I haven't been here for a long time and I m glad I gave them another chance. During this visit I was very satisfied with the amount of meat they put in my combination pho. Service was ok. Inside was clean. I will repeat.
So glad my husband found this place! We were greeted once we walked in. We waited maybe 5 minutes until a table was free. Very comfy and homey restaurant. Kind of felt like a family just eating all together. I ordered the brisket, steak and tendon Phô and an order of shrimp spring rolls. Wow!! The broth was so delicious and flavorful. Spring rolls were delicious! We will be back for sure.
Called in a Friday afternoon pickup...plenty of parking and no hassle. Got the pho combination and fresh spring rolls. Took it home, poured the pho into a bowl, and the broth was STILL hot... Loaded with herbs, veggies, and that good stuff. One slurp and boom...hit the spot! Then I dipped that spring roll straight into the peanut sauce... GAME OVER.. Add some hoisin and Sriracha to the pho. Definitely one of the better-known spots for a reason. Gets packed when the weather turns cold, and I totally get why. Solid, satisfying pho!
My favorite pho spot in the valley. I get the #12. It's always busy and for good reason! The 99 ranch being next door makes it a perfect after groceries treat.

This place is so yummy. They open up at 10:00am. The servers are very prompt and food was absolutely delicious. Cashier was very kind as well. If it wasn't 101° this week, I may have gone back today.
I come here often and forget to update my review. When I walk in, I know what number and how to order. The numbers haven't changed. The staff has but they are all professional. Food is always consistent and although a day had passed I cannot say that my mouth doesn't water thinking about it. The #51 bowl with beef hits the spot. The Phö with tendon is phÖnamenal. The best is the pork eggrolls and although I'm not a huge fan of pork, you have to get these. It's always clean. Always fun and well worth the drive to come sit here for a satisfying meal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Best egg rolls in the area. Super crispy in all the right ways, light, airy, and comes with the correct veggies to wrap them in. I highly recommend getting this for the table as it comes with 6 rolls. The pickled carrots/radishes, cucumbers, mints, lettuce and the sweet fish sauce. I'd come back just for that. Service is ridiculously quick. My appetizer came before I even ordered my main course and I love it! The pho was nicely portioned and they were generous with meat. Can't go wrong with any of rice and meat dishes--I got grilled pork which had all the veggies included on the side. Menu has a picture of few of the dishes including this one. The restaurant itself was clean and you could tell from the tables and sauces on each table. They have tv playing in the background and it's a relaxed environment. Service was attentive. This place can get pretty packed during lunch/dinner rush. But it's right next to ding tea and 99 ranch market which is convenient. Lots of parking in the huge plaza. Highly recommend!
Still my favorite pho shop in all of the valley! The service is always spot on. The food always tastes amazing. The inside is always the same, the layout works.
Great food and very kid-friendly! This was our first time here and we mostly chose it for convenience after shopping at 99 Ranch next door. It ended up being a really pleasant surprise. They were incredibly considerate toward our son - wiping down the high chair before bringing it over and setting him up with his own bowl, utensils, and water cup. Those small details really stood out. It was busy, but our server Phu was attentive and thoughtful throughout. We ordered the spring rolls, a bowl of pho, and a bun bowl with egg rolls and marinated pork. Portions were huge and the food was good. The marinated pork was slightly dry, but everything else was solid. Easy payment at the register when you're ready. Very pleased with both the food and the service - we'll be back!
Forever a classic. Been coming here since I was a little girl and will come here when I have my own little girl. This time I came here after the rainy week we had, usually get a pho tai these days but today was feeling my old favorite (pho ga). The broth was so flavorful yet delicate I opted not to put anything except thai basil and bean sprouts in today (and a little bit of nuoc beo! IYKYK.) Service is fast and food comes out piping hot by a man who likely has no nerve endings in his fingers. It's cool to see how they've changed over the years, but also to see the things that have stayed the same. I hope they're around for at least another 20 years of my lifetime.
Went to Pho So 1 on a rainy day -- perfect pho weather -- and the place was packed, so we waited a little before being seated. The service was pretty good, especially considering how busy it was. I ordered the pho, which was solid overall, though not my favorite. There were plenty of noodles, but I would've liked a bit more meat. Both the meat and noodle quality were decent. The broth, while comforting, fell a little flat and was a bit too salty for my taste. I'd rate it a solid 6.5/7 out of 10. Their menu is huge, though, so I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying something different next time.
So good! A clean restaurant with staff that are friendly and quick. We got our pho 5 minutes (maybe less) after ordering and it was so good. I wish I lived closer! We could come here more often. Price is $14.75 per bowl and portion is quite large. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Love their pho broth. The service here is quick if you're looking to drop in for a quick bite. They are pretty darn fast! The dining room is a large, clean and open space so you may have to share an 8-top table with others. They can make that into two 4-tops if there is no other place to sit. I don't mind it at all. It's very communal and everyone keeps to themselves while dining. I'm also used to that type of dining in Asian culture. Generally, we're huge families eating together anyway. This isn't the place to go to if you want intimate dining. It's cafeteria-style dining. You won't get your own table or privacy. We like their pho broth. It has stepped up a notch within the last few years. It's pretty comparable to our favorite spot in Santa Clarita. They even serve beer here. We like the texture of their Egg Rolls and can't get enough of them. The great thing is, they give you enough lettuce, pickled radish, cucumbers and mint to roll your eggrolls in. So happy for the that. Even better is their sweetened fish dipping sauce. It's so delicious that you want to eat everything in it. We got 97. Char Gio - Eggrolls, 51. Bun Char Gio Nit Thuong - Vermicelli Noodles with Charbroiled Pork and Eggrolls and 17. Tai Gan - Rare Steak and Tendon pho. We can't get enough of their broth and eggrolls! read more

