Great place to introduce my friend to pho. I appreciate the modest price of the meat free option. I mean really it's all about the broth anyway. Right? Salad rolls were awesome. My wife is vegetarian so it's been forever since I've had a pork shrimp salad roll. If only there was more sauce. Lots of fun herbs to. I got the combo vermicelli. I liked the portioning on the plate. Sometimes you don't want all the bean sprouts or all the lettuce. Tasty meat and some crispy spring rolls with good filling. My son got the potstickers. Very flavorful. They were a hit. We'll be back for sure. read more

Ordered a tasty lunch, delivered through DoorDash. The crepe came in a huge serving, with the veggies packed separately so they stayed crisp. The food was great. We had bowls - chicken for my friend and tofu vegan for me. We loved our meals, and having fallen for the just $1 more for a big bowl we had enough leftovers for a couple meals. I'd give it 5 stars but there was a crazy customer service interaction with another customer that got way out of control. I had to intercede to get the customer and employee to stop as they were ramped up in front of three children. The employee was equally at fault for it getting out of hand. I hope lessons were learned and taken to heart on both sides. I will still definitely give it another try. As a vegan it can be hard to find great Pho. read more

Came here for lunch with my Bestfriend and oooh the minute we walked in, you could just smell that pho broth. I did not have the Pho, she did, and she said it was delicious! We ordered ; P3 (pho), BBQ pork salad rolls, fish sauce wings, crab puffs, and banh xeo with fish sauce. The banh xeo was so nice and crispy. The house made fish sauce was absolutely delicious. I love a good homemade fish sauce... This is the best one I've ever had! I've ordered from here a few times and it's always been fine. Tonight though is a way different story. We ordered two bowls of the same type of pho, through doordash. We received one bowl of pho, and one dish called Bun Bo Hue. Absolutely not what we ordered- when we called the restaurant, they said they weren't sure what happened and that the driver probably mixed things up. I'm unsure how it would be the drivers fault, as everything was secured tightly. Not being able to take accountability doesn't show great customer service, especially after spending $70+ for delivery of wrong items. read more

Food is decent & service is slow. They opened recently, so it will take a little time to adjust, I'm sure. The salad rolls could use more pork. You only get a couple very thin slices. The sauce is too little. The vermicelli bowls are generous in size & have fresh ingredients, but the sauce given is small. Vietnamese coffee is good, but came after we got all our food, so the service time is off. Rice plate is good, but stir-fried noodles are a bit bland. The cook took two smoke breaks at the front of the restaurant while we were eating. Not my favorite thing to see... I think this place is decent enough to stay in business, but definitely has some kinks that need to be worked out. read more

This is arguably one of my favorite pho spots nestled right off of 205 in Clackamas. This has become a weekly dinner outing since they've been open for dine-in! I've yet to have a bad experience here. The service is always pretty fast and food is always satisfying. The pho beef broth is delicious and the portions for meat and noodles is perfect. On this particular visit, I decided to order a large bowl of P2 - pho tai with extra veggies so that I could eat half and save half for lunch the next day. (Pro tip: pho saves best when you store the liquid and noodles in two separate containers so the noodles don't swell up too much). Outside of my regular pho order, I've tried the salad roles(which are huge and come with that delicious peanut sauce) and boba tea. I highly recommend this restaurant for your pho needs! read more

The food is fine. What I'm not too happy about is the service here. My girlfriend placed an order of only a few items, 20 minutes before I arrived there to pick up. Once arrival, the guy told me to wait another 10 minutes, which I was totally fine with. I actually waited 20 minutes to give them some extra time to get it ready, since I understood it was around dinner time, and it can be busy. Went back there after waiting, and the guy told me to wait another 15 minutes...which I knew they haven't even started the order yet as I see them frantically running in the back, looking for my order ticket. All in all, it added up to nearly an hour of waiting for my food, which is seriously ridiculous. read more

04/10/19: 4.0 out 5 - Decided to try this place out after running the 10 mile portion of The Couve Clover Run 2019. Which may have been a factor playing on my tastebuds. Regardless, on my way home to Milwaukie, it was decided to check this place out. After all, I was famish, and who wouldn't be after a 10-mile run, right? Well, this place is actually the second location before its expansion from Vancouver, WA. I can't speak for the other location, but this place has good food and good table service. However, you can order "to go" if you like. The place isn't too big of a space but has plenty of tables and chairs without feeling confined. It's also clean and simple decoratively. I would definitely recommend trying it once and decide for yourself. I'll definitely go back and try Pho Sen when in the area. Enjoy! read more

What I love about Pho Gabo is that the lesser known Vietnamese specialities really get a chance to shine here. Despite being a smaller restaurant with a lot of various dishes/soups....I was worried that the broths would taste "stale" since they might not have much turnover. However everytime I've dined at Pho Gabo this has never been a problem as if they cook everything regularly in small batches sorta like how Ha VL does it It was a very good rendition at BCC, especially for Portland only 2nd to my mom's version (no seriously my mom's version is S tier). The broth is rich, the ingredients are always fresh, and everything is consistently delicious. The service is just as impressive. The service was the worst I've experienced in decades!!!! We got our appetizer after almost 30 minute wait. At the 1 hour mark we asked about our order. Waiter came back to say the salmon takes awhile to cook. WHAT? After another 30 minutes we asked if our order had been lost. Waiter came back to say it had been lost. We asked what they planned to do for us. Waiter comp'd us more beverages. After another 45 minutes we got one of two dishes. This is now going on for almost 2.5 hours. We walked out at that point. Enough was enough! I will never go back!!!!! read more

I ordered the Pho Sen Pho Special, similar to a Pho Dac Biet. While the bowl was generous in size, it lacked the abundance of noodles and meat found at other places. The broth was clear but lacked depth of flavor. On a positive note, the restaurant was well-organized, with numbered tables for easy service, and the soft Vietnamese music in the background added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The service was prompt and courteous. Glancing at the menu, it seems their Bun Bo Hue is a specialty, which might be worth trying next time. read more

I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious--everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. One of my favorite things was their avocado shake--it was so creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. I'll definitely be coming back again! read more

Pretty good noodles but the broth is alittle too salty for my taste but everything else is pretty standard for any viet food.

We really enjoyed both the tomato crab soup and the seafood lemongrass noodle soup. Both were flavorful, comforting, and absolutely delicious. My son had the shaky beef and really enjoyed it. He even said it was better than his favorite shaky beef spot back in SoCal, which is saying a lot! It's always exciting to find a new go-to spot after a move, and I think we've found ours. I was one of their first customers when they opened and I've watched the restaurant change over the years. The quality has steadily gone down while the prices have continued to go up. I understand that expanding a business is expensive and I don't necessarily mind paying higher prices. But if you're going to charge more, the quality should at least stay the same, if not improve. Sadly, that's no longer the case here. This used to be my favorite place but I think it's time for me to start looking elsewhere.
