having Menu Item S2: Bun Bo Hue (less spicy broth, sub with rice/pho noodles, next time sub all meats with the super soft tendon, request raw side veggies sautéed until soft). Her broth was SO flavorful and had just a hint of spice to enjoy without being punished. For you heat seekers, they can also make it hot enough to make you sweat! Just let your server know your personal preference. Mine is V10: Bun Vermicelli bowl combo with grilled shrimp, pork and cha gio egg roll. Extra lime wedges on the side. This is a great dish on a warm day with the cool veggies and romaine lettuce shreds. Like a salad, with noodles and grilled proteins! For the Keto folks, you can omit the noodles and request extra salad greens. With just two of us dining we couldn't handle an entire egg roll appetizer, so it's nice that this combo also includes 2 egg rolls - Just right for sharing! Everything was SO delicious, I can't wait to go back again! When in Santa Clarita, this is the best choice to get your Vietnamese fix. read more

Looked like they were training two new guys and they were just overloaded with customers and not enough staff.