I've been coming here for years and hadn't come back since we moved and it did not disappoint! I forgot how delicious their broth is. You hardly need to put more sauce in it. One size for everything and still great price. They have a great menu with different types of soups, pho, chicken broth, rice thick and thin noodles, egg noodles. Boba drinks. Place is located next to the super market. Shared parking lot. Always busy but service is fast. I appreciate the cleanliness of the place including the restroom! You walk in the restaurant and it smells good. Plenty of seating. Lots of take out and dine in. Plenty of parking. The one thing I wish theybhad was oxtail. But they have so many other delicious options that is ok. read more
This was a walk in take out order. The restaurant is bright and clean. I was welcomed in and a nice young gentleman took my order. I ordered egg rolls-Cha Gio. You get 5 per order, fish sauce, and a nice selection of fresh lettuce and carrots. They had a very nice crunch to them and were even more tasty wrapped in the lettuce and dipped into the sauce. Then I ordered Bun Thit Nuong - Grilled pork , vermicelli, vegetables, fish sauce and rice paper. It was so good. A very light and tasty dish. The pork was grilled to perfection and rolling it all up in the rice paper and dipping it in the fish sauce made a perfect meal. Lastly I had a Thai Iced Tea. Upon entering, there was a big wait but it went by quick! This is the kind of establishment that you kinda gotta know what you want by the time you are seated. They don't play around lol. The pho was amazing I got the flank steak and brisket and it was super delicious. I've stopped about 3 or 4 times since my first time coming. It is loud and crowded so if this isn't ur vibe I don't rec. however my experience here was a solid 10/10 read more

It was conveniently located next to 99 Ranch so we gave this pho place a try. Service was quick. I ordered the pho dac diet and I was pretty satisfied. My son ordered the fried rice yang chow and the portion was nice but he said he preferred my pho noodles! I like how there's ample parking and it didn't feel stressful to find a spot. However, the restroom may need a bit more attention, at least for the women's. However, most people don't go to a pho restaurant to go to the restroom! read more

The parking lot is big, but this is a busy center, so parking can be difficult. Walking in, it was busy! I saw 2-3 tables open and I was told to choose any open table. They had music on. I sat down and a few minutes later a server came over with some menus. Wowow! I will come back and order their pork spring roll. It is such a good price for three! The meat was well cooked with good flavors. The tofu was alright. I wouldn't order the tofu spring roll, it lacked flavor and crunch. The peanut sauce had the right amount of nutty flavor. read more

