    (#1) phó combo

Hands down the best pho in town. Broth is very flavorful, noodle has perfect texture, and the owners of the place are super sweet.

This is apparently when you asked for extra veggie and liver paste

I had the worst pho experience ever, and honestly, I can't get over how bad it was. First off, the pho itself was incredibly bland--no depth of flavor, just a sad broth with four meat ball pieces the eggrolls were mushy inside. The meat was tough and was still frozen and I was left wondering if they even knew how to make pho! The bowl was made for a child and paid $56! But the customer service? Don't get me started. The staff (the older lady)acted like they couldn't care less. The server barely acknowledged us didn't check in once to see how my meal was, and took forever to bring anything I asked for. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my check, and when I finally paid, there was no "thank you" or even a smile. It's like they didn't want our business at all. Absolutely unacceptable. I won't be coming back and will make sure to tell everyone how terrible this place was. I also asked for a sandwich with extra liver paste and veggies it came with none. And to top it off as she was packing our food to go she touched everything with her bare hands.

WARNING: bug soup Ordered 4 soups and we got ants out of two soups They asked me if we wanted new soups but we definitely said NO for new cuz it will be made out of same kitchen. And me and my mom immediately lost appetite after we noticed that we were eating a soup brewed ant. Also they'll still charge you for the ant soup. She GENEROUSLY offered half off for "one" soups. Plus she said it's half off for soup and my mom's soup was number 2 (12.99) but discounted for 4.80 which isn't even half of it. (I guess it's half of appetizers 9.99) And I still had to pay for full price another soup that had a ant. Number 5 (12.99) I would understand if ant coming out of one soup. I mean things can happen. But two soups out of four soups means there are many bugs in their kitchen and you'll eat ants with your food. And it's none sense they still can charge you for the food with ants.

Place is overpriced for what you get. The ac in the building doesn't work great either so you feel like your outside.

Friendly service. They have veggie broth, it was okay. Veggie fresh rolls were good but small.

The location right next to Pizza Guys. Not only is it sleek and trendy- there are plenty of tables and chairs (even chargers). The menu has all the drinks from their first location, but this place has an expansive menu of snacks and small meals. Banh Mi French Fries - Hands down the best! If I was in a mood to snack, that would be my go to pick. Tofu Bites - Delicious and light, but needed some dipping sauce which you can ask them over thr counter. Sriracha sauce hit the spot for me. Chicken Bites - Also great, but I think I prefer the other Tofu and Banh Mi French Fries more. The drinks were on par with the same consistency as their first location. If you want to know my fave drink I order from BTC, it is the Earl Gray Milk Tea. I can't find one in the bay area that is on par with the Earl Gray Milk tea here at BTC so it's always a nice treat when I stop by. Last, I have to mention the employees are superstars. Not once have I met an employee that was rushing us and/or rude. They are always kind and friendly. If you are a boba connoisseur like me and are nearby Shasta county, do not pass up on BTC. If they ever closed down, I will be devastated.

Good boba in Redding. We had Thai coffee and Vietnamese coffee with boba. Would go here again.read more

We happened to sat at the table next to the window. And the lady greeted us, gave us the menu, and wiped our table. But then when I glanced at the window, it was full of noodle splashes. I understand maybe they are understaff since it's a small family business, but it did affect the whole dining experience. I had the boat noodle, broth is rich with good flavor. My husband had pho, he liked it. The lemon pepper wings were lemony, I wish it would be more peppery. I thought it would be the dry lemon pepper seasoning. The wings were fried very well, really crispy.

She remembered all the orders without writing them down which was honestly impressive! We did wait a while for drinks as well as for food, but it was worth it! I saw that you can order online, so maybe that would skip the wait a little bit?