During our recent holiday trip to Los Angeles, it often rained, and the daytime temperatures hovered in the mid 50°F to low 60°F. The colder temperatures and wet weather made our hot noodle soup-loving appetites roar, but we were wary about driving further than within a 10-mile radius. My brother-in-law mentioned he wanted to do some marketing at Costco - Van Nuys, and we soon found ourselves at the Signature Plaza on Sepulveda Boulevard. Both my husband and brother-in-law were leaning towards Sam Woo BBQ, but I balked because we had just eaten Chinese food two days before. Although my brother-in-law resides in Los Angeles, he hadn't tried this local Vietnamese chain before, so they gave in to my "whining." The bright and open restaurant wasn't crowded when we entered, so we were seated with menus immediately. Within a few minutes, a server came by to take our order, but since this was our first visit, we needed more time to review the menu. We liked the well-organized menu and helpful colorful pictures. Also, we appreciated the warmer indoor temperatures because we had gotten soaked by the downpour going on outside. FOOD: -Chả Giò: Fried egg rolls filled with ground pork and served with lettuce, cucumber, mint leaves, and fish sauce. The exterior wrappers were crisp, bubbly, and chewy since they used rice paper and not wheat-based wrappers. These rolls were served hot from the kitchen, and we had to wait a few seconds to allow them to cool before chomping into them. $10.60 -Đặc Biệt Xe Lửa (trans: "train-size" or code for a massive bowl of connoisseurs' luxe combination): My brother-in-law and I chose this menu item since we couldn't decide on phở toppings. Phở Số 1's bowl contained a unique combination of rare steak, well-done flank steak, fatty brisket, soft tendon, and tripe. This massive bowl of steaming hot, flavorful broth with chewy and slurpable linguine-shaped rice noodles topped various beef cuts, warmed our bodies, and comforted our appetites. The portion size for its price was well worth it since I compared it to what we'd get in my hometown. $13.75 -Cơm Bì Chả Sườn: My porkaholic husband selected this rice plate as we recognized it as "a celebration of pork." The platter featured a warm bed of rice accented with a thin slice of grilled pork chop marinated in fish sauce and sugar, a wedge of steamed pork-egg meatloaf, and thinly shredded pork skin (rind). My husband was a bit disappointed that the pork chop was so thin that it was dry even though it had good flavor. The steamed pork-egg meatloaf was served at room temperature and had its characteristic medium-firm spongy texture. Another disappointment with this dish that my husband voiced was the dry and hard texture of the rice. $14.25 As we continued eating our lunches, the restaurant filled, and a short line of other hungry customers formed. It was great to see how popular this restaurant was, judging by its flavors, portions, value, and service. We'd gladly return for more. read more

Pho Sol 1 is hands-down my favorite pho place of all time. I've tried so many dishes here--the rice plates, vermicelli bowls, and of course, the pho--and every single thing has been incredible. I haven't had a single bad meal yet! The broth is rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I even brought my picky Vietnamese friend here, and she loved it too--and she *hates* everything! That's how you know this place is legit. I've probably been here at least 20 times, and I'll keep coming back. The prices are great, the service is solid, and the food always comes out fast. We came on a Tuesday night for a double date, and it was quick and easy and delicious! The pho dac biet (house special) was delicious and the bun bo hue was just okay. The portions were reasonable but OH I wish we would have gotten a larger order of the #97 egg rolls which were so amazing! Great portions, very quick with food, good food and reasonable pricing. Does get busy quick and once they take your order that's about how far the service goes. They do have everything you need at the tables which is convenient. I don't like how the open spoons are there for anyone to cough on or infect in a way, I did grab one that had a hair on it. Would've been 5 stars if more of the combination meats were fresh. Only the steak was raw and cooking in the broth. But excellent broth and nice chewy bouncy noodles. The food here is ALWAYS CONSISTENT AND GOOD!! Service is quick. Someone is at your table seconds after you sit down. The atmosphere is conducive eating and chatting then leaving...around lunchtime it can get pretty busy. I hadn't gone in over a year and was pleasantly surprised at the renovations done. I believe they do make Vietnamese sandwiches. I don't go to Pho restaurants to eat sandwiches though. I would go to a Sandwich place for that

Not that I know of. But you can definitely get some blanched veggie.
